Overall a fun experience for children and adults. Staff are pleasant and available to assist when needed. Rated three stars because on our visit, it was disgusting. The carpeted floors had not been vacuumed, corners were not cleaned, and inside stair railing was broken. It leads me to wonder if all SkyZones are as dirty or just this one in particular. Also curious if they complete surface cleaning as I know deep cleaning isn't done.

But I believe that the shortcomings will be corrected! of the disadvantages: very sticky everywhere - the floor, toilet doors, massage chairs... it feels like there are leftover food and ice cream smeared everywhere.. all around sticky and dirty🫠 and advantages: very cool slides, from which children slide at high speed and a few seconds of free flight before landing cause delight!!!🎢 The ropes course was unfortunately not working, but it looks amazing!! There’s a food court; Inflatable basketball/football field with balls ⚽️ 🏀 and many attractions that are not included in the price of admission. Extra payment and enjoy Super friendly staff!!! Well, I hope for next visit will be cleaner.

great place for the whole family. Children frolic and throw out all their accumulated energy, parents can either join the children or comfortably accommodate and go about their business. Welcoming and friendly staff. There are trampolines, slides, cafes and slot machines. In general, you can have great fun! I recommend 👍🏼

Extremely dirty!! Visibly you can tell that this place has not been cleaned or even vacuumed in years. I can only imagine the amount of germs there is everywhere. I don't understand why they have employees standing around doing nothing (including the manager). What they should be doing is the obvious which is cleaning all the filth around them.

We’ve been here multiple times. Mainly because my kids are huge gymnastics fans so of course to accommodate for their fun we’ve gone here. A great place to drain their energy and good place to let them have fun from the Florida heat. The only (very small) complaint I have…is it possible to get biggest socks then XL?! :o)

I had lost my car key along with many other important keys attached to my key ring inside of the foam area. Mr. Juan Mendoza understood the gravity of my situation as I had my wife and 4 children waiting for me outside, and didn't hesitate to attempt assisting me immediately in finding them. When I had taken a look at that monumental task for 2 people alone trying to dig through that enormous area, I was almost convinced that we weren't going to find them, however Juan encouraged me to have faith, and that this was not his first time going through this situation. This kind hearted young gentleman went above and beyond, found my keys within approximately 10 minutes or less of starting to look for it. He didn't complain, he never looked annoyed by my request, and was quickly to switch his socks and get in the foam area to get the job done. In closing, I really wanted to express my immense gratitude for Juan Mendoza's professionalism, dedication to customer service and excellence as a manager. He truly deserves to be promoted for his attention to detail and for going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!

We are season pass holders so I have taken the kids at least once a week. They always have a blast. Enough to do to keep them occupy for 4 to 5 hours. I even saw a few adults jumping...

Took my grandson and a few of his friends to get out, exercise and have some fun. I am too disappointed in the fact that I saw so many people not wearing masks but shame on Sky Zone for not enforcing it, as it is a requirement. Not once did I see any staff wiping down tables, chairs, doors or railings. I did see one girl wiping the dodgeballs down but that was the only instance. These are high traffic areas and should be wiped down frequently. Tables and doors were sticky and dirty and during a time when cases of COVID is extremely high. They didn’t even have liners or bags in the stall waste bins. Disgusting. I have plenty of pictures and video for management. Clean up is all I can say, as your putting people at risk.

ABBY’s Customer service was such a breath of fresh air. We purchased our admissions on Groupon and clearly did not know what we were doing. However Abby was patient and courteous as she serviced us! …. And her smile is to die-for… such a natural beauty! Thank you Abby!

I like this Sky zone. It has a lot of parking spots outside. A lot of space inside. Also they have trampolines with balls, cubes, zip line, cafe with pizza and place for birthday parties. Tickets were for 27 dollars for 90 minutes. Also you need to buy socks for kids for 3.50 dollars each. They take cash or cards. The entrance for parents is free if they are not going to jump, just walk around and watch their kids. Kids have a lot of fun.

Awesome place! I spent hours here. Definitely recommend this place! But it was kinda full because of a birthday party. And halfway through my time I saw some firemen come in with a injury bed and thought, that isn't good. Also, the reason why they have a 4.4 rating is because they offer a free icee if you rate it a five star review. 3 out of 5 stars

Courts aren’t properly inflated. The football Court was so soft that we felt the ground while bouncing on it. The body slide mats are thin and worn unlike other sky zones I’ve bust been to. They aren’t very sturdy. The blow up area by the body slides require more inflation or a different type of inflatable flooring like those at other sky zones. It’s so soft that people face plant and hurt their nose and face. My husband hurt his lip and burnt/damaged his pants. I decided to opt out. Luckily I know what proper sky zones are like. Like the ones in Richmond and Glenn Allen, virgInia and Dayton Ohio.

Kids (8 and 6yo) really enjoyed it! They jumped, played dodgeball, soccer, basketball and used the slides. Fast and friendly at the front desk.

