Our server, Denise was terrific, she anticipated our needs before we even asked. The wings came out just as desired. We will return to this location again.

This is not my first time at this Hooters location. Hooters is known for their cute wait staff, wings and sports viewing. I felt the need to review my lunch experience today at this location (Andrews Ave). We arrived and waited at the entrance to be seated (12:30pm) as the sign said. The waitress was behind the bar with her head down possibly on her phone. Hubs decided since she wasn't going to acknowledge us, he would ask her where would we sit. There were 3 guys at the bar and two others in the outside seating area. She promptly came over and took our drink order. We quickly got our drinks and we placed our order: buffalo shrimp, wings, fries. The Shrimp came out quick and they were delicious. (The last time I had Hooters food had to be over 6 yrs ago). The wings and fries came out kinda later than you would expect, but were also very good. After the food came, the waitress didn't come to refill hubs diet coke even when he put it at the end of the table for her to see. She only came to basically plop the bill on the table. Honestly, the service is what gave the rating a 3. The food is a 5. I have been to other locations and don't remember any service issues.

Came in for a quick bite and a few drinks for Happy Hour. I sat at the bar and was quickly helped out by Shay. Extremely friendly! I asked if I could taste one the sauces since I was ordering some wings to go and she was quick to get a side of the sauce along with some fries. Get gesture! I ended up ordering some mini burgers/sliders with fries and took 10 wings to go. My drinks were on point as well. Then after the shift change I was tended to by Ashley. Great customer service too. Great Happy Hour specials. Half off on certain appetizers and $4-5 drinks. My Jack & Coke was only $4. Can't beat that.. Bathrooms were very clean and stocked too. Plenty of parking. This my go to location for Hooters.

Seems that Hooters just forgot “Customer Service”. Look to this manager attitude against a problem. He looks that we will face the customer after this waiter bad service… 15 minutes just to be asked what to order… the waiter brings a beer pitcher with out the glasses… The manager after complaining just said: “You seat or you leave” WHAT A GUY!

I had given up on Hooters in general but decided to give this location a try. I was not disappointed! The food was tasty and came out fast. The service was great and everyone was very nice, which is hard to come by these days in any restaurant. So if you're looking for a good deal on drinks and some good old-fashioned fast food with great staff, this is your spot.

No complaints here! Haven’t been to hooters in awhile but was craving some bar food and wings. They have a great lunch special and the food was as good as it can be for hooters! Our waitress was friendly and service was quick. It’s pretty packed here full of patrons during a weekday lunch hour.

Wings, fries and my fave Jones Beach Long Island. (NYC girl what can I say) Been to the location a few times. Bartenders are okay but some stronger pours than others. Indoor/outdoor dining. Nice to catch a game.

I order from this location about once a week or once every 2 weeks for lunch as I work around the corner. I left a review after ordering online and getting COLD UNCOOKED Fries. I ordered fries, cheese sauce, which I did not use since the fries were not cooked, and a Dr Pepper which had no carbonation and was straight syrup. Did not drink that either. I also ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich which was fine however I had one tiny onion that was gone in one bite, and the sandwich is huge. Highly disappointed in this location especially since my friend whose order was also uncooked, got a call the next day from the manager, after leaving her review. This is now my 3rd review and all I wanted was a refund for the items I did not eat use or drink. I'm not asking for a free meal like they gave her I just want the money back for the items your team cannot handle. Highly upsetting. Do not think I will be a customer at this location any longer.

It was a very nice place to service is excellent we had a waitress named Jasmine she was very very sweet she's a college student she's going for her master's degrees shortly right now she's an undergrad and she is a fabulous personality and asset to the Hooters restaurant chain very sweet personable very knowledgeable with the menu and very fast service the food is decent it's very good my recommend the wings and we watch the Yankee game my friend and I she was a fabulous it's a nice place and I recommend it.!

