Left confused since the main reason I visited was due to the good reviews. When we walked into this place it was empty and the staff seemed to be having a bad day. The girl at the counter took our order and seemed to want to get it over with. When we asked about what kind of sweetener the sugar free smoothie had, she simply said I don't know. When we asked if she could find out, she asked a co-worker and he also said "don't know". I ordered a juice made of cucumber, watermelon and mint. It tasted terrible, kind of like what the water you clean vegetables would taste like. Asked them if they could maybe add more mint, they added some but still looked and tasted awful. The chopped chicken salad was also really bad. The presentation was the worst. Looked like vomit from a sick hog. See images. There were some pieces of chicken that were held together by cartilage and looked like it was put through a garbage disposal, also see images. The smoothie was ok, 7 out of 10. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but everything was pretty bad. Don't recommend it. Gave them 2 stars since they sell healthy stuff.

The food was so delicious and fresh! I order the chicken quesadilla with salsa and guacamole and it was a good size portion. The beets juice was so fresh. This really is the place to go after a good workout. LA fitness is right across :)

It use to be great but the amount of the food and the quality is dropping. And for the price not really worth it. I use to go every week and now is not my first choice. You can still eat the food is an Ok place to go and is healthy.

I usually order from here about once a week for lunch. Delivery is usually quick. Prices are good juice is fresh. Today it took 2 hours from the time I ordered to get my food. They said it would be an hour. The deliver guy call me at 12:55 asking where I am located. The food arrives at 1:40. I am 5 blocks from the store. So I guess he drove around for 45 minutes with my tuna sandwich and juice. Hope I don't get sick. I will update my review.

Just one protein option for vegans, is good just not enough for me. If you are vegan and only want falafel that's fine. I just think to be a healthy place should have a few more options, even fast food places offer beyond meat and impossible meat in their options. A little more variety will be good

Like any other juice or vegan place they are a little overpriced, but that's because they generally buy things organic. It was very good. The parking was excellent.

I admire this place! They provide splendid meals, their menu is nice, The chief cook in that place is an expert, I like very much tasting all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is helpful. I often eat in this place and I not even once was discontended. I highly recommend it.

Food is bomb (as in great) but the service today- Not so much. Closing cashier (said her name was Rachel and manager or owner wasn't present and only opened) my Boyfriend ordered 3 salads (by all means we come here because the vegan falafel quinoa salad is normally great. And their dressing even better- ee have ordered the same thing for years) the food was prepared incorrectly and missing what we ordered AS DESCRIBED ON THEIR IN STORE MENU, for which we paid for. He then drove back with no issue to fix the order. She continued to say she would have to charge him. He brought in the recipet to the same cashier. He is not an argumentative person so he just left in frustration. I decided to call and advise them of the minor issue. She decided to interrupt me and tell me she is done with me and has better things to do. (Word for word verbatim) I thought there was perhaps a language barrier that was causing the miscommunication so i attempted Spanish, but she scrame she spoke English. I have worked in customer relations and retail management my whole life.this service was worse than shopping in ROSS on black Friday or Mc Ds drive through. All I wanted was to fix the issue and get the food we ordered and paid for. If the manager was to look up my loyalty account and my boyfriends - she would see how much money we spend here. The service was out of character, but so bad that I decided to do a review. I hope she is coached on customer service and communication as well as cuatomer/client retention. The food industry is very difficult but this experience is NOT OKAY at all.

Love this place. Great options for all different types of diets. I am in town for vacation and have gone every day since I found it. The vegan burrito and the lemon ginger cayenne shot are my 2 favorite things so far. Only downside is they are closed Sunday so i will have to find somewhere else to go today.
