Me and my family were doing some Christmas shopping and we passed by this lovely restaurant and decided to dine in. We ordered ourselves some appetizers and a meal. Let me tell you this was the fastest service we have ever had and the food is amazing. Our Server Leo did a great job and took care of my family. He gave us a very positive experience and was very helpful in every way from the menu to bringing us our dinner. We would defiantly come back to this place and show it to the rest of our family and friends.

Amazing Greek food in a fun, jazzy atmosphere with excellent service. The Calamari was fresh and plump, the lollipop lamb chops were cooked perfectly and the baklava was worth barely saving room for. I actually wound up taking a side of the green beans to go they were so good. The bartender Andres made our girls night fun and entertaining. Can't wait to go back!

Great first time experience! We had a warm welcome by all the managers, especially Pepa who took the time with us and explained that the secret of the delicious food was the freshness of the ingredients. So authentic snd amazing was the Greek cuisine that we were curious if the chefs were from Greece. We ordered Greek Salad, Meat Platter for 2, and Homemade Baklava. Was the best Baklava we've had! Kudos and shout out also to our waitress, Galilea, who was super attentive and professional. Ethos is our new go to place when we are in the mood for Greek food. Looking forward to trying other specialties on the menu.

Very nice place that has indoor and outdoor dining for outdoor dining they have Mist fans to keep you nice and cool the food is very good I must say. They just have to add to the order beef Slovakia but all the rest of the menu was very good I would recommend The Gold Dish and gives you a sample of everything and as for two people to eat

I've been coming to Ethos since I started working in Coconut Creek. It's literally 5 minutes away from my work and the service is fast. Perfect for my one-hour lunch. Also, there's plenty of free parking in this plaza. Its called the Promenade I always get their platters. I have tried the Shrimp platter, Grilled Octopus platter, and my favorite, the Philly Steak platter. All platters come with a side of Greek Salad, spinach rice, and rosemary lemon potatoes so it's quite a filling lunch but worth it. Everything they serve here is fresh and they use quality ingredients. I honestly haven't had a bad meal here and I go almost every week. My only complaint is how they make their cocktails. I've been here for early dinner 2x and the cocktails featured on the menu are pre-made. Let's just say they're either too sweet or very watered down. The servers always re-assured me the cocktails are pre-made daily but I honestly dont think they are. I also asked why do they pre-make cocktails when there's an actual bar and bar staff? One of them told me that its easier and faster. What? It's not like people are lining up at the bar fighting for drinks. Its just strange to me why some restaurants cut corners. Or better yet, just remove the bar.

Stopped here on a Tuesday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was busy and had to wait for a table outside but, it was worth it. Service was good. Food was great! Had the calamari for appetizer and the bronzini for our main meal. We paired that with a nice bottle of Cabernet from Greece. They actually have wine deals on Mondays and Tuesdays and, we paid only $20 for our delicious Cabernet!! We definitely recommend and would definitely be back!!

Delicious food, fast service, pleasing menu, and fair prices. It was beautiful, delicious, and exceeded expectations. Our server, Camilla, was efficient and friendly. My one complaint is another worker yelling at our waitress in front of customers for no apparent reason. Very unprofessional, she was exceptional.

I decided to go to lunch near work and a quick google search of healthy food found me at this awesome restaurant. While I was eating I was watching the goings on of the establishment I noticed a gentleman taking an interest in the employees and tables all at the same time quickly making himself available to the needs of both staff and guest I definitely thought “here is the owner”.When he came by my table we had a nice chat and I found out he is a manager and his name is Robert. It’s nice to see an establishment that the employees take such pride in their work that they treat it as their own. I will definitely come back and look forward to seeing the great staff here.

What a nice find! The outside setting is beautiful. The menu items are plenty and everything we tried was delicious. I would highly recommend the moussaka appetizer - yummy! The kefte and the zucchini croquettes were also great appetizers! The greatest pick was the dessert - Ekberry! Oh , so good! Nice and attentive service! Highly recommend!

I've been to this location plenty of times but never like this. I had the entire Mediterranean experience starting with the world-class octopus appetizer. The picture says a thousand words, but the bite is beyond comprehension. This slow-cooked delicacy is incredibly buttery, with a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness you can't resist. Next up was the bronzini. This plate was packed with flavor and truly took me on a mini Vacation to Greece with every bite. This plate is a must-have if you are planning to visit. To wash it all down, I enjoyed the X-Rated Margarita, which adds a refreshing citrus flavor to the bold flavors of the seafood options.

