My wife was injured at Nectar in the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino. Not only was she burned by food served dangerously hot by their kitchen/ staff, the staff did not care and offered no help. The pizza sauce burned the skin off her face instantly. One bartender offered ice for the burn after my wife continued to express she was hurt, and luckily I knew to refuse this since ice causes frostbite on burns. If she had accepted she would have had an even more serious injury. The casino showed no concern at the time of the incident, and since then it has been worse. They have had my wife on a wild goose chance, never reaching out or returning her phone calls, providing fake information and contacts, etc. Despite their promises to get in touch and make the situation right Seminole Coconut Creek Casino has done NOTHING to even get into contact with my wife. It is clear that because they are a very large business, they know that in the end they can give guests the run around while not being responsible for guest wellbeing. Losing a few guests means nothing compared to the millions they make off of the others. We were regulars at the Nectar bar but we will never be back. Do not patronize this establishment. Their staff is negligent and uncaring, clearly just there to collect their checks and leave. They serve food dangerously and at the risk of patron health, and they DO NOT care about their patrons. There are many other nightlife spots that at the least are safer.

A woman approached me and my friend while we were here. She took my phone out of my hands. I asked for it back and she refused. I immediately called the doorman over to de-escalate the situation. He saw me and didn’t bother to come over. The woman threw my phone down on the table. I again tried to flag the doorman over and said “please come get her” and he still didn’t bother. Luckily there was no real damage to my phone. But I will not be returning here.

Party of three, two ordered sushi rolls and one ordered pizza. The sushi came out first and we finished by the time the waitress returned to say 'the pizza isnt ready yet'. No apology or idea when it would be ready. After waiting another 10 minutes with no pizza, l approached the waitress to cancel the order. Again no apology. She told me ld have to wait for the manager. When he did come, he didnt approach us either, we had to flag him down to ask what could be done as we frequent the casino quite often. He offered to but is a round, which was annoying since obviously what we needed was food. We actually had to ask if something else might be done to which he responded 'here is my card, ask for me the next time you are here'. I felt very annoyed and upset and have never had such a horrible experience with service or customer service at the casino.

Awful experience. Came here for an event. They only had 2 servers. They messed up my food order. The manager came over once, said he would be back, never came back. They did buy me and produce the food. The check came and it was wrong and when I told the waitress that it was wrong they charged my card. The manager came over and explained that in order to cancel the first order they had to charge my card twice. Unacceptable.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I asked for 8 waters and got kicked out cause the bartender felt like I shouldn't have asked why. Really!!!°°

DO NOT EAT THE PIZZA AT NECTAR. I have a burn on my face from eating pizza at the Nectar bar. The pizza was served with sauce so extremely hot that on the first bite it splashed onto my face and scalded a bit of the skin off. I am lucky it was not more/ did not scald my eye or something even more serious. Food should be served safe for patrons to eat. It certainly shouldnt be hot enough to cause injury without warning. That is completely unsafe and negligent. Not one bartender was at all concerned that they served food hot enough to injure a patron. I was offered ice (which you do NOT put on burns, it causes frost bite... good thing I knew that to avoid further injury) and that was about it. When we asked to speak to a manager, they simply sent security who asked if I wanted to fill out a complaint form. We did, but it was clear the form is pretty much obsolete unless I had a heart attack. At least the individual in charge of the claim form offered me burn cream. So the casino in effect is leaving guests with memories of their experience in more ways than one... My face was burned and I will have a nice scar from it, and no one offered the slightest bit of care or compensation. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD HERE, or do so at your own risk. And definitely dont look for a staff who cares about the safety or wellbeing of their patrons. UPDT: Had to update with how absolutely negligent this business is, from the staff behind the bar to the "customer care line" that seems to be no more than a retasked call center team. I was given the run around for 5 days, told by countless people that "X person will be on the line in a moment" or "X supervisor will call you back in 2 minutes" without ever having a staff member, manager, or supervisor EVER reach out or speak to me. Last I heard, a member of the "Risk Management Team" could be contacting me shortly. The end result has been... nothing. Clearly this business is not in the business of customer care. I'll certainly never be back. Save your money, eat anywhere else (you could be saving yourself from an injury as well)

Service sucks here. Bartender Jordan is the worse rather rude. Drinks are rather watered down. Went on 11/3/18 DJ was really jamming. Won 160 bucks. If I return will not visit nectar.

Good beer and music, I got kicked out for smoking a cigar🚭 by management, its odd sometimes the waitress, bartenders allow cigar puffing customers

Celebrated my birthday there 11/11 had such a great time! From the start the food and beverage manager Milan was so helpful great guy and then Mike also extremely friendly and helpful! Now the service the waitress Christy was amazing and the most helpful friendly and beautiful Sandra was amazing never met anyone so happy and wanting to help and wouldn’t accept a penny cant wait to come back!! ❤️

The Nectar lounge is the place to be. Great atmosphere great dj. It's the perfect place to meet wonderful people. Not to mention the drinks are good and pizza is outta this world!

Aside from the smokey environment, it was a good experience.

You are welcomed with a hot bowl of soup. Can't go wrong going through their menu for appetizers, sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. To get a good variety of everything the deluxe chirashi bowl does the job. For the sushi rolls, most people would gravitate to the Toro Heaven roll, but I thought the Lemon Drop roll was definitely a must try.

Good time. Nice to see everyone out. It's hard to get table service and easier to get counter service.

They had a Brazilian band. A lot fun. Wish they have it more often.

This is a great place to watch a band or have a private party.

My favorite local band sacred union plays here alot. The pizza sold by the slice is really good. Its a casino.. so you have to tolerate the smokers. The coco dancers pop in and they are really entertaining

So I’m always here in town my friends always come here on the regular i got my son to come see me and we were at sunset grill a couple nights ago our bartender was miria one thing i can say is she one of the best bartenders I’ve seen around the hospitality to the food if you’re around i wouldn’t stop by an ask for her. She even got us to come back tonight and she was at the inside bar called nectar launge again she didn’t prove it wrong. I would come back every time just to see this beautiful young lady.

Great fun night out with family & friends. Deep Fried Funk band was great! Need to go back more often.

The nectar Lounge in the Seminole Casino in Coconut Creek. The band was great it was a large turnout. The band was Regs.. Very entertaining and versatile. All in all. Between the casino and the lounge. Awesome

The meals and service were beyond our expectations. We truly enjoyed the ambience of this place. Excellent place to take my family out for lunch.

This spot obviously knows how to treat their customers. Constantly with a super friendly approach. The food is affordably priced, regularly fresh and neat.

Best deep dish pizza, EVER!! Try the brass monkey it's not on the menu, but it's the little star with sausage added and it's quite delicious!

Spacious fancy schmancy wine lounge with great service...and apparently dog-friendly! They welcomed our pomeranian friend, who sat quietly while his mommy and I sat for hours sipping flights and nibbling on truffle popcorn, poblano chili and artichoke dip, and duck salami pizzetta. Awesome ambiance, wine and beer options, and decent snacks. Doggy approves!

This restaurant is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I I need a good lunchon, this place comes immediately to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and diverse food and a rich cuisine.courteous staff, and agreeable vibes. Also, the price is good. I praise this restaurant with no hesitation.
