Good place for drinks and happy hour! Nice service, the bread was delicious, my sashimi was good, but it was small portion, I will come back to try another dish. Nice decor and friendly atmosphere!

3.5 My boyfriend loves this place and finally took me to try it out. The food was good, but If I am being honest.... I have had better. Just because I have better doesn't mean this place isn't good. I mean the fact that my BF loves it so much shows you that everyone is just so different. Just because something is just ok to me.. doesn't mean you will have that same experience. Try it Anyway, we started with the two appetizers that he says are so great. We got the drunken shrimp and the over the border egg rolls. The shrimp was just ok. I feel the shrimp was over cooked, and the only part I felt was yummy was the guacamole it comes with. But my bf wouldn't stop talking on how I needed to try them. He loves them. For me... just ok. The eggrolls were good though. I liked them and would get them again. For dinner I got the Dana's Parmesan Crust Chicken with green beans and instead of Betty's potatoes I got Mary's potatoes. It was good but..... I needed lemon to give it some pop because the flavor was just ok/faint/very light. I have had better parmesan crusted chicken, yet I know three people that LOVE this dish. My bf got the trio of medallions and loved it. Go try the place. I think some people just aren't a fan and some freaking love it! :)

The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager Julia, did a wonderful job trying to make our disaster of a dinner right. She gets 10 stars. The table next to us noticed how bad we were treated and complained to the manager!!! As we were walking out, the manager ran up to us and said “I’m so so sorry, the family next to you told me how bad your experience was and I want to make it right”… and that she did! We kept our membership active because of Julia. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was much of what you expect at a diner. Our server, at first, was observant to our needs (5:45pm)….. placed our food order at 6:15 & we got our food at 7:45pm. That’s 1+ hours of waiting, with 3 kids and 4 adults, wondering where did our service and food go? There was no, “I’m so sorry for the wait, can I bring out more bread while you wait?” Our server checked on us 2 times in the 2+ hours we were there. We had plenty of time to look around the establishment & notice a bunch of dead flies in every light fixture above where you eat 🤢…. Which pushed us over the edge. We definitely won’t be dining here anymore. Needless to say, the experience at CH is just no where near what it used to be 😞

My family and I had one of the best experiences at Cooper’s Hawk in Coconut Creek last night. The food was very, very good although we weren’t a fan of their Drunken Shrimp app. Our main courses were great. The service (waitress Annely) was exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Pure professionalism. We will absolutely be back.

Wonderful dining experience. It was not packed at lunchtime but I still made a reservation. Staff were nice and attentive, they made the whole experience a breeze. Highly recommend the seasonal chef’s recommendations, as the Uptown Heirloom Tomato BLT was truly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Every element of the sandwich was really given the proper care and attention it deserved. The freshness of the ingredients really shined through as well. The Cooper’s Hawk Berry Crispy was also great and executed thoughtfully. Also, the truffle of the month was a real quality treat and it’s quite big too. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you want every part of your meal to taste as if it had been made to be its best. I can’t wait to come again and have more of their amazing dishes.

The wine is like no other, and they have a wide variety to choose from. Nadine, our server, made our experience by being very attentive and efficient. She was so great to let us enjoy our wine and appetizers, and was very knowledgeable about the menu. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing food and great customer service. Donald is one of the best Waiter and human around. Very genuine and doesn't try and steer you into something that you won't like. He is simply there to make your overall experience excellent. My wife and kids thought he was awesome. My first time here and definitely not the last. Great work overall!

This was our first time at the Cooper’s Hawk in Coconut Creek. The food was good, I would say acceptable, nothing extraordinary, some variety you could choose from. If you are into wines, you may enjoy it more than we did. The interesting thing I thought was that the menu already offers wine pairings for every item on the menu. I guess it’s convenient and frees you from thinking too much into it. The service was very mediocre which is typical for south Florida. The server was there when you don’t need them, but when you do, they nowhere to be found. Something to improve for the learning and development team, if they even have that. The main dining room was fully booked, according to hostess, although we saw many free tables that remained to be free through our entire dining time. We were seated in the sports bar area, which was a bit loud and congested.

