I went to Rip’s Sports Bar & Grill with some friends to see the musical band “ MISCHIEF “. The bar staff and waitresses were very friendly and professional. The food, beer and adult beverages were affordable. The band sounded great in this small venue. I had a great time and even danced a few times. That makes me give this place five stars ✨. if you like live music there's always something going on here. Wednesday nights is karaoke but other than that it's usually a safe bet that you're going to find some good music there. Very cozy place, but it is a bar and can get pretty loud. Some very talented local musicians drop by regularly.

Bowling alley is clean, fun, and atmospheric. Staff is very kind and friendly. Great Monday and Friday bowling specials. The bar connected to the alley definitely has a 'locals' feel. Smoking allowed which is a turn off. Cheap buckets of beer (5 beers for $12). Slightly understaffed at the bar with typically only one bartender and MAYBE two bartenders on a busy night.

Great bar. Different band every weekend. Rockin good time.

Good blues jam. Nice drink prices. Excellent Bartender, she was slammed for a few hours and Never missed a beat. She had no time to "fool around' and I don't think she would have even if she could have. Enough said!

Food is great. Has a wonderful live band and drinks are cheap. Very friendly here. A place you would love and call home

Some great local bands rock this place regularly. It's small and often cannot comfortably hold the crowds the bands attract. Typical bar food is tasty, and served hot and fresh. The wait staff hustles hard to keep up with the crowds. Old school decor gives a feel of a lounge from the 70s.

Bowling & food a little pricey, but was fun. First Sunday we went we played two games each, second Sunday we went we ended playing four games each as it ended up cheaper. they have great lunch specials for $5.99 mon.-friday only at the bar area. i usually get the spaghetti dish and iced tea special. very big portion and the sauce is excellent.

Fun place, great bar staff with live entertainment a few nights a week. (some good... some not so good) Where else can you see Shaw Davis (local pompano boy) and the Black Ties for free. Fish dip is made fresh there, pizzas are just ok, mahi is delicious. Happy hour can make you happy, local crowd.

Another 5 star review for Rips Sports Bar! This place was amazing, A friend and I came in from out of town and we stopped at Rips in for a beer. Ended up drinking till we passed out! due to The friendly, inviting atmosphere, the incredibly friendly bar tender they make you truly feel like you’re at home at Rips. Add that with the drink selections AND! The phenomenal live music that was beyond this world. It was better anything else I had experienced before. The man playing music on Wednesday night (wish I remembered his name) did an incredible cover of Steve Miller Band I legitimately thought I was at a Steve Miller concert. If you find yourself traveling through Pompano Beach, stop into Rips for stellar service and even more incredible live music. I hope one day my friend and I can return to Rips. Rips rips rips. I can’t say it enough!
