is
bomb

but
the
service
today-
Not
so
much.
Closing
cashier
(said
her
name
was
Rachel
and
manager
or
owner
wasn't
present
and
only
opened)
my
Boyfriend
ordered
3
salads
(by
all
means
we
come
here
because
the
vegan
falafel
quinoa
salad
is
normally
great.
And
their
dressing
even
better-
ee
have
ordered
the
same
thing
for
years)
the
food
was
prepared
incorrectly
and
missing
what
we
ordered
AS
DESCRIBED
ON
THEIR
IN
STORE
MENU,
for
which
we
paid
for.
He
then
drove
back
with
no
issue
to
fix
the
order.
She
continued
to
say
she
would
have
to
charge
him.
He
brought
in
the
recipet
to
the
same
cashier.
He
is
not
an
argumentative
person
so
he
just
left
in
frustration.
I
decided
to
call
and
advise
them
of
the
minor
issue.
She
decided
to
interrupt
me
and
tell
me
she
is
done
with
me
and
has
better
things
to
do.

language
barrier
that
was
causing
the
miscommunication
so
i
attempted
Spanish,
but
she
scrame
she
spoke
English.
I
have
worked
in
customer
relations
and
retail
management
my
whole
life.this
service
was
worse
than
shopping
in
ROSS
on
black
Friday
or
Mc
Ds
drive
through.
All
I
wanted
was
to
fix
the
issue
and
get
the
food
we
ordered
and
paid
for.
If
the
manager
was
to
look
up
my
loyalty
account
and
my
boyfriends
-
she
would
see
how
much
money
we
spend
here.
The
service
was
out
of
character,
but
so
bad
that
I
decided
to
do
a
review.
I
hope
she
is
coached
on
customer
service
and
communication
as
well
as
cuatomer/client
retention.
The
food
industry
is
very
difficult
but
this
experience
is
NOT
OKAY
at
all.
