It is great that they incorporated Tesla chargers but it is certainly the dirtiest service station that I have ever seen. There is trash littered around the entire perimeter of the grounds... it is really an unpleasant experience!

10/30/18- Wow very interesting. A fun place coffee’s Slurpee’s all for .99 cents. A lottery machine for all not only scratch off’s . Busy . I went before my favorite candy. Didn’t know they were from Silly Philly. Fun confusing place . If you don’t know technology your in trouble cause you have to go to a computer and pick out your sandwich. A few screens pick meat condiment bread toasted . I didn’t see mayo or lettuce of condiments. I picked a roast turkey on a Penni w/ guery cheese. Put confusing where do you stand lines all over $1.00 for any size soda and coffee. In my opinion they need like Disney lines . Ooopps I said it . Gas very reasonable

Matthew was the best manager I have ever seen. He treated me so nice and professional. He deserves a raise what a good person. Wawa is lucky to have such a manager. Ashley is the best cashier ever what attention to detail. Ashley is amazing what a great team. They have remembered my name and made me feel at home. Garryson is also very good Wawa associate I feel at home. My favourite by far Wawa for sure. I have the chicken bowl and its always good. They make delicious food for the soul. Fast efficient and friendly what an amazing crew. Issac and Scarlett was very friendly and nice to me.

Very well lit gas station, easy to get in and out of, good gas prices. Ordering food and beverage was a little bit challenging because it was our first time. From the time we put our order in it took 15 minutes for two drinks to be made. Scale of 1 to 10 the coffee drinks were about a 6 out of 10. Not too bad for the price although definitely not SB level.

Wawa in lighthouse point sucks. Workers are rude and they never have have any coffee ready and dont ask about it cause they will tell you to go else where.. 8m now looking for another place to spend my hard earn cash. F@%k wawa

One of two Wawa stores to open in Broward and what a treat it is to have them here. Even with the high volume they were able to serve up two hoagies in a reasonable amount of time. Very good value, excellent selection of prepared food, and very friendly service.

I ordered all these toppings on my sandwich, i did order through uber eats but you can clearly see that wawas tag shows what i wanted on my sandwich and this is what i got. horrible service and this wawa is dirty and disgusting. can’t believe they completely ignored all my toppings. Unacceptable service.

As I was waiting for my smoothie. I noticed a young lady making a sandwhich and a young gentleman I believe whos name is Issac was just talking with her as she was making the sandwhich. He should have been at the beverage station. I think she deserves a better co-worker who will help her prepare meals and beverages.

I agree with most of the real reviews here. Wawa is a great company but the management of this location is clearly absent or uninterested. The employees are rude, unavailable, and more interested in bantering with each other than doing their job. If the company stepped in, it’s an easy fix. Involved management and quality hires with basic training. I loved this Wawa when they opened and I avoid it now. It will be a shame if better qualified people are not installed to make the simple necessary corrections.

They start off well staffed and then Pare it down to bare minimum. You get stuck in line to pay for fuel while the register gets to play “guess which pack of tobacco is the one.” While the customer who has been sent in by somebody else has no clue either as they try to meet between the languages in english. The building and fuel area could use pressure cleaning. The bathrooms are gross. And the workers that are there have lost the morale from 5 years ago. One stared at me at the register after stocking some cigarettes only to walk off. So I scanned my own sub receipt and swiped my credit card. Seemed to go through. I waited in line for a few minutes for my food, and then a manager came up and said I took cuts. That was not the case. I walked around a customer to the prepped goods heat lamp area and he reacted like it was some ethics foul. This, even though it sits between two registers. I was informed I had to get back in line. I had experienced how slow it was the first time through with the lady running the register, so when I saw the line now. I told the manager “no thanks” 10 -20 minutes total for bread and meat was too long a wait. Every business has ebbs and flows and I jus want to get things corrected before it hits the skids. I am a greying man now who is easy to please but this, even after years of truckstop to fuel, was the first place to have any drama beyond “take my money.” I don’t like EV’s but the s show that is every florida fuel station makes a compelling case to charge your own.

Newer Pompano Beach location, well stocked convenience store, staff is usually helpful and friendly. The deli section always busy. The gas lanes are many, this store was really efficient handling gas rush during Hurricane Dorian.

not gonna come back to this location my order was pretty simple double meat and mustard and it wasn't double the sandwich maker was arguing with me saying it was but putting 3 pieces of turkey and 8 pepperonis' that's not double fortunately the other maker fixed it but gotta fix attudes here only came to this location as a convence not coming back to this location ever

Clean and happening. The employees are all cheerful and helpful. Food service area is clean and kept nice. Coffee is fresh and the pretzels at the register are a nice treat. So glad that Wawa is now in South Florida.

