Express pickup is a joke now. They make you wait in line, once you get to the front they tell you to write your order number on a paper and put you at the back of the queue with the non express orders.

Just showed up today for the first time.. Seems alright so far.. Just another day of AC service.. Staff simi friendly but depends on which staff member you encounter...

Be prepared to get wrong parts from mahogany and raina. The cost for their mistakes add up. Train them correctly or get them off the counter

I love this place but recently it just become a nightmare to get any order from the warehouse. You have to stand an hour to pick up as simple as insulation. And express service not express anymore you still need to show up and wait to get the order. And this is been going on for months now. I dnt understand where is the management are and how they can sit and watch their business going backwards

The service inside was prompt and courteous. Outside at the distribution area, however, needs improvement. I stood there for more than 5 minutes with several guys standing around and not even one acknowledged my presence to even let me know that someone would be right with me. When it was time to unload the 12 big products from my car, not one of the men assisted me, but rather commented on how they didn't know how I was able to fit them all in my car. You'd think that with all the men working there, one would've offered to help a lady unload her car. Warehouse customer service gets a thumbs down from me. Thankfully, I don't plan to ever have to purchase from there again.

Great staff to work with from warranty dept to the warehouse guys. Salesman also keep u informed on everything. We mostly deal with pompano but . Vital A/C is happy to do business at Gemaire .

From best to worst in 3 years, this is the worst place to get stuff. Only 2 customers here at 11am and it takes over 30 mins to even get someone to look at your "express" order.

This place it’s getting ridiculous. It’s under very bad. management. Everyone doesn’t wanna work and the guys in conter got bad attitude We need to get new supplier asap

it seems as though they went thru a big personal change and the counter people are new or newer, which slows things down. BUT the warehouse is terrible! you might as well pack a lunch cause your going to be there a while!. I'm not sure if all the good warehouse people are moved to a different area or they quit but the staff that work in the warehouse are just plain SLOW! I guess they don't care that you have to go to your call and install the equipment that they take sooo long to bring to you. Other warehouses I've been to are quick to get you out. at least Tropic Supply sells ruud, and Klima control sells weatherking. they dont have you waiting at those places. One things for sure before when the warehouse was backed up with customers the mgt saw this and jumped in to help. not anymore.

Got here at 9 am put my ticket and it a hour latter and still haven't pulled it.tjis is the worst place I ever been to.

Wearhouse employee running forklift just plain rude and lazy. The parking lot looks like a disaster. Forklift operator using unsafe work practice. Bad customer service.