Great food, wine and service. We absolutely loved the wine selection and presentation when enjoying wine thanks to their decanters. We were also seated on time and had a fantastic table with plenty of room for our party. I enjoyed the skirt steak with chimichurri for dinner. Although the flavor was great, the portions are incredibly small for the price. I went with the steak alone rather than the ‘surf & turf’ option since it would be more steak and was very underwhelmed. The mashed potatoes were also fantastic. I would also recommend their key lime pie and Reese’s cookie with ice cream for dessert! Overall, great service, food and wine selection but keep in mind that some portions can be fairly small for the price.

Right when I walked in the door the hosts/hostesses greeted me with big smiles and were verying welcoming. It only got better from there. Trey was our server and she walked us through some wine and cocktail choices to pair with our food. Only thing I regret is not taking more pictures!!!! Coppers Hawk is our new favorite restaurant!!!

It's a shame that I didn't write this review the same night as I already forgot the name of our server (sorry) he did an amazing job and I will definitely go back because of his service. We started with some wine their Moscato was amazing pair with their brussel sprouts It was a hit. Then we tried their lobster bisque and it was delicious . To the main course he recommended the shirt ribs risotto and the seafood risotto and both were on the spot. I have only good things to say about this place and would definitely recommend to all of you out there if you want to have a great time.

Came here with our Executive Directors and Regional Team after an all day budget meeting and it was amazing! My first time there, but certainly won't be my last. For our appetizers, we had the Ahi Tuna, Mexican Shrimp and the potstickers and all 3 were amazing with such distinct and delicious flavor. Great variety on the menu, which made it difficult to choose, but in the end, did the Surf and Turf with the NY Strip and the Scallops! Cooked to perfection, with such great flavor and taste. Definitely coming back with my wife here. By the way, our server Jonathan was amazing. Very tentative! Great food with even greater service.

I don't understand the positive reviews. Either we ordered the wrong things from the menu or maybe we have different taste buds. We ordered a meal on Christmas Eve and the only thing I found appetizing was the pretzel bread. We ordered the filet and lobster tail, shrimp scampi, crab & lobster bisque, and bacon wrapped shrimp. It was all disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe non-seafood dishes are the way to go but we won't be returning to find out.

Decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was an excellent choice. Our server Samantha (Sam) provided exceptional service. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy she made us feel like we were the only patrons there. Sam was very attentive and made sure we had an amazing dining experience. When you go to Coopers Hawk be sure to request Sam!!! Oh yeah get the egg rolls…trust me 😆

We walked into this location about 15 mins ago and were greeted by a young woman who simply stared at my girlfriend and I without greeting. I initiated the conversation and said “hello”. She said “hello” and continued to just look at us. After a long pause, she waved her hands in frustration and said “can I help you?” in quite a condescending and rude manner. We asked if there was space and she stated that we needed a reservation to get in and they were booked for the whole night. She then looked down at her computer, completely ignoring us in an obvious attempt to make us feel unwelcome. I was looking forward to visiting this location but, after this unbelievably haughty & arrogant greeting, it’s unlikely we’ll visit. Service makes the experience.

Spectacular is all I have to say about the food here and the service. My sister has a membership so we did the wine tasting first and then dinner. Super generous with the wine tasting. The food, oh my goodness wonderful. We had appetizers and the gnocchi. We tried a fruity dessert which was also great. I’d love to be back for dinner again. The warm bread with butter 🙌

It was pretty decent. We've been there years ago when they just started at this location and it has grown in popularity. I had a very nice German white wine recommended by the server. If you haven't checked it out yet, you should.

I've been to this location several times, but this particular night was different. The food took longer than usual to come out. I ordered a surf and turf. I asked for my steak to be medium well, but the food came out lukewarm. The manager came to my table because the meal was supposed to come with spinach, but according to her, they were out. I explained to her that the food was not hot, so she requested another steak that came out burnt. I must admit this wasn't a good dinner experience. But the pineapple martini I ordered from the bar before sitting was delish😊.

