Cheese on pizza is always burnt here. I enjoy well done pizza, like Anthony's, but the cheese should not be burnt like in the photo. Crust can be charred, but not cheese. Usually low-moisture and low fat cheeses will burn, this way. Either that or the temperature of the ovens need to be adjusted. Additionally, the pizza counter is now closed in the evening, so you have to scream out your order, interrupt the cook, have him stop what he's doing, give you a slip, take the slip to the register, bring the slip back. Customers standing confused. Very ackward and inconvenient, some one did not think this idea through. Having someone at register was a lot better.

I love going to Whole-food at this location. I go there 3 times a week. They have fresh products. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for the cashiers at the self-checkout. I asked a couple of them for help on different days. One of them talked back to me while she was the one who made a mistake. The other one told me to move out of the register so she can help with an unfriendly tone.

This Whole Foods store is quite. I love Whole Foods, I even get my skincare and bodycare from here. Super nice staff. I love their hot bar and all their soups are yum. I usually prefer getting fresh produce from here in comparison to other stores. I always had issues with produce rotting away in less than a week but the produce here is of great quality. I also see a difference in taste. Super convenient self checkout as well. If you love dessert, try their tiramisu, one of the best I ever had.

I just left your store in pompano beach 11:45 am. While checking out at the self check out one of my items didn’t scan, I asked for help, your employee working in that area wasn’t very happy to help. She finally asked me to go find another item to scan. I told her it was a far walk, and she ignored me. Horrific CUSTOMER SERVICE, and very rude in the attitude. It wasn’t the message but the delivery. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. I think I’ll drive elsewhere

Super clean store and lots of different ingredients. What impressed me the most was an employee Erin. She was my cashier about a week ago. I didn't get my Amazon discount on a few times items. She went out her way to suggest return the items and rescan them so that I could receive my discount which was very thoughtful. I didn't end up doing it because I was in a rush. Today I went in and I purchased 5 reusable bags and a cart full of groceries. She packed everything with consideration and was super friendly. She's the example of how customer service should be. Thanks for making my day! I usually get attitudes when I'm buying a Cart full of groceries because people just dont want to work anymore. Thanks again Erin!

The one thing about this location is the friendly staff and their willingness to help and recommend different products as many cannot be sourced due to worldwide shortages. Knocked off one star as the store is a little on the warm side lately - cut my visit short today (saved me money!) as it was somewhat uncomfortable after 30 mins

Been in here twice in the last 2 weeks. It appears Bezos can no longer afford a heat lamp over the pizza slices. This is the home of icy cold pizza. If you show up hoping for a quick food grab any later than 7:40 because you worked late, some nights they are putting the buffet away, starting with the foods of substance first. Enjoy your veggies prepared in a matter to maximize weight, if anything at all. This place has been going backwards all year.

So I’ve checked out Whole Foods before—beautiful masterpiece of a grocery store chain (Amazon bought a gem!)—but anyway, the prices always kept me an admirer but not a customer. After their ads on Pandora, I decided to check out their “A taste of Whole Foods” (free samples of holiday meal foods)—and I’m afraid their marketing team won me over this time. I tried their hot bar for the first time. Mmm great lasagna, rich Mac and cheese, and some other tasty favorites. But definitely worth it! :)

I have been purchasing their sourdough bread even though its twice as expensive as the Publix sourdough bread. The quality of the whole foods bread is not better than Publix, I just got use to it and was willing to pay double the price. The person behind the counter always sliced my bread and I was happy. Recently they introduced self service bread slicing. I told the attendant that I would rather they do it, after all I am paying twice as much. Publix still slices your bread. In not a very polite way he told me he will not slice my bread and that i had to use the self service slicer. After that comment I decided that I will stick with publix for shopping.