3.5 I was nervous to try this spot due to some of the reviews My wings were good! I got the medium garlic I liked the flavor! The fries and wing sauce have to be purchased separately. I know some wing places have been doing this fries separate thing... but to charge for the sauces for the wings... that was new for me. The other thing was the dr. pepper was... seemed not watered down but not as strong as dr. pepper usually tastes.. like the flavoring was off. It was a decent meal tho :) ate all my wings and most of my fries!

The food was amazing. I tried to use the birthday wing coupon when ordering online, and it didn't work. I decided to call and place the order. I ordered 10 breaded wings and 10 plain wings. I told them on the phone that I had the 10 free wing birthday coupon and that I couldn't get it to work ordering online. I got there to pick it up and was told that they do not honor that coupon. (They could have told me when I called...) I ended up paying for both and will use my coupon at another location. The food was great, though 😋

Everything is terrible, just everything. I picked up an order from this “wonderful” restaurant, not only did I wait there for 30+ minutes, but from the very beginning of my wait, all the waiters said that the order was almost ready, it was already being packed. Remember, I waited 30 minutes. As a result, they bring out my order, where it is indicated that the order was prepared at 6:17 pm. AND THE CLOCK IS ALREADY 6:42 pm. As a result, people also deceive the system and delivery workers, indicating that the order has been ready for a long time, in fact, 20+ minutes of additional waiting for couriers, forcing them to wait and waste their money and time that they could work. I sincerely don’t understand the problem of telling exactly the waiting time? What is the point of deception by saying that the wait is only 5 minutes instead of 30? And by the way, this is not the first time. As far as I can remember, this is the 3rd similar case. Accordingly, this is not a problem of a specific shift, it is a systematic problem of this restaurant.

All I can say is everything was great; the ambiance and the food was all fresh, the weather and the music.

Great place to stop for drinks with a bunch of friends. We only ordered appetizer and both the naked and breaded wings were delicious. We had 9 lemon drop shots between 3 people.

I paid for my wife's tea and my son's apple juice and left. Once our food was served to another table that just sat down, it was clear that the one table with a child was not wanted. Hooters used to be great.

I sat with Shay up at the bar overlooking the grill and I ordered a black and blue burger with bacon and the chef said no problem. I don't know if it was on the menu but he definitely said he could do it. When it came it was absolutely beautiful looking and tasted delicious. I literally could not have sat any closer to a television than the one that was just above me to the right. The waitress station was directly behind me so I had my diet soda refilled quickly. Shay was outstanding server. Thank you very much.

I would not return to this or any Hooters nationwide. The Philly Cheesteak Sandwich is not thinly sliced ​​meat. It is ground meat without any flavor. A mockery. Be honest!

My favorite Hooters!! You can't beat $5 all day margaritas and delicious wings! I get plain breaded wings with hot sauce on the side and it's deeelicious!!!!!!! The service is great too!

Was in today with my family on birthday to watch my team's season opener on the road. Our server Kalina, other ladies and manager did job with my family and a great gesture to me. Thank

i put one bc i couldnt put nothing less. went there tonight our server jessica, was too buzy to attend us and our food we paid for that we never got, we felt like we was discrimated, and her serviced sucked so now i know next time i eat there, i know not wait for her to serve us again, she "was to buzy for us" while the others got there food and drinks. i really dont mean when i say sorry but that really disappointed me tonight.

All locations are very different in making the wings. I have to come back to this one because the wings are just what I got hooked on 30 years ago. They are cooked perfect, staff is great and the happy hour is awesome 👍.this is my favorite location out of the ones in Broward. The other is the Hialeah location. Others are not going too good anymore

Had the buffalo chicken salad which could have used more greens and fewer croutons. Had to eat a side of boneless wings cause I was still hungry. Still a better place to eat.

No matter which way you see this restaurant, they have the best wings in town, consistently. The sauces are all great, and their blue cheese dip is second to none, too. Service is always quick and kind, and the tables are always kept clean. I would come here more often if my doctor would let me eat fried chicken every day.