I was using self checkout and needed assistance to continue scanning items. The man with the key to the beer room refused to assist me, then walked past me to open another checkout line. I asked again to assist me and he refused and said to get to the back of the line. Horrible service, I left my items at self checkout and walked out. I’ve never been somewhere that does not want customers to spend money there

I'll give a 4 or 5 stars when they serve breakfast sandwiches at 4am-5am. It's breakfast time.... and no I'm not trying to go bother someone to ask them personally to make me a breakfast sandwich. You got every other disgusting breakfast sandwich on the kiosk except the one EVERYONE WANTS TO ORDER. It makes no sense to me till this day. Let me order a breakfast when one wants.....

I came in for a pack of cigarettes and a cheesesteak shorti and was impressed by an employee who’s name tag said Jen. You can tell she was in the middle of something but took it upon herself to go above and beyond to check me out at the register so I can get my next item and continue my day. What impressed me the most is that by the time I reached the Deli station to wait for my shorti I noticed jen was behind the deli making my order along with other customers orders. It’s hard to find employees nowadays who are capable of going above and beyond to get the job done and show kindness with other customers and employees. Though it seemed busy she remained calm and with a smile. You can tell she enjoyed her job and willing to do what it takes to put a smile on someone’s face. I asked another employee for her real name so I can write this review and they told me Jennifer Giles. I just want to thank her for her hard work and for making my day that much easier by getting me out on time for my day. It was lunch hour and I was already running late for work. Thanks again for your time Jen.

More like 0 stars. They can never just get anything right. I call to ask if they have the right flavors of drinks I am about to order because last time not only did they give me the wrong drink they gave me the worst one possible and failed to give me 6 other things I ordered. And long story short they gave me the wrong drink again. I called and asked some lady if they had the flavors and read it out loud to her and she said yes we have them. Obviously you don’t or you just don’t care but it’s really frustrating waiting an hour for something and getting something completely different.

I don't know why this location is so bad. Usually I don't have a problem at WAWA. They served me a chicken sandwich that was inedible. Burned to a cinder. My teeth couldn't get all the way through. I like their shakes. But the last time it took so long my other food got cold. All the while the lady who makes them was casually chit chatting instead of doing her job. And they only have paper straws. It's impossible to drink a shake with a paper straw. They only ever have those annoying sippy cup lids instead of the regular lids. The cashiers seem annoyed whenever they have to do anything. Like she wouldn't split my bill between cards. So many little things but only this one location. Accept for the fries. Those are bad at every location.

The bathroom was locked being cleaned with the second time it's happened, I got a chicken Caesar wrap and no dressing absolutely no dressing in the chicken Caesar wrap absolutely dry dry it's like eating a plain little piece of bread wrap in a fake chicken rib with no dressing plain and old spoiled lettuce I'm very very upset

The air pump here is broken. It would be awesome if someone could come and fix it! I asked wawa for help but they said it wasn’t there problem.

I come here every Saturday and spend 100 dollars on smokes and some other things and usually there are no issues everyone is very friendly and professional. However I stopped in there tonight at 745pm on 3-25 and the lady who was my cashier was so so rude to me and had the worst attitude ever. She snapped at me and even ripped my carton of cigarettes open. I will be getting her name tomorrow and will post it next. There was another lady in a yellow Wawa shirt standing there and witnessed the whole thing. I love this store and the people there as well but this girl really needs to be spoke to by management because it really has me not ever wanting to go back.

I just used the bathroom immediately after an employee. She did not flush and she left pee all over the seat. If she can’t even clean up after herself then what else is she not cleaning?

Cashiers at cigarette counter, do more socializing than the work they’re supposed to be doing. Thin Guy in red shirt morning at 9/7 spent 15 minutes flirting with the girl customers versus work. Heavyset other worker at the same counter was doing all the work I ask why doesn’t he complain? He said he lose the job over complaining that the other guy is not doing anything. This place is a mess drug stealing on the outside homeless hanging around. Be careful it’s not safe.

Wawa is my favorite gas station and this one by far takes the cake. This store is always clean and stocked up. Sometimes they're behind on the coffee but if you ask, they will refill. Their reward system is realistic and i love all my freebies from using it! Their sandwiches are great too, best tuna I've ever had

Waited 30 minutes for two salads and when asked about them was told “oh shoot we forgot to tell you we’re out of salad stuff”. Supervisor at the time (young husky black lady) is beyond incompetent and took 10 minutes to issue a simple refund. I had to sit here explaining the basic 2nd grade level math of what my refund should be. Didn’t even get offered any kind of compensation for my time wasted.