GREAT SPACE !!! Fun for the kids and adults. Great exercise and runs the kids energy so they are tired and hungry later. :) Clean and has lots of people managing each area. Easy for events and I believe there is a summer program where you can go unlimited for one price.

My daughter had a blast. Wasn't crowded, but went in afternoon on a weekday. The food was very expensive and didn't taste good. They had space jam Popsicles, though. That was yummy. Clean restroom.

Great concept but they need more personnel at each course. These sort of venues use a lot of minors to watch over other children. Today they were understaffed and there were so many rowdy kids. No one was watching to ensure the safety of the kids. It is a good thing I am a parent who never lets my children wander off without supervision. They have a great theme tonight "Glow In the Dark whereas they give glow in the dark tshirt and socks. The kids had fun jumping around. They just need more supervision and the bathrooms should be cleaned.

Been 3 yrs since I've visited the place. Everything has changed a lot but my kids had a good time. Just have to adapt to every culture and race. We all will be alright. Be cool with everyone and things will flow straight.

$5 sock fee - Be aware you need to add the cost of $5 to everyone jumping as they force you to purchase their socks. Even if you have appropriate padding and grip on your socks they will still force you to buy theirs.

Fantastic location. I come to this location every time I'm in the area for business. Great staff, management team that I've encountered with each trip while the site can be a bit tricky to find, however it's only a few miles away from beautiful beachside areas. Plenty of stuff to do from the indoor slides to the air court, the many foam-based attractions and standard trampoline fare. It's difficult to find good help these days but the team here really makes you feel like you matter and is joy to be around. I'll be back!

We just had our daughters 8th birthday party there today! It was awesome! Daniella our party host was so amazing! She was sweet, caring, and attentive. Everyone had a great time. Also all the staff at the front desk was so nice and sweet too! Highly recommend this place and We can’t wait to go back and we will definitely have our daughters party there next year!

For my nieces birthday with 15 of her closest friends. Never seen her smile shine so bright. The kids had a blast. Sky Zone is a great place for a birthday party. We opted to do it a little early around 10am. It’s a good thing we did that because it got extremely crowded as the day progressed. The staff was very nice and very helpful when needed. She had a great 6th birthday.

This place is Horrendous!and not clean and unsanitized! No Hot Food because the oven isn't working. They should have let the people know who's having a party 🥳 so now my sister have to go out somewhere else to buy chicken. So many kids and they are not sanitizing any of the mats that they are using 🤔 😳 Did they forget we are in a Pandemic?? This is very scary and unexceptable! Health Department needs to intervene!!! I'm praying 🙏 my kids don't get sick. They have us to sign a Waiver unbeknownst to us of the flith we will encounter!!!

Employees let you know they don’t want to be there. You can see it and feel it. On top they “policy” is that they don’t allow socks for any other trampoline park (even when they admit that are the same S* but different color) so they will rip you off another $4 dólar per child

I have been coming here for years but after today I won't ever be coming back to this skyzone location. The staff have become too unprofessional. One staff member jumped out in front of me trying to create a motion of fight or flight response out of me as I was casually walking past him om my way to play dodgeball. I genuinely don't feel personally safe coming here. If you must come, keep your distance from the staff members especially. The second reason was that my son was injured by another child during dodgeball. The injury was bad enough to need ice and we had to leave more than 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled time due to this. I asked if it would be possible if we could have a partial refund but they do not allow any refunds. A place like this should have some sort of refund policy. Besides these issues, the facility is pretty fun.

Employees were friendly, kept area clean, pizza was okay, staff was very protective and caring of my daughter when she fell and cut her elbow. Would definitely be taking my kids back.

It's actually kind of good because sometimes they'll just let you stay cuz they really don't care but the food really wasn't that good and it took way too long but I'll give it 7.5/10

Not only is there no gluten-free pizza (as in other places), but to bring your own piece for one allergic person you have to pay $50 fee!😳So if your birthday kid or your guest at the party has food allergy, I do not recommend this place, very unfriendly to customer issues. 👎 Luckily there are similar places with better service policy, where you can buy or bring food for child with allergy. Every parent of such a kid can imagine a situation, where all children eat pizza at a party and one child is not allowed.😣

The place is fun but for the price the Bathrooms are dirty and there was no Soap in the women’s room today , handicap stall door doesn’t lock other gets jammed if you lock it with wrong lock had to slip from under on dirty floors and this is isn’t a one off. I bought a month pass as it’s a better deal then 90 min and every-time the bathroom is trashed and missing something. Sanitization is lacking.

We had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and I was blown away. Our party liaison Lella was attentive and friendly. The room was prepared when we arrived and very clean. The kids had a blast! Our son even got a little hurt while jumping and the GM was very kind and attentive as well. We had a great day!

