I would give this 6 stars if I could. Staff was incredibly friendly, and gave us a free slice of pie afterward! I'm not a peanut butter person but the peanut butter chocolate pie/cheesecake was incredibly good. The pizza was crazy good as well, it had thick cheese and tasty pepperoni. My dad loved his tacos, I tried the meat in his tacos and it was perfectly cooked. The parmesan truffle fries were also very tasty and crispy. We sat outside and it was very comfortable and well laid out. Truly recommend this spot if you want a really nice family dinner where everyone will genuinely enjoy their food!

Great place to grab drink, eat a bite and hangout with friends. Mixed menu to match everyone's taste. Start with the chicken wings with sweet yet spicy flavor. The Crispy chicken is a must have if you are confused with all the good choices.

The Foundry is a really great place for a good meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and has two outside dinning areas which is a plus. We enjoyed the Warm Goat Cheese Salad, the Ahi Tuna Poke, and the EggPlant Meatballs. All were very good. We also enjoyed a great bottle of Boneshaker Zinfandel with our dinner. Everything was top notch as was our server - Mimi - she is the bomb! A definite stop in Pompano Beach - you are going to love it. Enjoy!

Lots of reasons to love this place. Lets start with the basics. Food. They serve really delicious high quality food. From their Sunday brunch to the full menu and even happy hour, I’ve always been pleasantly surprised. It also appears they do what they can to make the food they serve healthy too. The staff has always been on point, particularly Gabe the bartender and the hostess Noel. On my last visit I showed up 5 minutes before the end of Happy hour but Noel made sure to bring that to my attention and also hustled to get a server over, who happened to be Gabe to make sure I got my order in. Gabe pours great drinks and is friendly and helpful. They have a culture of hustle here or at least that’s what I’ve seen from Gabe and Noel. Keep mastering the basics team foundry! Great food + Great Service = great success! If you are in the area definitely go here.

Burger madness here I thought the Foundry burger was done just right. Add some awesome outside dining and and inside bar with outside seating and you have a worthwhile dining experience. Trying to figure out who your server actually is can be a bit confusing but otherwise a decent experience.

Service and atmosphere were excellent, but food underwhelmed. I mean, it was good and no order issues, but very uninspired recipes. Ribeye was just okay flavor-wise, lacked a good searing I'd expect from "wood fired", and way overpriced. Dip was okay. Was excited to try the lobster ravioli, but it was just okay too (cream sauce was meh). Wished I'd ordered the bolognese or maybe something else. Wings were excellent. Definitely would give them another chance as the service and atmosphere were really good.

I’ve heard great things about The Foundry and finally decided it was time to check it out and it did not disappoint! Just a head up it is paid parking! We visited for Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is great you can dine in or out we dinned in. Our waitress Saskia was a gem! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us great suggestions! To drink I ordered the cucumber martini which was excellent very refreshing, and my friend ordered the strawberry ginger jam margarita it was a little more sour than she expected but still good. We ordered the chicken & waffles and the breakfast burrito bother we’re really good we will definitely be back!

My friend had made a reservation for 4 of us online a week prior and requested a booth. But when we got there, the hosted didn't validate the reservation and sat us on a very uncomfortable table. The chairs were so low and uncomfortable. So when my friend that had made the reservation got there, she requested a manager, and they gave us the booth that was literally empty to accommodate us. Greg, the manager, was very accommodating. We came in for brunch and the unlimited mimosas. We order different things, and we're satisfied. For the most part, one of the girls ordered a salad with grilled chicken, but the chicken smelled like sweaty socks 🤢. Our server was rushing us towards the end, which felt a little rude. But I'm giving this place because another server that was not ours named Marc. He kept checking on us and making sure we got what we needed, and his vibe was so on point. He could probably tell that the other server was not doing her job properly, and he picked up her slack as a great team player. Overall, we had a good time. The salad she had was removed from the check. The eggplant meatballs were good, the mister fish bowl too, salmon avocado toast too. And the French toast were the bomb.

Went to The Foundry last night for happy hour/dinner. Really impressed! Featured is the sushi stack, calamari, and short rib flat bread no jalapeños. We also tried the hibiscus margaritas, $6 during happy hour and they are really strong! The restaurant is dog friendly and service was great! Definitely recommend!

I had looked forward to going to The Foundry as many of my friends go there occasionally. The atmosphere was laid back with some booths and tables, 2 bars plus outdoor seating. Our server was friendly and quick with our initial drinks and we ordered apps. Then everything showed down. Apps took a while then it was difficult to get a drink refill. When apps came, we ordered dinner and that came out a couple minutes after we finished the apps. Food was flavorful but it was warm, definitely not hot. Took a while to get our check. One last thing - all the parking is pay by app in the walkable area. Not unusual but just wanted to point that out. I'll go again with friends but I won't make a special trip.

