Hands Down this is my fav spot for a Bagel and Cream Cheese! It was here that I first got to try a Wheat Everything Bagel and fell in love!!!! Their bagels are made on site and in front of all to see.They have a bagel making machine along the wall where you stand in line and you can watch bagels being twisted into circles and placed on the trays by the staff. A pretty cool thing if you ask me. They also have the 1st “Coffee Ice Cubes” I’ve ever tried and they rock! Also, they have several kinds of coffee, soda and hot tea. Since their bagels are made in house they are super fresh, with the chewy outer layer and that soft yummy inside. They also have several different Cream Cheeses and sandwiches too! The staff is also super nice and always happy to help with an order or answer questions. An amazing place for breakfast and lunch and my only go-to for amazing bagels :)

GROSS!!!! Egg salad being served from 8 days ago, and I told the manager Scott about it he proceeded to take it off the shelf and try it himself and then threw them all away because they tasted rotten as I expected. “ I wonder how many people bought rotten egg salad” someone said behind me…After I spoke to the manager about it he was very confrontational and very rude, condescending and confrontational…I’ve been coming here for 8 years and that’s no way to treat a customer. Scott I am deeply hurt by the way that you run this place like some sketchy business.. I will be reporting you to the Florida health department along with the County health Department you need to be checked. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE BAGELS COULD BE USED AS A BRICK!! They must have made them last week as well!! horrible how this place has been sliding down hill!!

Good Coffee and decent bagels for Florida. This location is always crowded, so it’s much easier to order on the app and pick up. You can still sit inside or on the patio if you order ahead. Make sure you double check your order because sometimes there are mistakes. Bagels are made daily and there’s a nice variety. Nova cream cheese has lots of salmon in it and is very good. Weekends are a zoo. Order online to save a long wait.

Fun atmosphere, feels like you’re in Brooklyn. The flavor of the bagels isn’t to die for, it’s not as good as a proper New York bagel, but definitely a nice place to come grab breakfast.

Great Bagels , I love the fact while you're eating you can see how the bagels are made . it's an experience of no other while you're at a restaurant. Good food and great coffee with a variety of coffee. staff are great and pleasant

Staff getting lazy so they cancel immediate DoorDash orders now you have to set a time that they may or may not fulfill. Bagels are a dime a dozen in Boca don’t waste your time.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Tried this place for the first time today. I bought a dozen bagels. I paid with my credit card and was forced to leave a tip or I couldn’t proceed with my payment. A tip for someone to put bagels in a bag? Seriously? On top of that, the bagels were dry and rubbery. Needless to say, I won’t be going back here.

It was delicious and they have a real good set up. Service was fast and friendly.

These so, called general managers have no idea what customer satisfaction is. I asked for a dozen bagels to be cut in half and each one wrapped because they were going to different people. The GM gives me attitude saying I'll do it for you but we don't provide that service. Then I get to work and find out the bagels are not today's bagels because they were hard and tough to chew. The 3 BWBs I've gone to, all have shown me how they lack customer satisfaction and how unprofessional they are. Never returning to BWB. They're all full of $#!T !!!

One thing that I have learned from my years in Hospitality, is No one goes to a restaurant/place of service solely for the products. They become loyal returning guests because of the service and the staff. I have been to this store multiple times and the cashiers that are taking peoples hard earned money for a product that they are paying for are not good representatives. It’s like you are asking for a kidney donation or their first born. They are rude, abrupt and their attitude towards the guests needs to change. The way I was treated was disgusting but I can say it’s a common theme and that is sad. I will return to monitor and I will definitely be more vocal.

This place used to be great, now they sell sandwiches for $25 that are burned! Last time I ever came in there. It is simply unacceptable. It was yesterday 2/4/22. Does the sandwich on the picture look like something that was worth $25??? It tasted horrible. I want my money back!!!!!

Not bad, if only they cooked the bacon thoroughly. Rubbery, fatty bacon is just unnacceptable. Luckily, I nuked it at home for a few seconds and it made a huge difference. Don't offer bacon and then not prepare it properly. It looks like you microwave your eggs, so why not microwave the bacon as well. Not sure how any of it deserves the "Brooklyn" name on it, but that's another conversation.

