This is a lovely 6.8 acre park in the upscale Bayview neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale, It is located next to Cardinal Gibbons High School. Located on a spacious corner lot, the park is very open with many access points. There is an ample parking area lining one side of the park. Park amenities include lighted athletic fields, tennis courts, basketball court, open play area, picnic tables, ADA accessible shaded playground with many climbing and play structures, tennis court, and restroom. I walked the exercise path that takes you around the perimeter of the park, Along the way I encountered a lot of nice shade trees and manicured landscaping throughout the park, I saw a couple of other people exercising and a few were having a picnic but the majority of the people were concentrated in the playground area. This is a nicer than average neighborhood park in one of the nicer neighborhoods of Ft. Lauderdale.

Very nice little park for kids. Benches under trees for parents to take a break, and an awesome playground for kids to play. There is plenty of free parking spots, but I'm not sure if there is a public restroom

It's a nice park it has lots of options for the playgrounds for a large range of ages. The only down side is it seems to get a little flooded so it's muddy(and mosquitoes)but it's a good time otherwise! It also has a baseball field and basketball courts!

My kids (Ages: 1 & 2) loved it! Really nice and clean. Fun for parents as well. They also have a swing that is for mom and baby to sit in together. I'm pregnant with my 1 year old and it was perfect! Highly recommended.

The play area is updated, spacious and has different age groups. Needs some more shade cover and or a water area.

The park has plenty of games for the kids. The soccer field is nicely designed, and kids can play and have fun. There are numerous benches, and the restroom is clean. A great fit for kids 0-8 y.o.

Bayview park is next to fort lauderdale beach in a high income area. The park is well kept and normally has beautiful families at the park. Beautiful kids and parents. Plenty of playground.

One of my FAVORITE parks around. It is always super clean, it has a wonderful basketball court, baseball field and tennis courts. It is a great place to come with family, exercise or just enjoy your day. Very recommended!

The park is good picnic stop. My nephew's and neice had fun on the renovated playground. Neat and tidy, with a small sixteen person pavilion to picnic when it's too sunny or rainy.

Very nice, small, quaint park. It had everything my 3 yr old grandson needed. Most of the adults were friendly but there were a few the were Cee u next Tuesdays. 1 lady was acting worse than the kids.

Ample kids playground and parents are all aware of their children. Plenty of room for kids to run and burn some energy!

Park is a decent size with different playgrounds for the different ages. I do wish it was more shaded. I would take my daughter back.

Great park! Nice and big. The kids love it. I don't believe there are any restrooms though so that can be difficult.

This park is family oriented. There is a nice small gazebo where can sit in the shade, if it's not occupied. It's almost always available. There is also a basketball court.

These tennis courts are nicely situated in the South corner of the park in e nice neighborhood right next to the basketball court in the Northern part of Fort Lauderdale between Commercial and Oakland Boulevards. Two hard courts in desperate need of repair with lights. I was there during the day time so I'm not sure how good the lights are. I did see lights beside the side of the fence so perhaps they are getting and upgrade. The good news is there is nice spacing between the courts so there for singles or doubles play with room to maneuver and its easier to keep your tennis balls on your own court. The fencing is a bit low at 8 feet so if you high lobs or have a powerful overhead be ready to retrieve your ball. Parking is free and it does get full so plan accordingly as it's a busy park. If you are taking lessons you will have to do it on the down low as it is discouraged but not unprecedented. There is no crime in wanting to improve your tennis game is there? : )

I used to bring my girls here and now i bring my grand daughters. This park has seen some renovations in the past few years but honestly didnt need them. This is by far one of the safest, cleanest and has the friendliest people. If you are looking to have a play date, picnic, basketball, tennis or anything really, I strongly suggest Bayview Park.

Great park. Lots of interesting playground equipment. Your kids won't bored here. Shady places for moms to sit and rest while the kids run and play.

Nice neighborhood park and play area with benches and tables. A great place to spend an hour or so. Shady. I don't notice mosquitos are other pests. No restroom facilities.
