Hot light was on and these were the stalest donuts I’ve ever had, I’ve had fresher donuts when the light was off. This is insane, this location needs new management asap! Please do something about this please, the community begs of you!

Best doughnut ever specially the glanced one it melts in the mouth

Ok, I have to give two compliments here: Today was the first day I ever tried an iced coffee from Krispy Kreme, and this location did NOT disappoint! Small iced coffee, vanilla flavored, oat milk, just perfect, just right! It got me through the morning. Second, the Chocomania donuts! Hershey's and Krispy Kreme! OMG a dozen donuts that took my office to heaven! They were perfect and chocolatey and beautiful to look at! Well done, Krispy Kreme! Well done! We'll be picking up another dozen soon!

Who doesn’t love Krispy Kreme especially when they’re hot and fresh!!! There’s one 3 miles away but do not offer hot and fresh so I drove 5 miles out of my way but placed an online order.. when I got there they were cold and stale I asked if I could have fresh ones the gentleman at the counter said he has to ask his manager.. he said because I ordered online I don’t get fresh ..that’s what he said ..so basically do not order online if you want hot and fresh.. they will give you stale donuts. I was so truly disappointed. .. After five minutes of debating in the back office with his manager he finally comes out and give me some fresh donuts took the old ones and put them back on the shelf 🤦🏽‍♀️Unfortunately this was my experience take it as you like.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The last 2 times i came to this location they told me that their system was down and would be up until after 12a. I got to the location both times around 11:15p-11:30p. The first time i waited and received my order they gave me the wrong items and everything was cold. I thought it would have at least been fresh since they had the time to prep everything. The second time the same thing was said. I came for the promotion they had for 12 glazed for $4. I was told the system was down and wouldn’t be up u til after 12:30a. I parked and waited then got back in line to see if ready yet. While waiting i could hear someone who said they were the manager being extremely unprofessional to the person ar the box. Stating they would call the police on the person at the box if they didn’t leave when all they were doing was asking for the corporate number. Which they didn’t provide. He said 3 different 800 numbers along with the store number. Very rude and very unprofessional.

Says 24hrs but went there at 5:30am to get my kids donuts and nobody was there. One car but no attendant. Their donuts are also different than before. Smaller, thicker and taste different.

I'm not sure what was more "fresh" - the donuts or the staff. 20 minute wait in drive-thru for 3 dozen donuts. When I questioned the wait, the female cashier told me "you're lucky it's not longer." Really? Donuts were fresh, but I won't return to this Krispy Kreme Donuts. Not that they care...

Last night we ordered Krispy Kreme and the guy at the drive thru stole my boyfriends credit card and tried charging $180 on it … theifs ! We got a notification and now we’re on phone with bank. Disappointing you guys hire theifs and he didn’t even give us receipt so we don’t even know his name . Speaking to corporate right now !!!

How on earth can you say you are open till 10 and door is locked at 930. No donuts at all but glazed. What a disgrace. Krispy kreme used to be good. Totally disappointed. I used to rant and rave how this was the only good location. but yet again customers don't matter. Completely ridiculous if you are open till 10 you stay open till 10. I rub a restaurant and serve anything on my menu till close of business. Not lock my doors early and tell people rudely we only have one item. This is how not to run a business

Make sure you have 20-30 minutes if using the drive through. Even the DMV has faster service.

Fast friendly service, Maria was exceptionally nice, greeted us very warmly, love it doughnuts fresh, frozen coffee drink on point!!! Will definitely come back

Kind of hard not to give this place 5 stars! I had never had Krispy Kreme in my life until moving to Florida. Then once I found out, you want to go when the sign saying “hot” is lit up, it was a game changer. It’s a love/hate relationship! Service has always been super friendly!

I went to order 160 donuts in the afternoon and Mr.W was our cashier. He was super nice and we went to pick up the donut 2 hrs later and he was nice enough to even bring the boxes to the car since it was raining a lot. The service was so awesome that I had to put a review.

I went there they had the pumpkin flavored donuts. I went to order 2 caramel latte and 4 donuts. Before I could finish, the lady cuts me off and said she got it and to pull up. At the window they handed me 1 donut and 1 mocha latte. When I insisted they remake my latte they got annoyed and closed the window. I let them know I wanted 4 donuts. They came back with 6 and charged me, then she got mad that I didn't want 6. I kept the 6 donuts. I don't know if they wanted to mess with me, but she came back with only 1 caramel latte when I asked for 2. I came from an overnight shift and had to put up with that. Yet they acted like I was a problem the car behind me left.

