"From start to finish they were all amazing". I called a few funeral homes before someone recommended me to Kraeer Funeral home and I spoke with Sophie , she was amazing. She came to the house and went over the services they offered and she really listened to what we wanted. The service she and her staff provided was really above and beyond what we expected, they were professional, companionate & attentive to all our requests and needs in my family's time of grief. This is hands down the best funeral home in south Florida!! The staff is absolutely amazing, gracious, and very attentive. I’m the only child, and I had the unfortunate responsibility of burying my mother. Sophonie( the funeral director) made this traumatic occasion, so comforting for me. She constantly checked up on me, and successfully delivered a beautiful home going service for my mother!! (Even with all my indecisiveness and constant changes). I pray I don’t have to experience death any time soon. But Kraeer funeral home is the only funeral home I trust to handle any of my family members bodies!!

My family has used Kraeer Funeral Home to care for our family members, for many years. Despite my connection to the funeral home, I can be the toughest customer. However, I was amazed at their attention to detail, care and compassion given to my family when my uncle passed away. One of the most difficult times in our lives is when we have to deal with passing of a loved one. My father's death was unexpected and the arrangements for his funeral were overwhelming. We were so glad that Kraeer Funeral Homes was there to assist us through this difficult time. They made planning the event effortless and all their actions were taken very thoughtfully. Even months later as issues come up, they respond quickly and professionally. Good to know they were and are always there for us.

I've attended a few services at Kraeer that were organized by Becky. Each one was beautifully done. Beginning with the customer service, empathy and willingness to help in any way possible. As difficult as it is to loose a loved one, she made sure the goodbye was very special.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Right from the first phone call we were put at ease. They made this difficult time bearable. When we expressed our ideas of celebrating my father on his favorite holiday, St. Pattys Day, they took the reins and delivered something beyond out expectations. It truly was a celebration of his life and they provided so many little touches that we didn't even ask for. The care that went into my father for our private viewing was a gift I never knew I needed. They gave us peace by allowing us to see him so peaceful. The hardest time to make decisions is when a family member has passed on. I have lived in this area for 50 years and been to many funerals at Kraeer that's why we chose them! They really went over and above to make it a beautiful experience! The way they displayed all the memorable items we brought to share, outstanding slide show that's played in lobby and viewing room, in a bright spacious comfortable gathering room to greet friends and family right down to the last little detail. The Navy Flag ceremony just filled my heart with joy and have to say my favorite part. You thought of everything! We were blessed to have such an awesome compassionate staff Becky, Mila, Shante, Majid, Sarah, Martha, Larry, Claudia and even the people that were involved that I didn't get a chance to meet. Daniel (Petrus) has the communication skills of a child. He doesn't take notes in the meeting and something is lost in translation. Make sure to repeat everything to staff and do not assume he reads emails or listens to voicemails.

Hannah is amazing! She was very compassionate and understanding at the sudden loss of my mother. She passed at home and Hannah took care of everything even during a very difficult time with our church as there was a change happening at the time. Thank you for everything