Girls dinner date during the week & they were a packed house but the wait time for a table was less than five minutes. While we waited for our meals to be served we were met with samples of wine to taste. Our server was amazing considering how many tables he had he continued to check on our table & reassuring if there was anything he can do.

Went with a group for a birthday celebration. Beautiful restaurant where you enter thru their wine shop. They only sell and serve their own wines. The wines are fair and looking at all the labels, they are all non vintage. Ordered several wines and they are light and lackluster. Started with several appetizers, crispy brussels sprouts ,cashews, mint, sweet Thai chili, and sesame-Sriracha aioli, very flavorful but some of my sprouts wasn't thoroughly cooked. Also had the Over the border egg rolls house-made with Southwest Chicken, Corn, Black Beans, Cilantro, and Cheese; Tomatillo Salsa, Cilantro Ranch, and Cashew Dipping Sauce, disappointing. Next the Thai lettuce wraps ,Sweet Chili-Glazed Chicken, Asian Cabbage Slaw with Pineapple, Crunchy Wontons, Bibb Lettuce; Sesame Ginger, Cashew, and Lime Chili Sauces, both of the three. For mains, my wife ordered the soup and salad combination , choose of Crab & Lobster Bisque or Tortilla Soup and choice of Plain Ol’ House , Chopped Wedge, Caesar , or Shaved Brussels Sprouts. She chose the Crab & Lobster Bisque and Chopped Wedge, she liked them. I chose SURF & TURF , served with Oven-Roasted Vegetables and Mary’s Potatoes. Chose of a Bourbon Lacquered BBQ Pork Chop, or Parmesan-Crusted Filet Medallions, or Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak, different prices. Then a chose of Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon, or Pistachio-Crusted Grouper , or Drunken Shrimp, or• Scallop Gratin. I chose the pork chop, just fair and small and the drunken shrimp, non descript. For dessert, we had the Cooper’s hawk chocolate cake with Valrhona chocolate, hazelnut ganache, and vanilla ice cream , very good. The service is lacking and not responsive. Definitely not returning.

I have never visited this place before but it was my friend's birthday and she has always wanted to eat there. The food was great, the ambience not so great! Waitress was Ok, had to ask for several things which I should not have to do. I really expected more . I have had as good or better at other restaurants that was not quite so pricy. The dining area was a let down. Just plain and nothing to write home about! I will not be visiting ever again.

There is something fun and vibrant about Cooper Hawk ambience. First you enter through the winery section where you see group of people tasting wines. The decor and dining room traffic arrangement is optimally done. The dishes are well presented and are delicious. The servers I have experienced have been funny and knowledgeable. It is definitely a must visit in the fun and vibrant promenade of coconut creek

MY FAVORITE PLACE!! The food is amazingly delicious, every single dish! And the wine... THE WINE!!!! I like them all! We always have a good time there! Never disappoints! My husband and I even chose this location for our wedding ceremony and celebration. And it was perfect!! My advise, contact my husband so he can advertise the membership fo free lol 😆 he does it every time! But seriously, the membership is so worth it! Totally recommend it!

Very, very nice evening. The appetizer which was over the border egg rolls was on point. Simply delicious. My entrée was Dana's Parmesan Crusted Chicken. I choose a chardonnay to top it off. Nice atmosphere. Overall Beautiful experience to start the weekend.

We visited this location for dinner to celebrate my birthday, and had a good experience. We had reservations through OpenTable, and when we arrived, our table was ready. Our server was fantastic...she was personable, funny, and friendly. For dinner, I ordered the Keaton’s Spaghetti & House-Made Meatballs and paired it with the Cooper's Hawk Red wine (which was recommended on the menu). My meal had good flavor, but the pasta was a bit too al dente for my liking. The wine, however, was great and paired well with the dish! For dessert, I received the complimentary House-Made Truffles (white chocolate and chocolate) for my birthday. These were so good! They look small, but they are so rich! The only issue we had was one of of the people in our party received her meal much later than the rest of us; however, the restaurant made it right, including the manager apologizing for the delay. Overall, we had a good experience. The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly, the food is good, and I love that there are wine pairing suggestions next to each menu item. I will definitely be back!