Was informed that they don't serve hot doughnuts from 10-4pm. Didn't make much sense to me but ok

12/5/22 around 10:20… Worse service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure if it was a he/she but nastiest attitude about anything I asked. I used to work at Dunkin and I never spoke to the customers like I was just spoken to. Truly embarrassing. (Please look into whoever was working this shift and have a talk with them)

It’s always something going on with this spot. Always running out of different donuts every time I come and today they really topped it off by saying we have no donuts period like why stay open 24hrs??? I request the manager to step it up big time or your night shift is playing games basically working for free let’s get it fixed.

I was greeted by two employees inside. They were very pleasant. My order was ready and waiting. I had an email for a free coffee which was quickly prepared and served. Thank you for a very pleasant good morning.

The workers are a little ghetto. I shouldn't have to ask for a receipt and napkins with my order. They never ask if I'm a loyalty member and they get an attitude when I give them my phone number for my account. Overall, it's an okay location. It'll be better with some adjustments.

A young black gentleman with locks took my order on Sunday he look like I don’t want to be here . He didn’t greet me even I greet him he ignore me. After I place my order I hand him the money he rip the money out of my hand. The way he make my frozen specialty lattes full of big chuck of ice. If I ever decided to go back to the store I see him at the cash register I will definitely make a u turn

Never seen lazy employees like this before in my entire life. Why are they closing shop an hour early??? Why are the donuts ever hot???

My kids enjoy the donuts from here. So far they have ALWAYS been hot because the “hot sign” is on when we go! The customer service is off and on! Never know who you will get! I feel like I’m always the one greeting them! I am able to use coupons here and they’re not the friendliest ladies but I wouldn’t say they are rude to me! Closest to me but my kids enjoy (and so do I enjoy sneaking a few when we get home). And the deals they run (online) -AMAZING!!! I take those surveys to get those BOGO deals!!

Love Krispy Kreme,who doesn't. Can't beat fresh,mouth watering,melt in your mouth doughnuts. I wouldn't say I always go there but if you want quality its the place to go to.i can't say when there's a good time to go because for me the line is always long.but you won't be disappointed I promise.

What’s the point of making a promotion to get customers on their 86th anniversary & they’re closed earlier than the the time stated!!!! Then we went to their drive thru that supposedly is 24 hours…NOT! Whoever owns this location definitely needs to look into management & their employees!! Terrible!

This Krispy Kreme is a joke. Employee shortchanged us by 57 cents, didn’t even offer. Just kept the money. Hot light is supposed to be on 24/7. We arrive and it’s on. Donuts come out room temperature. I asked what happened and if they could heat it up. They said no and they only have room temperature donuts at the moment because the machine was turned off for cleaning. Coffee was good and twix donut was good but not good enough to fix the disappointment from not having FRESH HOT DONUTS!

There was a problem with my order when it was delivered since the delivery driver couldn't help me I called Krispy Kreme and the supervisor that was on shift Jasmine was able to correct my order. Honestly she went above and beyond and I am very pleased. P.S. sorry if i missspell her name.

Slow but delicious. The original glazed get smaller every time I go but they still taste amazing

The Hot Light was on so we had to stop. Haven’t been here in a while so we were hoping they had the 2 box special. But it was only 1 dozen box for $9.99. Service was a little slow but we made it to the front of the line. The staff was very nice and friendly. Will return around Christmas because this will be our dessert.

I ordered Halloween Dozen from their app and paid in full, when my husband went to pick up, the lady who works there claim she didn’t get our order, even though my husband showed her the order receipt. She’s acting like my husband fraud her, she’s very rude. So we didn’t get our donuts. Wired thing is I couldn’t cancel the order, cause it says my order was completed. It must be someone in the store confirmed it. We try to call the phone number the app offered, but nobody answered. We have to call bank to get our money back! ———————————— Update 1 month later. This company is fraud, it reversed my bank claim a month later, and recharged me the amount on its unfulfilled order. I won’t buy anything from this brand anymore.
