I go to many Walmarts while driving throughout the country and just had to review how BAD this store is. I should of guessed from the outside because trash was all over the parking lot along with the carts. Trash can at the entrance was overflowing. Inside was worse! The floors were all beat up and dirty. Merchandise on floors. A baby gate left in the ladies clothes section. No employee could pick it up and return to proper place! Just pure laziness!!! The absolute worse was the ladies room! It smelled horrendous! There was no toilet paper in one stall. It actually was thrown all over the floor. Portaporties are cleaner than this bathroom! Upper management really needs to talk to store manager regarding their staff.

Horrible! Only 2 registers opened and each line has more than 15 people. For a Billion dollar company you would think they have a better system. Not even self check out is open

Go to any other Walmart but this one. Fire the person who decided it’s a good idea to close the self checkout when there are 100+ people in lines before opening more registers. Unprofessional!

Impressive selection of Pop-Tarts. The lines moved incredibly slowly. None of the cashiers seemed to be in a rush.

Last week I walked into the store at 2300 W Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 looking for tires. They were busy and advised me to make an appointment. I agreed and set an appointment for 1:00 3/25/23. I selected the tires and the gentleman assisting me said I was all set. I asked him if they would have the tires here or if I needed to pay for them now. He assured me they would have the tires ready when I arrived. I showed up for the appointment today and they checked to see if they had the tires which they only had 2. Furthermore apparently it is first come first serve. I rescheduled my whole day around this appointment only to told they could not serve me and it was my fault because I did not buy them ahead of time. Which I tried to do last week, but was told I did not need to. I have used Walmart for 20 years for tires and oil changes. I have never found a Walmart auto center ran as poorly as the one at 2300 W Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. I won't be back

Very clean, and organized. You can tell the employees really try to force their smiles (which doesn’t bother me, rather I find it entertaining because I much rather someone be genuine and not try to look happy while helping me out than fake something so simple as an emotion cause if they’re not being real about that, what will they be honest about?) Regardless, I’d go so far to say it’s not what they’d prefer to do personally rather than probably are being told how to interact with customers “cause a smiles the best thing you can wear” lol

Went here because I couldn’t make it to another store before my doc appointment and to work. I knew Walmart had a self making key kiosk. I was pointed in the correct direction. I proceeded the process to make my mom a spare key 🔑. By the time I paid and was waiting for a key to be cut I was told by an associate that she didn’t think the machine work…but there was no out of order sign. Once the key 🔑was produced, I compared it with the original and it was missing a lot of grooves and bumps. I will be reaching out to the company for a refund. There needs to be an out of order sign posted. As in the picture there is no way this key will go to any lock.

Overall the store is Clean and well maintained. I’ve been here a few times, and every single time the self checkout lines are crowded. Not enough cashier counters open.

CURBSIDE PICK UP IS HORRIBLE. Workers don’t load up the groceries in the car for you ! They bring out the grocery to your car and leave it at your trunk for you to load your own car while they stand around and talk among each other. TRIED CALLING INTO THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERED. Reporting them to the manager is impossible because no one has the decency to pick up the phone. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS STORE! THE WORKERS DON’T WANT TO WORK AND THATS UNACCEPTABLE. Where is management to supervise employees?

Overall not bad the store is decent and clean. The only draw back is most the people stocking shelves or helping do not actually work there. They are merchandisers just hired to stock. They had very few employees that you could get help from. The self checkout area was a mess and packed with people. The employees in that area where less then excited to help you.

The store is one of the decent sized Walmarts and they have a lot of inventory. The lines at this one are normally not bad and move rather quickly in self checkout. Typically they have enough of everything and most items are stocked up. Sadly it seems as if the employees here do not care at all and it’s almost as if it’s a huge problem if you ask for any help or need them to do anything even answer a simple question. It’s also not the cleanest store I’ve seen but not the worse either. So as long as you can figure out everything you need by yourself and don’t expect the employees to contribute anything you should be fine.

I was there yesterday... Dianne the cashier was quick and cleaned everything between customer. I wanted to give her recognition for her movement and for being consistent with cleaning. Thank you Dianne... you are definitely a hard working employee.

Most of the attenders were helpful, customer support team is good. The clothing collection looks so aged and dull for the price. Atleast one item was billed for a higher amount that the displayed amount, resolved only by returning it. My advice to check the bill once against what you saw in the display.

I just went today to return a fan that I just bought. Lost the receipt, even thou it’s smack on the wall that you guys can still do the exchanges without the receipt this location seems to follow a different policy while advertising something else. I went to another location and exchanged it successfully they could’ve easily pulled up my card from any system within 90 days but chose not these workers need training on the policy they clearly don’t know it.

Curbside Pick up employees: Please Scan "BOTH" bar codes for Phones! Thats the only way they become activated in phone providers network system... customers have to spend time returning to your store to get both bar codes scanned properly

We normally do not have a terrible experience here but today was certainly one for the books. We asked for assistance with a Christmas tree and the associate looked bewildered and said he couldn't help us. We then went to check out and walked to a line where the cashier wouldn't make eye contact with us and wouldn't answer our question if she was open. We then proceeded to self checkout where an associate interrupted us with a plastic bag restock while we were in the midst of scanning and packing our own bags... she didn't say "excuse me" but only said she needed to add more bags (very intrusive!). She even put plastic bags over the chapsticks we had scanned so we missed putting them into our bags. Customer service seems non-existent at this location...