Had the fennel sausage pizza and it had great flavor, I could have done without the fennel, however the rest of the pizza was fantastic. In addition I had the bacon Mac and cheese which was to die for. I actually asked for a spoon to get every drop of the sauce that was in there. My wife had the house made turkey burger which she's loved. She had the miso glazed brussel sprouts, which were delicious. All in all a fabulous meal and Janice did a great job taking care of us.

4/8/23- great location.inside & outside bar and seating. Shade or not. We sat inside table of 4 ladies. We had a few drinks and order the Polpette meatballs ( 4 to a order ) worked perfect for the table . We then each had ordered breakfast burrito,warm goat cheese salad classic eggs Benedict, side grits yummy side chicken sausage . We had enough room for coffee and dessert . The coffee and donuts like our great server NOAM, said it’s not the donuts it was the cream coffee w/ oh my yumm. Plus a key lime cream brûlée all kinds of coffee and drinks too. Server was great w/ us ladies . Thanks Noam for making our brunch .

The pork chop was thick and juicy. The porta bello sandwich is largely flavored with Balsamic: not my favorite but the menu was clear about the seasoning. The fries were good. Service was very good. It stays open later than most restaurants in the area.

First time visit, loved the atmosphere. Waiter very friendly... ordered appetizer and main course was lobster ravioli. Both delicious, only snag they brought out the appetizer and main meal at the same time.

This is a great place for casual food eating. We ordered salads there and added a protein on the tops and the Greek salad was great and so was the goat cheese salad. One of us also ordered a cheeseburger and that was also a nice size burger. They have a happy hour from 4:00 until 7:00 and the place gets busy. Service was great. A lot of outdoor tables

We had been here once and it was excellent but now we’ll definitely be regulars because of John M. His service was beyond great and he was so attentive, caring and professional which unfortunately is all to rare these days. In addition, Fiona, the hostess was one of the most caring, professional sweet hostesses we’ve had in a long time anywhere! The food was great once again and so was the atmosphere.

Food was very good but the menu seemed very small. I had a burger and it was above average, but there were only a handful of options available. The Parmesan fries and fried calamari are both staples for me and both were up there with the best I’ve had. Service was good, but our server was also very new so not great. Atmosphere, however was awesome. The interior architecture and design was very, very, cool.

A hot spot even on a Thursday night. The staff was very friendly and the food was done as ordered..My well done Salmon was moist and a nice serving size. I have to say though the best part was the donuts and coffee mousse. A must try.

An extra large space with lots of different seating areas. Made it in for happy hour and enjoyed $6 margarita. I chose the steak special and it was so good. Staff are friendly and attentive. Finished with delicious donuts and like a coffee gelato/mousse dessert. Had a very nice time.

Went for happy hour with a friend. Slid up to 2 bar seats that came immediately available. Bartender was gracious and friendly. We ordered the "Summer Bite" on the happy hour menu, which happened to be fried fish tacos. They were crunchy and packed with flavor. I got them as-is. My friend ordered them plain. I had a mojito and my friend opted for a margarita. All prices were reasonable and atmosphere was nice. Love that the happy hour is until 7pm for working people!

Wow I’m so glad that Cafe Brie had horrible service and it led to me trying this place instead, I literally drove into the plaza looking for cafe Brie and saw The Foundry’s Brunch sign and was like wow I need to try that place! Then walked into cafe Brie they were totally rude so we walked out and went straight to The Foundry and we’re so happy that we did, they were AMAZING! The service at this restaurant is great and for a Sunday morning/afternoon when restaurants are packed that says a lot! The hostesses were sooo inviting and nice, the waiter who wasn’t the best multi tasker (but knew it and always made up for it) was sooo nice and helpful, even when the food runners would come out if I asked for sauce or anything they would rush it out to me, everyone was great! Service is such a huge deal to me just as important as the food in my opinion. So on to the Menu! I loved the array of food options, the brunch menu had plenty of things to choose from and I will definitely be back to try lots of other things on both the brunch and regular menu! We enjoyed the coffee and donuts the best probably lol! It’s not what it sounds like the coffee was actually crème de pot, I’m not sure if I spelled It correctly but it was like a coffee mousse and it was delish! We also got the chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict with a side of their French toast which was also super yummy and delicious! All in all I have no complaints about this place! It was super cute and close to the beach, what more can you ask for? I can’t wait to go back!

Our server was outstanding. He gave us so much special attention that we felt like celebrities. The food was outstanding and we loved the atmosphere. My dad was in town for the holidays, which is rare, and this was a precious memory for us. Many, many thanks to our server, the chef, and the Owner. I'm proud to have this lovely establishment in Pompano Beach!
