I stopped in a couple times a day and I have to say it's a great start to my day as well as a great ending! The bartenders are amazing, friendly, very knowledgeable! All of them customers are always welcoming and kind. This place has a real family like vibe, and I'm happy 2 have become a regular there. If you're looking for a place where everybody fits in and you can just chill, be yourself, and enjoy a beverage in the company of good people oh, this is your place!

This is by far the best Kava bar I have ever been to. It’s the perfect size to come and hangout. All the drinks here are incredible and made with love. It’s pet friendly and the crowd here is consistently welcoming and happy. I’ve been to several kava bars and this is the only one I can come to multiple times a week and not get bored. Joe, JJ, Spirit, and Rose are amazing people and they introduce the product thoroughly so it’s great for newcomers. This place is a must try!

Heaven on Earth. Best place on Earth, not just the best kava bar, but the best environment I could imagine, everyone is so welcoming and kind, and the amount of peace that this bar brings is amazing. Awesome to relax and communicate with the nicest people and the most humble crowd ever. Never once had a bad experience EVER. People call this place home and I couldn’t agree more and of course the kratom and kava are 10/10. Sacred Treasure.

Very relaxed vibe and bartender (Joel?). Blue lotus is not something I've seen at every kava bar, so I'm impressed they had a home brew cooked at low temps with berry juice. Excellent establishment at first glance!

Awa Na Zen Kava Bar is a very cool, relaxing place. I came here for the first time on a date (beats Starbucks). Neither one of us has ever been here, so we didn't know what to expect. Immediately after walking in, we noticed the peaceful vibe.The employee Charles was social and very nice. He explained the different types of drinks to make our choice easier. we both really enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. It's laid-back, quiet chill place. I wouldn't be surprised if people come here to study. They have comfortable couches and a bar you can sit at while enjoying your drink. Between the friendly staff, the atmosphere and the products, I will definitely be back.

The workers are very nice here. Got the the red kratom with blue lotus and it tastes pretty grounding and earthy. It is a great base for adding other herbal tinctures too. I’d love to see this place adding more fresh juices and elixirs to their menu. There are great ways to mix fresh ingredients into these amazing plants and have them taste great! I love that this seems more zen then a lot of the other kava bars. Would have loved some more zen music to go with the name (ex binaural beats or more downtempo music) 🌱 Cute scenery for photos :)

Very clean, relaxing atmosphere & delicious kava & Kratom cocktails. I highly recommend the Red, White & Blue which is a tasty mix featuring Kava, Kratom & Blue Lotus. Joe is the very best!

Awa Na Zen Kava Bar is a very relaxing and comfy place that anyone should go to if the are looking for a chill time.

So I happen to be visiting Pompano Beach and this place is fantastic. Great environment, wonderful people, fantastic Kava and Kratom. What more could you ask for so close to where you are staying. Glad I now have a spot where I can relax and get work done everytime I am in town for business.

It used to be good but the main guy that worked 7 days a week left so now nobody goes here