It would be hard to find better bagels in more variety. There are half-pound containers of flavored cream cheeses and whitefish spread. There are baker’s dozen packages of bagels (13) for $14. There is make-your-own egg cream (no egg) with a pump bottle of U-Bet chocolate syrup & seltzer on tap. There are frozen cubes of coffee called Cubsta.

Best bagels! And ice coffee ice cubes! They have a big selection of bagels very fresh. They have sandwiches as well. It's a great breakfast spot. Not to expensive and worth it.

I really shouldn’t have to order hash browns to go, then get home and throw them in my own deep fryer to finish cooking them. That’s just a piss poor job on your own cooking abilities. Especially, when I’m literally the only customer in the store. Not a great way to set a first impression for a customer.

This place doesn’t get the credit it deserves. Yes it is not like the bagels in Long Island or New York, but pretty close. The prices are very fair and you get a lot of food to keep you satiated. Their coffee bar is amazing and I appreciate the ice cubes being made out of coffee to helps keep their beverages at great quality and to maintain the flavor. I will always continue to visit this place when I can.

I visit this location almost every weekend. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way yesterday that the Level Up app is not secure. Specifically, I used the app to pay for my purchase yesterday morning. A few minutes later a thief gained access to my Level Up app and ordered a couple bagels at the Lake Worth location, which they did not pick up. They then gained access to my credit card number and made over $1,000.00 in unauthorized purchases until my credit card company notified me of unusual activity, at which point I notified them of the fraud and requested a new card number. I will continue to patronize Brooklyn Water Bagels. However, I will be deleting the Level Up app since it is not secure. The 5% back is not worth the risk of my credit card number being stolen again.

C’mon guys. I was excited to see Carnegie corn beef and matzoball soup. But the sandwich was empty. Very little meat at all. Not like in the big Apple. It tasted good but very disappointing.

I ordered the Williamsburg from here last week and loved it so much I ordered it again today. I ordered through Uber and when it arrived all I got was the bagel and cream cheese, but no salmon, onions, or tomatoes. Luckily I was refunded by Uber but I was pretty bummed out because it’s bizarre how the main components of the meal were missed out. My friend ordered an omelette in the same order and received a complete meal so it was odd how mine was incomplete. I would still order again because it was so good but I hope this doesn’t happen again.

I have been to several different Brooklyn Water Bagel locations and would say this is probably the best one so far. Seems everything is always fresh, bagels, muffins and coffee especially. Great Coffee! If your in the mood for a good fresh delicious bagel, May I recommend the Garlic..oh so good! Definitely recommend. Enjoy! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Heaviest bagels in Boca but tasty Good for one day but after a day they get rock hard. They have Carnegie Deli Pastrami one of my favorites and great in their breakfast bagel. Decent breakfast good value and my favorite is their ice coffee that gets stronger as the ice melts. Their icecubes are made from coffee Brilliant!!!

As a former NYker this place was actually good. The lady behind the counter was super sweet since this was my first time there. Explained their style. I will go back again happily. They just need some veggie tuna and more coffee choices.

Best bagel and cream cheese ever! I had an issue with my online order but Frank took upon himself to help me out. He had amazing customer service which left me leaving extremely satisfied. He made my hectic morning calm and easy. I'll be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you frank!

Great coffee. Decent bagels. But horrendous service. I think they average half of all orders being wrong. I’ve never walked out with a correct order. But the coffee is fantastic. If they didn’t screw up constantly, maybe I wouldn’t have cold food, long lines and high prices. I suggest you go for the coffee and avoid the food completely.

the WORST bagel place you can go to. save your money and skip out on this hell hole. can spread the cream cheese on a bagel but not the jelly, when i asked twice, put veggie cream cheese when i asked for regular.. tells me there knives in the front. how am i spreading jelly on a bagel that’s already filled with cream cheese on both sides? disgusted. do better!
