Anyone who is giving 5 stars is not being honest or is an employee. This used to be a very good location when staff was very friendly and food was very fresh. Not so much now. Seems to be a management issue. It needs new management! Floor is not clean. Tables are not cleaned. Staff does just what's necessary; not friendly. Many times are out of popular items. It took the guy 5 minutes to find the mayo - couldn't find it, so then had to open little packets of mayo but couldn't figure out how to open them! A lot of talking back and forth among staff, ignoring customers. I hope management gets its act together or they will be losing more customers than just me

took my wife for the first time told her shed love it. she ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. it was missing avocado and cilantro and had little chicken. it was a 9 dollar grilled cheese sandwich. my salad was also missing the avocado. they had run out and failed to inform us. this place will not be open long.

This place is really hit or miss. This is the second time I order “rapid pick up”, and the order is incomplete. This after I sat there and ASKED if the bag was complete seeing as how it was just sitting, open, behind the counter. I was told it was complete. I got home to find there was NO dressing for the salad. The expensive grilled cheese with bacon had NO bacon (I could have made that myself, and only ordered it at a family member’s insistence). I know it sounds like a small thing, but the food is expensive. I expect to be able to enjoy my salad WITH dressing and for a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich to well, contain the bacon I’m paying for. You need a better method of checking rapid orders. Very Disappointing.

When you step into a panera bread you already know your stepping to excellence. Now when you step into this one your welcomingly surprised. Not only execellence but a style like no other ive ever seen. Friendly beyond belief. Customer service that no one can touch. The attitude that is in the air that says i can help with anything just ask. Unlike anyother Panera every single employee including managers are in complete uniforms. Now when you walk in here you get the aroma of each fresh item being prepared. Folks here are the 3 most important reasons to try this location. 1. Presentation (welcome) 2. Knowledge (you can ask any emploee how something is made they can tell u on the spot) 3. Cleanliness (All areas). This is the absolute all time best panera bread ive been in. So as i always say see ya down the road. Ps lets dont forget Ari the woman that turned my frown to the happiest of smiles. Nikki is the general mgr. To be honest I have never really ate Panera bread as much as I do now. Their breakfast sandwich have way more flavor then Starbucks. Yum yum

I come here for lunch on a regular basis, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. It takes barely any time for the food to come out from the kitchen, and the servers are always very polite and have a smile on their face! The drink machines never go empty, and when they do they're promptly replaced. The dining area is well kept and has nice vibes. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good bite to eat at a good price and with great service and atmosphere!

I always love panera bread is one of my favorite restaurants but so sad to this location or area are super dirty and disgusting a lot trust all over the place.

The employees here are always super helpful. Cashiers suggest items on the menu, change and customize orders. Always keeping their eyes out for people with allergies. They do their best to serve smoothies and frozen drinks in a timely manner. Line cooks are ALWAYS working hard. They deal with whatever you throw at them. Food is prepared and served as fast as they can. Ingredients run out, that's not their fault. Dealing with the "wealthy" older customers is ALWAYS a hassle. Doing your job here is very hard when you have large quantities of people coming in to order what could be a catering order. Employees and managers are awesome, some of the customer though- YIKES.

I placed a rapid pick up order and it was ready when I got there. When I got back and opened the package they had put two sandwiches of the final salad instead of the one I ordered. I guess I was the first customer of the day and they wanted to reward me.Even though I didn't eat at the restaurant it looked very clean and the employees were super cheerful around 9 in the morning.
