while on a quest for a new affordable home for my elderly mom , we visited several 55+ communities in South Florida, the office manager at this park was by far most professional. she was very patient, answered all our questions and made me feel very welcomed . the community definitely reflects the great management .It's very clean and quiet .

Upon the sudden sale of my last residence by my landlord, my quest for an affordable, quiet, clean and safe place to live, I stumbled upon this quaint little oasis. Having been a resident now for over 6 months, i must say it is in fact one of the most pleasant places that i have had the pleasure of calling home. The neighbors are all like a family, the community is always kept up and neat in appearance, and the staff that manages the place is stellar in their duties and general concern of all of us in Havenwood!

I recently was looking for a great community where I could move my elderly mother to. After visiting so many different Senior communities in the Dade and Broward areas, we could honestly say that when we finally arrived to Havenwood in Pompano Beach, the community manager Patty was so welcoming and sweet, my mother instantly fell in love with her and the community. Not only does my mother feel safe and secure in her new mobile home community, Patty goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents, including my mother are welcomed and accounted for. Moving my mom into Havenwood is one of the best decisions we ever made and we are so very grateful for everything Patty does to accomodate everyone in the community.

Havenwood is one of the best communities, and is the closest to the beach. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and a road that goes around in a long loop so you feel like you are in a real neighberhood, not just homes set in a grid. Patty, the manager is one of the most professional, kind, and helpful person I have ever seen. Her door is always open to you, so if you have a question, concern, or bring new people in, she is ready and willing to help. Havenwood has been upgrading the properties with a new fence (which looks awesome) etc. They have lots of amenities, and your trash gets picked up twice a week, and bulk once EVERY week (where some other communities it's once a month). I would recommend Havenwood to anyone who is looking for home in a peaceful, beautiful community to settled down in..

I believe that Havenwood is the most well kept manicured mobile home park that I have ever visited. I received one of the best rides there I have ever had . I hope to be invited back to break a box spring or two in the future.fortunately the sound of the locomotives will cover all the noises we could make

Would not recommend this place to anyone! It's a night mare this people from the office are the worse specially the manager. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Residents moved out. No decoration allow. Worst customer service ever. Feel sorry for residents that are stuck there.

This is a 55 and older trailer park retirement development. Safe place to live, very close community ties. Management is somewhat okay. Plenty of parking, disability parking is available. Disability ramps.

It is a beautiful park. Tenants across from club house have beautiful Christmas decorations out side. Christmas party was a Wonderful joy. Food music and hospitality was all 5 star and above