This week, I’ve had it with this wawa location. 2 days in a row, I wasted 10mins waiting on a breakfast burrito only to be told that they do not have tortillas. This morning, another 10mins wasted after I ordered a chicken flatbread. “We don’t have chicken.” I only ordered the chicken flatbread because they had taken the breakfast burrito out of the computer. Won’t be going back. I was so excited to have a wawa, finally, in my area. Now, it seems, I will have to go back to the old standard. Disappointed and hungry.

I have to say I have never been in a WAWA. And to my surprise it was a good experience friendly clean and environmentally safe.

Wawa is a very convenient place for just more than gas. Their coffee, breakfast and lunch and dinners are excellent when you are on the go. The prices are also very reasonable. I like to order and pay using their app to pick up lunch sometimes as it is very convenient . The subs are very good. The store I go to is always very clean with a friendly staff.

Wawa is not bad as my first time going there.Its just the little things I don't like such as no automatic doors in front of store entrance which people are touching the handles,49 cents for a reusable straw, and how the food/drink section don't have cash registers,no place to chill like outside tables to hangout(I guess to prevent loitering),and no bathrooms in sight.

Always come to this wawa and they never have lids for the coffe box to go. They always take forever to tell me they don’t have lids and neither the manager help. Can be possible to do not have lids for the whole month??? plus the actitud of the employees. Terrible service 😡😡 I wouldn’t give neither 1 star

Rarely ever use this word to describe much... but here it goes Delicious Ordering late delivery on a weekday night, I wasn't expecting much. I was hungry and needed a moderately nutritious pick-me-up that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. Wawa delivered the food but also delivered on pricing, attentiveness to detail, and overall quality. I'd heard of Wawa and seen it in passing as there are not many locations in comparison to other major stores, but now I know why I had only heard positive stuff about it. At the risk of sounding like I am over-sensationalizing, I must say that when there's a world of difference between a product(s) you had been accustomed to for years and one you went out on a limb to try to see what the hype is about, there is no debate on which should be your new preference. I may be on a sugar high from the delicious 24 oz. Blueberry Pomegranate smoothie with protein and yogurt added in I obliterated in sub 80 seconds, but mark my words; Wawa, you are the real deal.

This place is beyond disgusting!

I have been going to wawa for 20 years being from PA. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich. Not to mention the long lines and wait, I received an ice cold sandwich. I have work so I did not have time to go back, only to call. They lady said I must have ordered the wrong turkey. Well considering my ticket says hot turkey and it’s my favorite sandwich when it comes out this time of year. So instead of trying to fix it she tells me I was wrong. This wawa is terrible and I will absolutely never return.

This is definitely the BEST gas station in the area. Quality gas and services for the fair prices.

Besides loving their products, friendly service and clean stores, they have been proactively prepared for Hurricane Dorian! The have extra staff monitoring and guiding traffic to available gas pumps for those that need gas. They even contacted the police to assist in enforcing that rude people do not cut in front of others who are patiently waiting for their turn to get gas. Stellar organization and forethought by the company!!

So the sandwich makers here - today (08/22/19) @2:06pm - seems to wasn't to talk to each other, more than, well: making sandwiches. If it weren't for their (Wawa's) "Gottahava Wawa," then they would be even less of a 7-11! I wanted two ingredients to NOT make it onto my sandwich. And as I'm there waiting for however long: I'm watching them talking and playing, and putting one of the ingredients I did not want on my sandwich, on my sandwich! And then if that wasn't bad enough, they started showing a condescending attitude once being corrected. Smh Again, without 'gottahava wateva', they'd a 'Speedway'!!

I love WaWa. This one is the exception. These people are not courteous, or focused on customer service. I just dealt with the assistant manager, and I can see where they get their leadership from - wow!!! Most of the time the cashiers are on the phone, and not paying attention to the customer.

Just left, the girl making my sandwich was TALKING over it the whole time. Her friend was just standing there talking THE WHOLE TIME the worker was making sandwiches....gross, left without it, got my $$$ back.

This was my headquarters pretty much when I drove for Lyft. I have no idea why other reviewers are saying it took forever for their sandwiches ? 9/10 after I order on the screen , walk to the cashier to pay and walk to the sandwich counter , my meal is ready in under a minute !. I don’t remember the name of the older lady that works there during the day but my God is she rude. All in all my favorite Wawa.

I am a fan of WaWa's. the stores are great. Great selection of convenient store items plus a great take out food section and menu. Also they generally have the best gas prices in the area.
