This place is very cool and unique. Super eclectic outdoor eating space that almost makes you feel like you’re in Turkey. The iced coffee is probably the best I’ve ever had! The chef’s breakfast with its hash brown waffle is awesome! Very unique and hearty meal that goes great for breakfast and brunch. Awesome place for pets to come as well! A highly recommended spot to check out in Fort Lauderdale. Seating is first come first serve and your order before seating so have your crew ready and beware parking is sparse but it is all worth the dining experience.

Adorable Cafe in Wilton Manors with a dreamy outdoor patio with plenty of seating and shade. Pet friendly. The highlights of our breakfast included a rooster and a kitten, but I am not sure if they are always there. We ordered the Chef's breakfast, an expresso and an iced latte. The egg and avocado were tasty, but the waffle was a bit dry. The coffees were okay. I thought they were a little overpriced. The four stars are for the greenery and the vibe.

The place is tucked away with a couple of other restaurants and a marketplace. Gives you the feel of Wynwood. The outside area is very cozy and the staff was very friendly. Everything tasted good and fresh to order. I would go back. They had some more adventurous items such a churro waffles I would like to try.

This place is dreamy. The most lush green patio with amazing food, drinks, and service. I was looking for a local spot to bring my laptop and get some work done and this place did not disappoint. The staff was attentive and kind. I will definitely be back soon.

Have been hearing about The Alchemist for some time and decided to finally give it a try and I'm really glad that I did. To start with, they offer a really expansive menu for breakfast/brunch so no matter your preferences, you'll definitely be left satisfied. When it comes to my recommendations, I'd definitely suggest ordering the Smoked Salmon & Caprese open-faced sandwiches. In terms of their beverage selection, I'd definitely like if they had some more unique options, but you really can't go wrong with their Iced Coffee. Really looking forward to coming back and trying more things off of the menu. I also liked that there is ample parking, tons of outdoor seating, and it's extremely pet friendly. This spot is an absolute vibe and I'd highly recommend you check it out.

I’ve been here twice. The coffee is extremely good…possibly great?! I enjoy their waffle (I’m a picker eater) and I like the overall vibe of this place and the area as a whole. That being said, four stars. The reasons? Awful parking and I believe for a brunch/breakfast it’s pretty expensive. Tater tot waffle with Guacamole. A plain waffle. Italian macchiato and ice coffee — $49 dollars? 😏 Again very good place overall. I’d recommend it, but it’s gonna eat your wallet/purse…

What a cool vibe! Love the rustic chic meets renovated industrial feel of this place, along with the gardenesque patio space to eat outside in. Food (we had brunch) was good. The egg on the chef’s breakfast was a bit overcooked (part of it tasted like plastic per the hubs); but other than that, food, drinks and service were phenomenal! 10/10 recommend.

I really like the place. The food is good, and its a nice outdoor spot. I wish they would step up the waffles though. I think their modo is something like "Back to the basics" but here is a picture of their syrup ingredients... (corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, artificial maple flavor, etc.). A place like this has an opportunity to put out a great product and it just feels like they are slacking big time on the waffles. They could have multigrain with real maple syrup, that at least would justify the price tag. Anyway, that was really on my mind after my last visit. Food overall though is good except the waffles

Long line to get in. Parking is challenging. Food is not average. Not very impressed with chicken and waffles. Atmosphere is cool but not my favorite breakfast spot. Tried what everyone ordered and no one was very pleased with their meals. Took so long to get food almost said forget it and left even though we already paid. Not giving one star because the cashier was nice.

Very good atmosphere, tender and lovely place decorated in a very special way. The food is on average good, not the best but not bad either. I think the restaurant can improve in its customer service, as it becomes less friendly that you have to order and pay (including the tip) before receiving your food. If they improve on this it would be 5 stars.

I was looking for brunch at my location and I found this place. The atmosphere was great, the decoration was very nice, very calm music, the menu was a little confusing. the food was ok, but a little small, I ordered the croissant and pico de gallo on the side, something they did not specify was that it had a jalapeño. The drink was very good with a variety of options.

I was super excited to re visit the alchemist again since I haven’t been post COVID. I got an avocado slicer and Alchemist iced coffee to go . Everything tasted great, until I noticed a fly inside my lettuce. I don’t know if you have your produce out or it’s just not washed but this was disgusting to find in my food.

Love the ambience of this place! The outdoorsy area to sit in and enjoy the coffee and food is aesthetically pleasing. The prices are are a little high but their coffee is really good! ☕️ There’s a fun area nearby to walk around and take fun pictures ☺️

The energy and vibe is awesome. Very very cool location. The food was outstanding. Not a complaint from anyone in our party. My Mediterranean toast was one of the most flavourful dishes I've had while down here in Ft Lauderdale.

A garden of delight where a coffee or meal can be ordered. I have taken a many dates here to enjoy the iced coffee (ice cubes made of coffee) and the aesthetic is colorful and vibrant. I love their use of foliage around the place. It makes it peaceful for relaxing or studying. I highly suggest making a trip out to see it!

I have been wanting to go and went this past weekend. The weather was perfect and it was not too busy. It's a very unassuming location hid behind a wall and then surrounded by greenery. The decor and atmosphere were very laid back and artsy. The food and beverages were all very tasty and I can say it was worth the wait. I love how the Iced coffee has coffee ice cubes so when it melts you don't get watery coffee. I would definitely return. We ordered: Alchemist Iced Coffee $7.25 24hr cold brew from in-house roasted beans with 1 tbsp of condensed milk, brown sugar, and whole milk. Chef's Breakfast $16.95 A waffle made out of Tater Tots® with two fried eggs, avocado salad (onions, garlic, and cilantro), pico de gallo, bacon bits. Croissant $10.95 Full-sized croissant, fried egg, sliced turkey, swiss cheese, and avocado. Side of pico de gallo. Substituted turkey for bacon. Churo Tater Tot waffle A waffle made out of Tater Tots seasoned with cinnamon and sugar then drizzled with chocolate syrup.