The store is definitely well stocked, yet the cleaning could improve. We shopped here twice over three days of being in town, and both visits I noticed a few areas not cleaned up. On our second visit I had to hunt down a store employee to ask them if they would address a spill in the pasta sauce area. I did appreciate how friendly, polite and professional the staff was.

I’ve ordered pickup from this store twice. Each time I have received items that are past their expiration dates. If you shop here (and I recommend that you don’t) be sure to check how old your items are.

Slow pick up service. After I arrived, I was the only car in the pick up lot. Waited for 10 minutes, no one came. Called the number, no one answer. Voice box was full. I went to costumer service, they call the pick up department, no one came. Costumer service told me that they don’t know how long the pick up department would take to come. I saw at the entrance the picture of the store manager, Mason Rucker, with a sign that read “Give me a call if you need anything”. I ask to talk to him, and costumer service completely ignore my request. If the store manager is not available, why did you put up that sign?

This joint was pretty busy on my visit just before lunchtime. I tried a Brisket sandwich. Great taste but lacked smoky flavour. All in all it’s a good place. Not your typical BBQ joint. 👍

The last visit went smooth and quick. Only needed 3 things got them and got in the self check. The line moved quickly, even with the full cart people in the <20 item line.

Appalling store. Dirty, broken merchandise, tons of stuff out of stock. You need help with something? Good luck getting someone to help you! It took me over 20 minutes to get baby formula out of a locked case. The bell to ring for “service” was broken. Every associate I asked said it wasn’t their job and to go to customer service. It took me THREE tries at customer service to get someone to walk back and unlock the case, even though there were 5 people standing around talking. I will never return to this dump!

It’s a shame that Walmart got rid of cashiers to put in self checkouts. Not only do we pay so much money for groceries nowadays but now we have to bag own groceries. I don’t think it’s fair to the people who needs this jobs but the world is going in the wrong direction.

Bad return policy with Inflatable mattresses. I have a receipt, I returned within days... Here's the catch... Only for exchange of another mattress! Fine, I understand... But I had to go to 3 Wal-Mart locations to find another comparable item. Ask me if I will shop here again. Go to Amazon... Everyone knows how they are customer centric. Bad service... Case by case decisions should be made by the CS manager.

Receipt checker got mad when I gave her my receipt and kept walking. They should know that I didn’t talk to anyone in the store and the whole experience gave me anxiety, now this lady wants to talk to me on my way out. That is the lowest respect job I can think of but she thinks she is valuable to my shopping experience. If they had my single item at a different store, I wouldn’t have gone to walmart.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA IS TERRIBLE. They left us without saying anything. I understand you’re assisting a customer, but we waited 10 minutes without being spoken to. Not even “One moment” was said. They looked and just laughed while walking away. Another female came along, we asked to be helped please, and she ignored as if we weren’t there. Talking to another customer, not even looking our way. We asked can we be cashed out please, and was still ignored. You guys need to do better.

I was helped by an awesome associate who went above and beyond to ensure I can complete my payment. So, I left my wallet at home only to have the virtual cards on my phone. Unfortunately, this location doesn't provide the means to use the capability. She came up with a solution that enabled me to do so.

I needed to replace my tire sensors. The dealership wanted almost $500. Walmart charged me $115. The Manager took me in immediately. They have a monitor sensor tool and we thought the problem was solved. The next day I YouTubed a video that explained how to reset the sensors on my make and model. I went back to automotive and the manager immediately went with me and we followed the instructions. It worked perfectly. The automotive Mgr. deserves a raise. He could of had me sitting and waiting for hours, but did it himself. I owned a garage years ago and I would hire him in a minute. Great experience and value.

I never go in the store. I only use the delivery service, mostly for groceries but also other things sometimes. The service is very good for groceries. Much better than instacart and much less expensive. I am very happy with this service.

For such a big establishment there is no reason why there are not enough efficient workers. You only have 2 3 lanes open at most and long lines that take you up to 30 minutes just to check out. There is no one on the sales for to help with assistance i.e entertainment, hardware, jewelry etc. Its not a pleasure to shop. There is no sense of peace or enjoyment coming to shop at Walmart. I can shop at target and be in and out in less than 30 minutes. Hire more people. In force better customer service.

Found what I needed pretty easily. Also a pretty clean store, nice staff. The pharmacy is great, they're nice and full your scripts and quick as possible so you can just walk around a little bit to pass time and go back to grab it when you get a text. Def a nice store 👍🏾 👌 thanks guys!

Worst shopping experience in recent memory. Next time go to Target. Waited in the "speedy" checkout 20 items or less for over 20 minutes. People in front of line had at least double the number of items. Got to front of the line and cashier closed the line because he had to rescan everything in the customer before. Horrible customer service.

This is one of my favorite Walmarts with at least 10 self checkout registers. The lines are not usually long. The shelves are rarely empty. The store is always clear of debris and clean. I haven't had a bad bathroom day they are usually well kept. Parking is not bad for Walmart. This is definitely my go-to Pharmacy never had an issue here the pharmacy staff is very nice and helpful.
