I had a bad experience with one of the guys that works the register and gives you your shoes my bowling lanes stop telling me how fast we were bowling and I asked him is anything you can do about this switch me to another Lane he said there was nothing he could do I called the manager Frank he made it right he gave me two hours and shoes so I can have a good time I think the manager did what he supposed to do but it's his employees that run the front cash register area that are the problem the same thing happened to me tonight and I told the employee and he told me bro what do you want for me then machines they break I told him switch me to the other lane we finished our game checked out there little bowling pro store and left I was going to make this my permanent place to bowl but I just can't deal with their rude employees the bar staff and the people that make all the food are very friendly but the two people that run the front that I have dealt with seem to hate their job and every time you ask them something you're always bothering them so that did it for me I'm going to find a different bowling alley

If you love bowling - or even like, enjoy, or even know how to bowl - then I recommend you not go to Diamond Strike Lanes, at least on a weekend. We had a Groupon for Diamond Strike Lanes, and while we enjoyed the family time together, we were disappointed in the lanes and the experience. The guy at the desk there was unfriendly, bordering on hostile. As soon as he realized we had a Groupon (which included two hours of bowling, a pizza, and a pitcher of soda), he told us we’d have to wait an hour for pizza. We told him we didn’t want pizza, and asked if we could get anything else – like another pitcher of soda – instead, and he just said "no" (not “sorry”, or anything like that). Evidently, weekends are disco themed, and they turned off the lights and played music, really loud. It was not a good environment for bowling.  (Just for context, we were there as a family of four, and all of us disliked bowling in the dark and the deafening music.) We asked them to turn down the music, and we’re pretty sure they turned it up. This might have been understandable if the crowd there was young – teen or early twenties – but when we got there, there was almost no one else there, and over the course of the afternoon (from what we could see), it was mostly families! We will not plan to go back to those lanes, and it made us appreciate our regular lanes – Strikes at Boca – even more.

Check in guy was nice. He informed us that the Groupon would not work for that day due to no pizza. After agreeing that we will just pay and save it for later I ended up getting a credit at Groupon I will not be returning to this establishment. The ball return was greasy there is a residue on the Lane. Glasses along with food plates and trays laying everywhere filthy can’t blame the guy at the desk checking us his work position is check ins. Only 1lady that was cleaning she had her hands full I think they need more staff. Then a fight broke out between a guy and a girl physical. The gentleman at the desk did intervene thank goodness he got it under control however I didn’t feel that this was a place for kids under 18. Sad thing we noticed other people halfway through our games was having pizza. So one of the ladies was in the bathroom as I entered I politely asked her did she pre-order her pizza she said no the guy just said that they had to pay cash for the pizza🙄 Bathroom was gross couldn’t wait to get out of there!!! Good luck I hope it was just that one day .

Fun night of bowling and live music! 32 lanes, lazer bowling, and bands in the bar. If you're looking for a family night out, not a bad spot. Food is classic pub menu as well.

Brought my nephew here and he loved it, night times is the best time to come. Atmosphere is PG13, music playing is also PG13, parking is okay, price for playing are reasonable. Definitely fun for the whole family.

Wednesday night 7-11 PM unlimited bowling for $10 per person, including shoes, is a GREAT DEAL, and a ton of fun! I highly recommend it! Tonight, I brought my special son and his friend.

Nice place and nice staff. Great pizza at their in house bar. Reasonably priced. We had fun. They didnt open until 3 pm, but we arrived about 2:30 and they let us bowl anyway. That was nice of them. Though it could use an update in decor, i kinda like that old fashioned decor. Reminds me of days gone by. First time there and will go again.

Been here a few times. Most recent visit was all right. We had a Groupon. My children enjoyed themselves and that's what matters most.

I went to this bowling alley for a meetup group. To say the least, the place is dirty, grungy, and super outdated. Here is my experience, you walk in and the first thing you see is two puke spots on the carpet where it looks like they tried to clean up with bleach so now the carpet is all stained. I made my way to the bar and there was a skinny bartender very nice and I paid 7.50 for 2 laguanitas. The group got 3 lanes, 23. 24. & 25. Of course, 25 and 26 didn't work. We waited 30 min for maintenance to come and reset the system. He got it working for 1 game. We played one game and then we were back to square one. Although, it was 10 bucks all you can bowl, it's not a great deal when you can only play one game because their lanes are broke down and the staff is absolutely clueless. Going back to the bar, I went back to the bar around 9 o'clock. Supposedly the bartender switched and the bar manager was there working and she was absolutely terrible. Not like the skinny tattooed one with the personality. The bar manager is absolutely bitter and then charged me 5.50 for the beer that I just paid 3.50 for. She said it's because it's the night crew. Nope, it's because you are the manager trying to make extra cash. Sad thing is, her personality sucked, she was not attractive at all, and she wanted to charge more for the drinks. I tipped this stupid lady 30 cents when something told me to not leave a tip at all for trying to charge me more just because you are a bar manager of bowling allley. The last bartender got 25 percent on the bill but she wasn't trying to get over on me and rip me off. The bartender so called Manager said she wouldn't serve me anymore because I didn't tip her. I asked her why the prices where double because she was working as this is a bowling alley and they dont have an happy hour. No explanation for that, I was just told they have a day cost and night cost. If you own a business, you would think it would be posted night menu starting at such and such hour. It's a bowling alley am I'm at 730. Your lanes are broke, your drinks double, and the staff is absolutely unhappy and clueless. $10.00 bucks is a bargain, just be careful of this place is all I can say.

Check in staff is very personable and efficient. He has been very helpful when problems occur with lanes. Ball return was filthy. Lane approach was stained with spilled drinks. The entire place needs to be deep cleaned. Our hands, balls and clothes were dirty when we left. Bring your own cleaning supplies...

Absolutely filthy and gross. Had a Groupon and the cashier tried to charge me $6 a person on top of the Groupon. Called the manager over and he wasn’t very nice. Our hands were black by the end of the night. The place looks like it has not been touched since before Covid entered the world. Stay away!
