I love this beach a lot. First because it is always clean and quiet. Second right here such amazing surf camp for kids. It is work almost all summer. And this year we get second session. Coach is do amazing. Kids learn not only surf but also paddle board. Which is really great.

Small but clean park. Never crowded and a great spot to just enjoy the ocean without a lot of people and umbrellas. Right by the pier and great restraunts and shops within walking distance. Parking is right at the entrance along with the showers. No pets allowed.

I love El Prado Park - it is small, but stunning and peaceful. I pass by it when I bike to Fort Lauderdale from Boca, and I usually take a short water break and 3 - 9 minute meditation πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ on the return home. You can see and hear the ocean from the public seating areas. It is never crowded when I am there, but I only go once a week so it may be crowded on the weekends. They had a sign that there was a Farmer's Market on the weekend and that sounds wonderful too ! It's a little gem !

El Prado is a tranquil, clean, and quaint beachfront park in Lauderdale-by-the Sea within a short walk to the town center and the pier. I love it here for swimming and especially for snorkeling as the reef is a doable swim from shore. Dive groups are here often, as well. Parking lot can fill up quickly, so head out early or later in the afternoon. There are showers adjacent to the two gazebos, full-size and shorter ones for your feet, which are helpful as I always have half of Fort Lauderdale Beach inside my car! The short pathway to the beach entrance is tree lined with colorful Adirondack chairs. I love the fact that they provide β€œbeach baskets” that we can use to pick up anything unsightly we see along the shore on our beach walks. This makes me feel like part of the ongoing effort to ensure our beaches are pristine. Make sure you walk to the Pier, too! Aruba’s and the Beach Cafe are two good choices for lunch while you are there! Heading out tonight for the full moonβ€”great views!

This is our favorite beach, parking across the street, easy beach access, showers, Adirondack chairs, garbage carriers, it's got it all...dozens of food places a block or two away for apres beach....

Very nice farmers market, many and vary vendors. Parking can be a little tricky because the lot fills up quickly , come prepared to spend some time looking for where to park. Definitely a nice venue to enjoy the beach, do a little shopping, and grab a casual bite.

One of the things we like about this park is that even though it's a 10 minute walk to the pier, the park itself is relatively uncrowded. That means you can sit on one of the Adirondacks and enjoy the quiet, or venture out on the sand for a walk along the beach.

Very quiet and relaxing, sat in the Muskoka chairs under the umbrella provided along the path around the grass. It Is not a park, it’s just grass surrounded by a path leading to the beach. A Parkette.

A nice quiet little park with chairs under a gazebo for shade facing the ocean! It is a short walk to the Anglin Pier in Lauderdale by the Sea. Kirk Regalia Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida U.S.A.

El Prado Park is a nice little park with a grassy area in the middle. It overlooks the ocean. There are no amenities like a children's playground or bathrooms. They have an amazing Farmers Market every Sunday from December through the first week of May.

My family and I always go there. We always have a good time. Restaurants and bars at walking distance are super convenient. Sometimes, parking is a challenge. 2 outside showers are available.

Clean, landscape kept. Beautiful beach. Not too crowded on weekdays, lots of parking available just pay meter. Public Bathrooms by the town hall building two blocks from the beach. Reason for 3 starts the Bathroom is by the playground and there is no changing table in the woman's bathroom even though it's big enough for one. Edit 5/20/22 they have added a changing table in the woman's bathroom however it seems to be broken the table when opened does not sit sturdy and parallel to the ground. It hangs low on an angle pointing towards the ground. Not sure when they installed it but it's definitely new, just would be afraid to put my baby on it because of how unstable and slanted the table is.

We picked the perfect day to visit. The ocean was warm and calm. The beach was clean and not too crowded. Loved it. Visited again today (1 year after the first post I made). Nothing has changed. This is a wonderful beach!

A cute park with parking and places to sit. The water was pretty stirred up when I went but I do like the beach. Very cute downtown area.

I come here regularly for some easy beach entry diving. If you arrive early enough it's a short walk from the parking lot to the water. However only paid parking 24h/day. The beach is clean and we'll maintained. There is a pier not to far from the park. There are showers right before you get to the beach. Restrooms are a little further inland at the community center.

Found this beautiful Gem πŸ’Ž to have a night of romance. Amazing vibrant energy at El Prado Park. People were so friendly and nice and supportive. Literally steps away from the beach β›± . Safe clean and and perfect for what I had planned.