Delicious breakfast place. Hashbrown waffles, bacon, and eggs - crazy delicious and simple. Even the water tastes better here. 😋 It's inside a very eclectic and wondrous location. Take a short walk to see the art on the walls and say hello yo the turtle.

Super cute spot for a cup of coffee with a small brunch…! Came here on recommendation for “top places to eat in Ft Lauderdale”. Friendly service, good food and comfortable atmosphere. They have little sandwiches as well as individual sized pizzas. A lush garden out front makes it a standout from the rest.

I like the style of the garden and the atmosphere of this place. The service was very good. We ordered soup (carrot soup) which was really tasty. Also the chef's breakfast which was ok, just bacon was over fried ( in my opinion). And waffles with fruit were not fried enough (my daughter did not like it either).

Decent cafe with a reasonable price and a wise array of choices to choose from, especially for vegetarian. The service here is great and the atmosphere is pleasant. This cafe is a bit out of the way from the main shopping area, so it’s a bit of a drive. Although this place id perfectly alright, I’d not recommend going out of your way to try this here.

The Alchemist Café, a gem I discovered on Instagram, lived up to its hype with its enchanting chemistry and magic-themed ambiance. As a science fiction enthusiast and a lover of all things magical, stepping into this café felt like entering a realm of comfort and fascination. The unique theme resonated with my interests, making the experience feel exceptionally personal and delightful. My decision to try The Alchemist was fueled by its growing reputation, and it certainly did not disappoint. The café offers an expansive breakfast/brunch menu, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Whether you're a meat-eater, vegetarian, or have specific dietary needs, The Alchemist's menu is versatile enough to satisfy everyone. One of the standout features of this café is its abundant outdoor seating, ample parking, and the welcoming attitude towards pets. This combination makes it not just a café but a vibrant community space where everyone, including our furry friends, can enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. During my visit, I appreciated the café's extensive vegetarian options, which were a hit with half of my group. The staff, though nice, were quite busy, which understandably led to less attention for each customer. Our wait time for the food was around 45 minutes, a reflection of the café's popularity and bustling nature. In terms of the food, while it was generally good and decent, there is room for improvement, particularly with their waffles and pancakes. However, the overall dining experience was positive, highlighted by the café's unique and captivating theme.

atmosphere is really cool, definitely gave a key west vibe. however, the prices are INSANE. $8 for my 16oz coffee… really..?? no prices are listed so i guess that’s why. $29 for an iced coffee, one waffle with bananas, strawberries & blueberries (that i thought came standard with no charge but nope .35 cent added for each fruit onto with no mention of it), and a 16oz iced coffee. food & drink came out fast but for that price i don’t think i’d return. paid $33 after a 15% tip too that you have to pay before you even receive the service😵‍💫

Love this place! Indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing vibes/eclectic/vintage vibes. I got the croissant from the brunch menu and my bf got the English muffin. Great value for what you get. Just the right amount of food for brunch. I also got an iced chai tea which was refreshing and tasty. Their service is super efficient as well for how busy they seemed on a Saturday morning around 10:30 am. Give this place a try if you're in the area!

Nice place for a scenic view but wouldn't dare to eat the food. Charming atmosphere but unfortunately the food is not as charming as the surroundings. I first ate here over a year ago and was disappointed by the pizza as it was very salty and tasted like it came fresh out of a frozen foods aisle. Decided to give them a second try today and ordered Waffles. They hadn't changed as the waffles were very mediocre and dry. The 3 stars is solely for the beautiful atmosphere.

A quaint and quirky coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The crowd is a mixture of all ages. This is a great place for brunch! You can spend your time here and enjoy the scene. The food was tasty and made well. A little on the higher price end for the portion size. If you have dietary restrictions such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free, there are several options available; including customizing your order.

it was a decent breakfast but the passion iced teas we got were not good.. even with sugar. thankfully the staff switched them out for iced coffees. i’d never seen a waffle shaped hash browns before so that was interesting. there was also a man there with his pet snake that we got to hold. it’s a nice location with a lot of plants in the seating area.

Atmosphere is excellent, very charming outdoor experience. Food was very tasty and filling as well! I was surprised that breakfast could be so tasty and different from what is usually offered at breakfast/brunch restaurants. The food came quick and overall it was a great time. Would definitely recommend.

So happy we found this place! Such a nice ambiance to enjoy some delicious food and coffee in the morning. The dishes were so unique and my husband LOVED the Lemonada and said he would drink it everyday if he could! We will definitely be back!

I really enjoye coming here. It's a nice outdoor area, beautiful surroundings. Food is fresh, coffee is delicious, great eating options. There is also a nice area to purchase records, candles, jewelry. Staff is friendly, there is inside dining as well.

This place was good, I think its over hyped just a bit... The food was good, simple, nothing too crazy. I did like everything I tried. The chef special is good, I think it can be better, its more on the dry side. Wish they had sunny side up eggs as a choice. Everyone love the ice coffee, but I did not try it. Instead I had the Nutella hot chocolate, and the mint lemonade, which was delicious.

Amazing little hidden gem. The owner was very hospitable! I'm not usually an iced coffee kind of guy (I like my coffee hot), but their coffee is so good the iced coffee was phenomenal! Will return soon.
