Absolutely ridiculous! Went here with a group of 20 friends for a friend’s birthday. We all waited at the bar for everyone to arrive. Had ONE drink at the bar along with ALL 20 of us. Because the manager said she saw me having a drink, I couldn’t ride the go cart. Here’s the problem. They refused to give me $1 back and said I should e read the fine print!! 1. The bar tender should’ve told us that 2. I really don’t care if somewhere in the fine print on a kiosk it says you can’t drink at all and drive the go karts.

We had the time of our lives ! I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to have FUN ! We are both 26 years old and it was our first time here . We did the ropes course , Go-Karts and Virtual Reality The ropes course was challenging but so much fun it was our favorite part Go-karts were fun , organized and we spent like 5-10 minutes racing .I really how easy and organized it was because you’re supposed to choose a certain time to race so you don’t have to wait in line .everything ran smoothly . The virtual reality has different options and we chose the cooking game ! It was so much fun competing against my boyfriend . The place is big and has everything you can ask for , we didn’t do all the activities but we are definitely returning to do all of them . Parking lot is huge and even then there were only a few available . I loved how there were so many people but not once did we have to wait in line 10/10 recommend !

My children love to come to this place for the variety of things to do. The place has arcade games, bowling, roller skating, a trampoline park, ropes course, escape rooms, laser tag, virtual reality, the precious go kart racing arena, among a few other amenities. The food although not the best is also tasty, they do however take a little long to bring orders out. Also, get your pocket ready if you want to enjoy the fun for hours because the price is not cheap and it can add up if you take a lot of children. Overall a great place to spend some fun family time.

Me and the GF decided to go check out Xtreme Action Park for a Friday night date. When we arrived we checked in at the kiosk. As we were checking in a gentleman named Keith came over to help us. It turned out he is actually the assistant general manager. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He recommended we had to try the gokarts. We tried the gokarts, arcade, VR and lazer tag. Everything was a blast. My favorite was as expected the gokarts. What’s not to like about going around a track at 45 mph lapping your GF?!! I would definitely do that again. We then went on to lazer tag and Marvens took good care of us. We got to play an extra session. After walking around a while checking everything out we ate a burger at their restaurant. I’m always on the lookout for a good burger and I found one here. It was thick and juicy and hit the spot. Lots of fun things to do? Check! Good food? Check! Friendly helpful employees? Check! Everyone working there was so nice. Extreme Action Park rates an easy five stars. We will definitely be coming back!

Huge place with lots and lots of arcade games for everyone! They also have racing carts and driving these carts was fun and very enjoyable! They also sell food and drinks inside. And if you love your experience then you can become a member to enjoy and have fun with your family and friends!

Chris was working at the front desk at check in. What an amazing gentleman with great customer service. Chris went above and beyond to ensure that we made it to our race in time by escorting us to the right direction. Chris is very knowledgeable about the packages and what is the best deal. Chris was fast and efficient without hesitation he had us all set up for a wonderful day. Chris deserves a raise !

When you want some time out of the sun or pool this place is pretty cool. It is absolutely huge and has something for everyone. The staff we dealt with were nice and helpful. The registration process is a little bit long and annoying, but oh well. We mainly hit up the arcade and go karts, but there are a ton of other things to do. If we need to kill some time and honestly I want to play some games also then we will be back within the week for sure.

If you want action this is the place to go. Tons of games, bowling (reserve ahead of time), rope course (ladies wear pants or shorts), exhilarating cart racing, just make sure you wear closed toe shoes or they won't let you race, super cool crowd for evening rollerskating, laser tag, trampolines, several food outlets and a restaurant. Great for small & large groups, kids and even for a date night. Tuesday & Thursdays they have a special 2 games for $21 which is an excellent deal. Good venue for birthdays too. Plenty of parking outside and right off the hwy I-95 so easily accessible. Fun place.

Highly recommended if you want an adventure or even just a fun games night. For 2 people we did the zip lining, go carts and laser tags. A worth while experience.