We tried their pink bubbly and we loved it. The food and atmosphere was superb, especially because they gave us a fantastic Gluten free bread and they have a wonderful menu of Gluten free dishes. My chicken Marsala was to die for! And the flourless chocolate cake was amazing. Our server was wonderful too.

Good wine. Pretty decent food and service. The butternut squash gnocchi and the buttermilk Fried chicken sandwich great lunch offerings.

Lovely winery restaurant that we celebrated a birthday. Coopers Hawk is the classic American dinner menu but with a modern day bonus that there is an entire Gluten free menu! (Not just the light fare calorie portion menu) My favorite of the entire night was the Cooper's Hawk passion fruit wine... Summer memories in a bottle!

Wo we came for the wine tasting. Which was really good Jaelyn was sweet and knowledgeable. I’d come back just to have her teach me more about different wine… since I do want to learn more about different wines and how to pair them. I’m not big into wine, but found the right wine for my palette. I decided to get the cranberry but blueberry was a close second. We also had a late lunch. The potstickers and chicks egg rolls were so yummy. For my entree I got the chicken crusted parmigiana. With Angel hair pasta. The chicken was so good but the pasta came with no sauce and had no flavor so I didn’t like that part. Our server was Tim and he was pleasant and funny. With this being my first time I would most definitely come back especially for the two that helped up and made our experience so enjoyable. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff were all so sweet.

Wonderful combination of wine store, bar, restaurant and covered patio area. Wine club members enjoy extra perks and the selection of food and wines is abundant. Beer and liquor is also available. Food is all well prepared and delicious. Very comfortable surroundings with a tolerable noise level. Attentive wait staff was very accommodating.

So I decided to tackle the Parmesan crusty grouper, which was amazing paired with the Lux Cabernet from Cooper’s heart. Yummy yummy in my tummy. Then I decided to go with the chefs dessert. Carmel macchiato brownie paired with night jar. Excellent recommendations. Come enjoy the food here is yummy yummy and my dummy ☝️❤️‍🔥🙏😇

I had the distinct pleasure of dining at Coopers Hawk in Fort Lauderdale recently, and it was an experience worth raving about. First and foremost, the ambiance is sophisticated yet welcoming, providing an immediate sense of comfort upon entering. Their steak offerings are truly some of the best I've tasted. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, melting in my mouth with every bite. The NY strip, robust and flavorful, showcased the chef's ability to take a classic cut and elevate it to gastronomic heights. Beyond just the steaks, the menu is a parade of culinary excellence, offering a range of dishes that cater to every palate. But what truly stood out, beyond the delectable dishes, was the hospitality. The staff exudes professionalism, yet they make you feel like you're dining among friends. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our evening was nothing short of perfect. In summary, Coopers Hawk in Fort Lauderdale isn’t just a dining destination—it's an experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just in search of an exquisite meal, this place should be at the top of your list. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a memorable evening!

I heard many great things about this place and I see why! Reservations are a must as this place is super busy. They have wine tastings and all their alcohol is made in house. Yum! We had the Drunken shrimp for an appetizer. For entrees we chose the Cooper’s Hawk Chicken Giardiniera, and the Leonard Burger. Our drinks were the sweet red wine and mojito.

We went for a birthday celebration and to introduce parents to the wine club membership. There's so much to say but in short words, phenomenal and delicious. The food was amazing, the portions are perfect for dinner. The wine club membership entirely changes the experience as bottles can be redeemed and then served right at the table. The atmosphere is fun, inviting, and the place is gorgeous. HUGE shout out to Tim, whose humor, knowledge, and conversation is unmatched. He takes a dinner and transforms it into an event and a show. He's quick on his feet and has a wonderful attitude about helping others, while understanding the efficiency and urgency sometimes required from the back to the front of house. Excellent all around.

