Came at the perfect time, Julius our server and staff got us right in with our drinks shortly followed by my salad, he got my sons order in fast, food came out quickly and tasted great cooks and prep were on point

Went there with a friend for lunch for a second visit. The first visit was really good with a great waiter. Josh. Good food and attentive service. Unfortunately second visit 1:56pm 8/7, Fed Hiway Pompano location was not consistent with the first. Seemed like the wait staff was hiding out in the back. Took a while before anyone came out to greet and seat us. The person who did, took us to our booth and didn’t even say someone would be with you or who that would be. Everyone seemed like they were doing the bare minimum. When the waitress came out she was cordial but not very helpful. My friend ordered a burger and she never asked how he wanted it cooked, which always happened at every other Chili’s. We had to remind her of the Chili’s club where you get either free soft drinks or chips. When we did she had us enter our phone number to access the deal then asked if we wanted chips or drinks. We replied drinks. She acknowledged. When we got the bill the drinks were charged. When we asked her about it, she blamed us saying we should have selected the free drinks, which is interesting because we’ve been to multiple Chili’s including this location a few weeks ago and every time the waiter either entered it themselves or they turned the keypad around and told us to enter. She did neither. If what she said was true then why didn’t she tell us after we confirmed we wanted the free drinks. She just couldn’t admit she made a mistake and kept making excuses. Again, we usually have good experiences at Chili’s but this wasn’t one of them.

Located in the Pompano Citi Centre, this Chili's was not that busy. I did noticed that they have a large bar. I walked to the side of the building and entered the to-go area to pick up my online order - Chili's 3 for me which consisted of a bowl of loaded baked potato soup, crispy chicken sandwich with fries, and a strawberry lemonade. I also requested for a side of the special sauce. After I got home and got comfortable, I began to indulge in the food. Everything was prepared nicely. The soup was rich and cheesy with plenty of potatoes and bacon bits. The fries was fried to a golden brown and was lightly seasoned. The crispy chicken sandwich even more delicious with the added sauce. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing. Will have to find the time to dine in.

Havent been to chilis in 5 plus years. Figured id stop by for lunch. Food was good. Everyone was happy. Good food. Good service. Good environment. Can’t go wrong

I got there pretty late (2100 hours) and was surprised to see they were pretty busy. I had a very short wait to be seated, and I knew my waitress was busy...so no issue with waiting a tiny bit. The waitress was very nice, and took my order via digital entry, and even put my special request in for extra olives for my drink. The problem came with the order being dropped off by helpers, which I understand the waitress was busy, but the drink came with no olives...my cup of chili was at best lukewarm. And when the main plate of pasta came it was at best warm and dry...not much flavor. The waitress did later get me some olives, which did help with the drink! Another up was the small booth I was in was easy on my back! Be safe all.

Likely won’t be returning and I used to love chilis. While our waitress was nice, our orders came out wrong and/or forgotten each time a part came out after long wait times even with other tables getting their food before us after we arrived before them. The cherry on top was when my food came out shaped like this and thought it was kinda childish of them.

Excellent service, delicious food. Drinks were out like 10 seconds after we ordered them. Staff was on point the whole time through. Would definitely recommend this place. Clean and quick.

Picked up birthday dinner for me and my son. JOSH took my to go order and he did an awesome job! He was super patient, friendly, personable, attentive to every detail of my order and made sure everything was packed up properly down to the sauces I asked for. I've been to Chili's many times, but today was best experience in a long time. Thank you JOSH!! P.S. Love the hair!

Ok, hostess today was dreadful, not a happy camper. Waitress was amazing but forgetting everything 😅🤦🏻‍♀️ anyway, manager passing by the tables quick but not really making a real connection with tables, so he couldn’t notice what was missing or anything. Funny place, everything “apparently “ in place, but not really. I had to return a dreadful salad 🥗 with old lettuce and sad cucumbers . Saturday shift at 2:00 pm, not recommended. The bill was like $20 wrong, thank God I reviewed that too

For the price, Chilli's is crazy good food and family easy. We had fajitas, full rack ribs and grilled Santa Fe chicken salad.

10/10 experience, had a very helpful employee on the phone when I ordered in. She was fun and easy to talk to unlike a lot of other phone in order experiences I’ve had. She helped make sure I had everything I needed and when I went to collect my food it was all smiles laughs and funny dances which made the experience feel more intimate. If you ever get helped by a young lady by the name of “Faith” (whose name she got for her birthday)- a joke she told me, then be sure tip well as she clearly treats her guests above and beyond the bare minimum!

I went to Chili's on Saturday night with my family, on our order we said nothing with pork and when the server brings our orders we found bacon,sausage and Ribs pork.we ask for the manager she acts like doesn't care about our situation, finally we left the restaurant without eating anything. It was the worst experience ever. Not coming back

The server came right away to take care of us. The food was hot, delicious and fast. The shots were great. They serve you the right amount of alcohol in your Margritas.

As someone who can appreciate a classic American chain restaurant, this chilis location has good vibes. All of the people who work there were very friendly and the food was very tasty. I really liked my chicken crispers and quesadilla combo. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the roasted corn.

Stopped in today for lunch right after opening time. This is probably the best Chili's I have been to. I'm from out of state visiting family so we made a trip to Chili's. Got seated right away and had our orders taken just as fast. I had the pick three. The waitress name...I hope I spell it right was Kerri. What an awesome person she is...Fast..friendly..very efficient and a super smile. She made the whole experience all that much better!

Chili's is a really good place to go . The food is delicious and the drinks are always two for one ! Steve the general manager keeps the place ship shape and spotlessly clean . Kerry is the number one bartender and she does a great job always . She's very fast and very friendly !! All the customers really like her !! Right behind her is a real nice young man named Justin and he's about as nice and kind as you can get . The service is always excellent . Outside there's plenty of parking and inside there's plenty of room to move around lots of seats . I highly recommend you go !! When you go , tell them STEVE sent you , that's me !

This is my favorite Chili's and favorite waiters (anywhere). They always greet you with a huge smile and go out of their way to take care of you. Each waiter is different, but all are great. They bring out the food while it's hot and never forget you during the meal. What a great find!

Service was great staff was great atmosphere was also great not too loud and of course dinner is delicious another great day with mother and daughter outing in Pompano Beach

This place is great. Picked up takeout from here a few times and I've never been disappointed. Entire order is always in the bag and they bring it to your car. (Except for when the parking lot was being resurfaced and there was no access to the pickup parking.) That time I had to go inside but they have an entire little area dedicated to pickups and it's always a pleasant experience. The food is really good and there is always something for everyone, even some of the pickiest eaters. I highly recommend the street corn for a side and all the entrees I've had are delicious. The ribs are spot on and reheat nicely if you can't finish them. Happy eating.

Ribeye was less satisfying than I thought, came out a lil too watery. Asparagus was ehh. Mashed potatoes was good. Added hot sauce and a1 sauce to make it better. I still ate everything but wouldn’t get the ribeye here anymore