My family and I visited here for a birthday. There was so much to take in . We spent most of our time in the trampoline part because we only had an hour before closing. The kids really seemed to enjoy it, and so did we. We will definitely be back to visit at an earlier time to skate and play the other games!

Highly recommend if you are in the area. It is confusing at the beginning if you have never been, but once you figure out the system, it is all good. There is so much to do for adults, teens, and little kids. You can spend a whole day there without even getting through it all. There are arcade games, two VR experiences, roller skating, putt put, go karts, and high rope course. We definitely will be heading back when we are in town.

I’m from out of state (MA) this was my second time visiting … and it’s a great place to go with the family. We recently visited and I gotta say thank you to Chris and the young man at the register for transferring my unused credit to my relatives. You guys have great customer service skills. We had an awesome time for my son’s 6th birthday! Everyone was so nice and even the adults had a blast! I am even planning to have my birthday here in a few months lol. There is so much to do and we are all so happy with our decision to have the birthday here. We did the bowling party with a laser tag add on. It was perfect 👍

What a poorly run place. Had a staff member help schedule our events for a group of 8. After doing a couple of events we had a delay in one of the events. When the events were scheduled I said to staff member are you sure we will have enough time and was told yes. Oh man what a mistake one event got delayed and all went down hill. Staff member on race track name Chris B. Mentioned he was the manager and had nothing to do with another place being late and it was not his problem. Long story short manager Chris M came in and gave all of us a refund so refunded over $260. So instead of accommodating our party it was a better option to refund. Place is run by kids and not really caring about customer service.

We had an amazing time!! This is definitely the place to come if you want to have some quality fun with your friends, staff or family! I was worn out by the time we left! Lol. Thank you to Brian and his team, Yulio, Jameer, and Angeline who took care of us on the race track! Thank Nathan for giving me rest in the Laser tag. I did not know I was going be doing cardio today! This place is AMAZING! Can’t believe we just found it! My kids had an amazing time, there is sooo much to do there! My kids did the go kart racing, laser tag, ropes course, and arcade games. Everyone there was super friendly, especially the girl at the ropes course (saved my kid a couple times!), one of the managers, Joel, was super helpful, and even Michael, the guy at the gift shop! They also have a full bar and good food (nice treat for the parents!) overall, I couldn’t believe how much this place had to offer the kids and it was all pretty affordable! They also have an escape room and some virtual reality games that we plan on doing next time! We can’t wait to go back! Definitely 5 stars! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Many indoor activities. Please visit website to book ahead. They had cops inside that made it feel safe and not as sketch as they check everyone in and have metal detectors, which is a great idea. Plenty to staff available. A bit too warm for me. The GoKarts were a REALLY GOOD TIME. They also have a rope course, laser tag, trampoline zone and escape rooms.

Best fun I had in a long time. Went skating with my grandson and we had so much fun. My grandson wanted to learn to stake so we “WENT” there. This place is awesome. received amazing assistance from Julissa. Now it’s time for the arcade. I must admit that I did fall once. 😂😂. No broken bones and they came jolly on the spot to help me up. Spent all day here with my boys and it was a blast. We did almost everything but still have lots to try and come back for. Shout out to Ray for helping us out all day long and making the experience very smooth and stress free!

This is Florida's largest indoor entertainment venue. They have everything to keep your kids entertained from really young ages all the way to adults. Some of the newer stuff that's here are the VR modules and they are very cool and entertaining. The main attraction here is the extreme go-karting very nice indoor space and the track is built well and plenty of staff everywhere to help you with any questions. This place can get overwhelming if it's your first time because they have arcades, bowling, mini golf, rock climbing, escape rooms, and a lot more that I probably don't know or haven't seen yet. You purchase your game cards right by the entrance through a kiosk sign your waivers etc right there very convenient.