As wine club members, this is our favorite place in Coconut Creek. The service and staff here are incredible. The atmosphere is perfect, mixing casual yet upscale dining. As a foodie and big reviewer at home and on the road, it's tough to find a better meal than here at Cooper's Hawk! The wine club membership we signed up for last year includes 2 tastings (8 glasses each), 3 bottles, and 1 Lux upgrade (higher end wines) monthly. The bottles stack month to month. You can pick up your wine at anytime during business hours as well as do a tasting or try a truffle (highly recommend). The tastings are available for 30 days and if they aren't used they do not transfer but we feel as though it's an understable policy. Your wine however doesn't go anywhere we just went last week and we got 9 bottles (2 of which were Lux upgrades) and had 4 tastings for us and friends. Dinner at Cooper's Hawk has never once let us down. The Red wine braised short ribs are always incredible as well as the short ribs risotto. They have surf and turf, endless entrees, and appetizers. The Brussel sprouts are a favorite of ours for an appetizer they come out absolutely perfect everytime. I would recommend dinner or lunch here to anybody and to sign up for the wine club membership.

This evening we decided to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the Cooper’s Hawk party for two. Somebody, or bodies, put in a lot of time and love to make this possible. Still mostly home bound, feeling unsafe out and about, this was a wonderful alternative to our annual dinner out with friends. The meal came with detailed instructions that were so specific, that even this kitchen hating old lady could not ruin the meal. Each of us had 2 filet mignonette medallions, one cold water lobster tail, broccoli, Mary’s potatoes, truffle bisque, pretzel bread and all the fixins ,but the actual toxins, for an awesome exotic cocktail. Saving our delicious dessert for later to enjoy around mid nite with our hats, poppers horns and napkins, all provided by CH. Thank you for a delicious, intimate and very special way to boot out 2020and welcome in 2021!

My husband and I went today for the first time and it’s ashame that they have such great food but the service was horrible. We had to ask twice for straws and trying to ask the server a question was like pulling teeth not friendly. When entering the restaurant the hostess was not even engaging never said a word to us just walk us to the table and walk away. Insult to injury the server drew a heart around the gratuity (unbelievable) very unfriendly staff. Also as a mix couple they certainly made show that they didn’t want you back. Mix couple beware there a undertone. Would not go back because of the unfriendly staff, if you can get passed that then you will enjoy the food.

Great food and great wine at reasonable price. First time we ate at this restaurant and throughly enjoyed the meal. Steak medallions were good and the pecan encrusted grouper was very fresh and delicious. The restaurant felt very safe and sanitized with very good covid protocols in place.Would be a better vibe without covid. Will keep going and update again once the pandemic is past us all.

This is one of our favorite restaurants whether at The Promenade location or visiting in Orlando. The food selection is always good and the wine selection is very good. Our service has always been good & our current server, Saeed (short/easy spelling) is great! Attentive, Happy Personality & Knowledgeable to assist in selections & make your dining experience pleasurable. We've been wine club members for 6 years & they are very rewarding to their members. Check it out & when Florida reopens the Wine tasting rooms, you'll definitely enjoy that.

There's a retail/gift shop and tasting area when you first walk in. Place is clean, they spaced out tables well over 6 feet, staff were wearing masks. Very nice, look forward to going back!

It has a nice environment, service was good but food is ok. The burger was good...the salads are tasty but I don't think its worth the $82 we spend over two glasses of wine and two lunch meals.

Everything was devious. Every dish of meat or chicken was so tender. The Bourbon pork chop was amazing.

No one greeted us, and once we reached the reception area the person behind the counter immediately stated that there were booked for the entire night. I understand but the tone was very cold and unfriendly

Everything was great. My favorite restaurant in south florida. The chef's choice fillet mignon medallions and the parmesan lobster paired with the lux flight were fantastic. The whites paired nicely with the lobster and the reds paired well with the medallions. Every time I come to south florida I have to go to this restaurant.

Excellent food and service! 4 stars due to "greeter" who was a bit snarky.