Very clean and organized. Has everything you need. Great selection of veggies, fruits fresh meats and seafood. The cheese and bakery section along with the hot food sections are out of this world. Be prepared though, it is pricey

First time visiting this location. Well stocked, clean and tidy. We found all the products we usually buy at the Boca location. There is a big selection of prepared foods. Plenty of parking available.

Sliced Turkey from Deli was not sliced… it was crumbled. At least the customer serviced handled the matter but they should not even sell….

Love love whole foods!!! Must try their rugelachs in the bakery cabinet. Apricot and raspberry are my favorite.

Absolutely love shopping here. Like all Whole Foods the prices are generally in the higher end but so is the quality. This store specifically is always well stocked, full of fresh fruits and baked goods. I will say it’s often a bit difficult to find associates if you have a question but once you do they are always nice and helpful.

I have had a couple issues with order and curbside pick up. I once ordered curbside pick up, and the staff refused to come out, called and said that I must come to the door and pick up my groceries. And a couple times, the fruits or veggies are spoiled, they don't look at them before putting them in the bags. Other than that, It's a nice place to go shopping. Customer service there is usually OK, there is that 1 lady at nighttime that is usually in charge, she's very helpful and when there's an issue with the pick up, refund is an easy process.

Well, it's Whole Foods. What else should I say? Amazing store. I went there for a cake. Although they don't seem to make them big (cakes), you can always bet they will be succulent and very good for the price. I just wished they made bigger cakes.

Oh how I love Whole Foods. I come here to get hair products and Eden (I believe is her name, the lady with black curly long hair in the cosmetics area) is great. She’s actually familiar with the hair products and have tried them out personally. Amazing customer service.

This is our favorite location in the city. The staff are pretty friendly, parking is easy and the experience is pretty good. The only reason it’s a 4 star is that you always have to wait at the registers.

If you haven't been to Whole Foods. It is an experience unlike most stores in South Florida. I do not know if they are in other locations. It doesn't matter here I live here is my Whole Foods. It is close to my home and I don't shop. There? Often because of the prices of things but if money was no object I certainly would go more often. Publix is my go to store as well as trader Joe's. But there are certain things at Whole Foods that cannot be purchased from other places so like a flea market. You go to find that what you're looking for that. You can't find anywhere else although sometimes you don't find it so there's that. Each door is down right? Clean meat organized and product placement is just where it should be and you should check out the supplements. They have to enhance and supplement your daily life including essential oils. Yes they have food .

We really enjoy the hot bar for a quick option for lunch. Lots of healthier options ready to go in minutes. So much better than fast food.

Very large location with plentiful outdoor seating. Large hot and cold bar. Alcohol bar with rotating draft beers.

Convenient to stop at on the way home. I asked for something at the fresh fish counter and was quickly and not so nicely told that we haven't had that in years. They usually have good sales to be able to fit into you budget. The rest of the staff were very friendly, I had a good laugh with the lady that checked me out. Thank you!

Love the fresh items for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 25 soups, salads, meat balls, pasta, fresh pizza by the slice or the whole pie, that's what I like about Whole Foods!!! Works for me...

Really nice experience to shop at Whole Foods. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had plenty of all what's needed when it comes to food. The quality is always fresh and excellent! The hot bar smelled amazing and has a good assortment if you want to grab something to eat on the way home from work. This store is just the right size, not too big and not to small and has a great selection. Definitely recommend a visit if you are on the search for good quality food.

Like all Whole Foods around the country it’s clean, friendly, and helping to any kind of needs. Nice area and accessible location. Well managed store and workers. Been many times and yet to have even a problem with the place. I do believe that a 5 star grocery store must be insanely amazing. For what it’s worth, this a great grocery store.

Really nice Whole Foods. The store was clean and the staff was helpful. They had plenty of all the items in stock. The hotbar smelled amazing. This store is not as big as most but still had a great selection.

Sometimes they have live performances out front and the ambience is always nice. I however prefer my tacos from the inside. You can call in your order and then pick them up.