I couldn't believe how friendly the entire staff was. For these kids to be dealing with so many people that can be frustrating situations, these kids always had a very positive attitude. They were so helpful in helping us set up our accounts and purchase the packages we wanted. I couldn't believe they let my 5 year old daughter drive her own go cart. She did awesome. Took right to it and figured it out on the go. I was so proud. She has rode with me on my 4 wheeler, but this was her first time trying to drive anything ever. I wish they offered this place in the Kansas city area. I think it would be great. We played so many games, went roller skating, played putt putt, ate great food. It was just so much fun. Thank you again and the employees need to be recognized for their great attitudes and friendliness.

My spouse and I went to Xtreme Action with my nephew for his birthday. When we entered the facility the young lady was sweet and professional. She showed us to the screens to pick what activities we could pick from. At the end of the purchase we wanted to do both cash as debit so that we could keep cash on our bodies for tipping around the facility. However the procedure the kiosks used was very complicated. The machine took our $60.00 but wouldn't take the rest of our payment. Chris, Moise, Jason, and London were on the job of making sure our purchase was completed effectively and even included more playing options. Amazing staff. I'd recommend going here for any celebration. Great Job guys.

Xtreme Action Park is one of my favorite birthday party locations. Our party host, Grey, was fantastic. He took care of our entire party of 10-15 and we didn’t have to lift a finger. He was attentive and well knowledgeable of the business. Our son and his friends had an amazing time. Thank you, Extreme Action Park and Grey for another amazing time.

This review is for the skating rink. I always have a great time here! The floor is big, fast and fun. The music isn't always what I prefer, having grown up skating in the 70s and 80s, but I've learned a lot of new songs and still have so much fun. The people are always friendly and it's definitely a cool place to skate, especially on adult nights. Highly recommended!

Nice place to spend the day. It's a little complicated the process of registration if you're there for first time, after that everything works fast and easy. The ropes course, the go-karts and the skate ring are really good and fun

Skate could benefit from upgrades. None watches skating floor for objects, hence people fall alot. Music is a nice vibe. Bathrooms are not the best. Staff at entrance very helpful at skating site but as much. Free parking space is available. Location easy to find right if 95.

Trish was really sweet and met our every need. This was our 3rd time doing a party at Xtreme Action Park and each time we do different activities. There are so many ways to have fun!

Kids loved it here. They have go karts, (very safe) Mini golfing ⛳️ in a cool neon setting. Arcade games 🕹 🎮 Only down side the guy where you redeem tickets for prizes is a miserable guy who is unfriendly. Overall we are going to come here again and again kids love 😍 it here.

I came to Xtreme this past Sunday wit my family because we were on vacation and on our way to the cafe, we saw a young beautiful dark skinned lady standing up front who welcomed us wit a smile and asked if there was anything she could help us wit. We told her we would like to order food and drinks and she walked us to a seat and told us a server will be wit us shortly. On her way back to her post we called her and asked her name and she said her name was Juliana with a smile even tho she had a mask on you could still see her happy spirits smiling behind the mask. The way she welcomed us and made sure we were ok and her being polite made us want to come back and we promised to come back just for her!!. She’s the best “host” ever. Had a blast!! This was a great company event ! Staff was lovely, Sydney was a great host she was the best so helpful! And very sweet. Laser tag was so much fun my only complaint it was too short of a time by the time I knew what I was doing it was over! Sooo fun! Mini golf was cool as well. Love the retro space invaders and pac man. Food could be better.

We shared our kid’s birthday party here and everyone was so helpful, especially Sunny!! The games and activities were so much fun and what a wonderful time. We will come back for sure!!!

Great please lots of activities for kids and adults. They have go carts for adults and smaller kids minimum 5 years old. Fun all around and friendly staff.

Although I had a great time. Your cashiers need to remember to give money back. I gave the cashier $20 for a $12 ride and she didn’t give me back any change. I’m just now realizing, but that’s an something this company needs to work on.

We went here for my son‘s bachelor party and we had an absolute blast!! We raced a bunch of times, did laser tag and absolutely did not want to leave!!! We had great customer service too!!! Kwadaire helped us out and made it so smooth. We had a group of 13 so he made it super smooth for us.