Participated in sky zones Glow night to celebrate my sons 13th birthday party. You have to have a glow shirt and socks which come to almost $40 per child. Kind of pricey in my opinion when the kids could just wear white shirts. However everyone had a great time, the food is okay, the best thing was the pizza, the fries were hard, chicken wings wasn’t fried hard enough. The food is definitely not the best thing. But the staff was friendly they even help find one of our guest phone that was lost in the foam Pit which was really nice.

This was the first time me and my family went to this place. The kids loved it, there's plenty to do. I only had one issue. My 5 yr old went on the slides they have. There's an orange curved one and regular long white slides. Apparently you need to go on your belly when using the slide. The attendant that is up there didn't tell my daughter so she went down the slide sitting. Big mistake, where the slide curves she barely made it over to the end of the slide. She didn't have enough speed so when she was going over the end of the slide it bent her back which caused pain to her upper back. Then when my husband goes up with her to go on the other slides is when the attendant tells my 5 yr old that she's not supposed to sit on the slide. She's 5, he should've told her the first time.

Better than the Doral location. Much to do and lots of comfortable seating for watching parents. I love the line of massage chairs over looking the foam pit and the basketball area. Kid friendly parent approved!

Fun for our toddler but EVERY time we come here (mostly Sundays&Mondays), but also on Fridays … their cafe is ALWAYS closed. We usually come around 5pm and try to get food about an hour into our jump , and even though they close at 830/10pm… they always say their kitchen is closed. There are so many kids in the park and I wasn’t the only parent disappointed that our child was starving and couldn’t utilize the rest of his hour jump because we had planned our evening around getting food here:/ we had to leave about 45 minutes before our 120min jump was Over because our child had not eaten.

This location is DISGUSTING. I will not be returning. It doesn’t look like the place has been cleaned in ages. They were out of most of their food and drink options. We ordered a chicken tenders and fries meal that took 30 mins to come out and even then the chicken didn’t seem fully cooked. The breading was white and gross looking. The employees seem like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. The floors were wet in a lot of places and sticky all over. I was so disappointed in the entire visit. I won’t return to this location unless it improves greatly. There are many other indoor play places that are way better and cleaner than this place.

Staff are helpful! This place just looks dirty and old. My teenage daughter was over it, my toddler had a great time because he was able to enjoy the trampoline without getting in the way of the older kids

Highly recommend this Sky Zone. We’ve been to a number of Sky Zone locations and this one is definitely our favorite. It’s super clean, for starters. The manager, David, is constantly walking around, picking up trash, surveying the park. David is very friendly, accommodating. A hard worker. You can tell he takes pride in this location. I also appreciate that the bathrooms are always very clean, too. My boys are obsessed with dodgeball, and there’s always a Ref available here- supervising the games and rotating kids in and out. A definite perk. Lots of indoor parks don’t offer that. This location is well staffed. Would recommend a visit! We’ll be back soon.

Very cool place for any trampoline lover. Went with my twaddler son, who seemed hesitant at first (his first time jumping). But then he got the hang of it and it really grew on him. Vast variety of trampolines in different sections, some with basketball hooks to dunk, and also a sponge-squares pool to jump into from the jumpy mattress. We did not get bored for a second! And since I went as a supervisor parent, it was only 10$ for both of us for 90 minutes! The also have monthly arrangements and parties. Well recommended for fun and exercise:) we will go again soon for sure

First time going with my close friend and our girls. I lost a bill in the ball pit so I'm sure some kid is happy 😭 I realized I'm getting older because I was tired after 20 mins in that pit. The high sky walk looked so frightening so on our 2nd trip I'm gonna make my kid do it. Face your fears ✊😂 but seriously this place was fun. We're definitely coming back. I

The whole process of check in was seamless. There was a kiosk to sign the waiver. A glow event was about to begin and the lines were extremely long when we entered. However, I had my daughter registered, paid, and ready to jump in 10 minutes tops. I rarely write reviews unless the service was beyond exceptional and Sarah fit that bill to a tee. She, handled my check in with a seasoned flair. Not only was she rocking the front desk like a pro but she was multi-tasking concession, check-in, and handling issues with a level of experience well beyond her years. Give Sara a promotion and a raise. She will make your company's bottom line steadily rise without fail. Thank you Sarah. The Duarte family.

Very disappointed, went for glow night with my daughter. Glow night is supposed to be for two hours on Friday and Saturday. Went there at 8:45 pm paid for Glow night, shows on receipt Glow night is from 9 to 11. And the place closes at 10 pm. The manager sold me the ticket and took full payment for two hours , never mentioned they would close early. Deceptive business practice. Will definitely call corporate on them.

Just bought yearly membership. We did little leapers and it was a good turnout and the music was perfect for the younger kids. Supervision was observed by staff. Very kind staff- my daughter lost a sock in the pit and the young man got her a replacement sock. Nice to see them go above and beyond to make the experience wonderful