Location offers a variety of great features for both kids and adults. But they seriously need to train staff better in cafeteria area better. Also why do I need to sit down in a table to order. Why can't I just drink( slushie) order from the counter. No they said I have to be sitting down with waitress. That's ridiculous.

I was thoroughly impressed by how much fun my son and his friend had here. There is endless fun all in one building, from car racing to ropes and skating or simply bouncing around on the trampoline. This place was fantastic.

Great day trip w/ lots of different things to do and you can spend several hours here doing some fun activities! Favorite part was the glow mini golf & laser tag.

This place is amazing, I was greeted by the most informative and sweetest girl Crystal who made it all so much better to visit!! (It sure makes a difference when being so welcomed) Me and my family had so much fun here the GO KARTS were a blast we rode them so many times ! My son did not want to leave 😂 I would highly recommend this place to anybody who’s trying to have fun with family! 5 STARS easily. This is definitely a new spot for me and my family to just hang out, I’m definitely telling anyone I can get a chance too that they NEED to visit !

Great place to spend an afternoon with friends. Andrew who helped us out at the ropes course was awesome, super friendly and accommodating! Tempe mini golf course is super colorful and fun to play with the florescent lights, and laser tag gets your heart pumping aiming for the top score. Lots of variety in arcade games. We will be back to do the go karts.

We were invited for a birthday to Xtreme Action Park. It was a great time even though my little one could only play and do certain things. She had a blast and so did I. From bowling to roller skating to arcade games, Xtreme has it all. Great place to spend the day with family or friends. The bar are was nice. The food was great too. The service we received from the staff was on point and they answered all our questions and they took great care of everyone in our party to make sure everyone was happy and didn't miss out on anything.

Absolute downpour when we arrived. Even with an umbrella, my son was soaked. We were planning to run to a nearby store but a staff member noticed and gave us a dry tee! Not only was this appreciated immensely but saved us a trip and allowed us to enjoy the day. Overall, everything was great. Food was good, facilities crowded but many were masked, and the staff running the party we attended even had spare masks. Excellent staff made our visit 100%!

Went there with my kids and their friends. My daughter wanted to play in the arcade area. I went with her. I swear, every single game lasted no longer than 10-15 seconds!! Some games, elsewhere, you play a single game and you get another chance to play again! I'm sorry, not sorry but I'd rather Dave and Busters! Even my children told me that they'd rather Dave and Busters! At least you get your money's worth!! The only good thing I can say about this place was the escape room! It wasn't too bad!!

I was so stressed about the traffic 😫 and coming to my son's party LATE they eased my stress from the time I arrived. BEST EVENT TEAM. I absolutely recommend having a party at Xtreme Action Park especially in the VIP Skybox Lounge. The view, the extreme organization of booking a party from beginning to end. I am so happy.... my son had a great time and so did everyone that attended. Thank you so much for a Great time 😊

We just had my daughters 13th birthday party here and we had an amazing time. Trish was our hostess and she was amazing. She was polite, courteous and super patient. She was on top of everything and she really went above and beyond. The food was very good too. Thank you to Trish and the rest of the staff for making our party such and amazing experience.

Our family recently traveled from Naples, FL for a day visit and had a great time. Our highlight was the go-karts without a doubt and we thoroughly enjoyed the putt putt golf, ropes course, roller skating and the food was adequate as well. Service overall was good. Mostly everyone was engaging except the help at the ropes course, she was the only disappointment and I must also give a shout out to Isaiah C. at the roller skating rink. We had some issues with our passes and he worked to help us resolve it while maintaining a positive attitude and being attentive to the other patrons that were patiently waiting. Good job. This is a must visit if your in the area.

Customer service is absolutely incredible! The manger Brenton was absolutely phenomenal, I had issues with my card and my step son was very upset about it and Brenton stepped up and helped us out ! He literally went out of his way to insure all of my credits were available and nothing was missing. He was so nice and patient with me and my kids and was able to help us out. Greatly appreciate a good customer service !