Take out order. I ordered dinner from Ethos tonight. The ordering process was very easy and user friendly. I had the Falafel platter with a side of grape leaves. The packaging was very good, my food was fresh and tasted great. I added hot sauce and that just took it up a notch. The pick up process was very easy; I drove up to the curb, there was an attendant at the curb who retrieved my order and I was on my way within 3 minutes. Next time I'll dine in because the dining room looked like a vibe.

This is one of our favorite local restaurants. We have had almost everything on the menu and we are never disappointed. To top it all off, the level of service is always outstanding!

The food was nice and the waiter was accommodating. the only meal i think that was worth it's money was the one that comes with a salad, pita and dip, and then an entree for like 20 dollars or smth, everything else is overblown. The hummus appetizer is good too but i wish they'd give more bread for it.

Even the pita was specially tasty. We also tried the mussle as appetizers. Great quantity and the sauce with the feta cheese were delicious. For entrée we had the paella with orzo, which came with plenty of seafood, with great seasoning and generous portion (ended up bringing some home). We also tried the lamb chops and the steak. Both were perfectly cooked, and the portions were actually big. Prices are very decent for the quality. Definitely recommend coming here for a great dining experience. We went for lunch on a Saturday around 3:30 pm, and there was plenty of seating. Be aware that they don't accept reservations.

My husband and I came here for the first time on a Monday evening. Nice modern style and decor. Very warm and inviting. There's pleasant outdoor seating as well. The service is incredibly fast. Delicious warm soft bread was served with herb infused olive oil. We shared a dish of mussels with feta cheese- delicious.... My husband's lamb chops were cooked to perfection and he was even impressed with the flavorful side dishes. My salad and grilled salmon were very good. The staff were friendly and professional. Jeremy was super nice and accommodating. The drinks were also delicious. I switched my watermelon vodka drink to a sangria and it was perfect- the hubby had a refreshing mojito. I highly recommend Ethos for lunch, dinner or to gather with friends and family. Everything was great, especially the food. and the atmosphere was casual and relaxing.

Only reason for 3 stars is waiter behavior. Enrique was not really listening and we got a feeling he only wanted us to keep ordering alcoholic beverages. I have not met anywhere such a pushy waiter, when we finished our meal he kept coming to our table. I do not appreciate such an unprofessional staff. Little respect can go a long way, but he needs to learn to listen and have some knowledge of menu. When it comes to food, it is really great and so tasty.

What a great find! The staff is superior from first to last moment of contact. No reservations but you can put your name on the list and then they text you while you browse the outdoor mall. Great stores! The inside feels ultra hip modern with a great vibe and great music playing. The food was some of the best greek I've ever had. Everything was clearly made on site. Wow, this is very Greek to me. You can tell when a restaurant cares about using the freshest of ingredients and Ethos does. We had the combo platter and every item on the platter was five stars. The service is also exceptional especially considering these Covid times.

The service was outstanding and the food was spectacular. On point to the max, especially waitress Gia and the manager of the restaurant, top notch. First time was definitely not going to be the last. The chicken was the best I’ve ever had and I’m a picky eater. The cheesecake dessert, let’s just say words cannot describe.

I’ve eaten here couple of times and it’s always good! The Greek salad is amazing and very health. I added Salmon, chicken and Calamari to it and it adds a great protein option. Portions are very generous, dessert is amazing! Great place to bring someone and celebrate a special occasion or just for a special date with your spouse. Totally recommend this place!

I was at The Promenade for some shopping and decided to have lunch at Ethos. I had not been there in a while and didn’t remember how good it was. They have daily happy hour until 6pm with $5 mimosas! The lunch specials have so many delicious options and the portions are big. My server Leo was so nice and even the manager stopped at my table to chat for few minutes. I was surprised at how busy it was for a Thursday but the service and flavors did not disappoint. I had the lunch special with grilled chicken.

We just don’t get Greek / Mediterranean food that often so decided to try something different. Picked ethos based on reviews and proximity and we were really glad we did. Located in an popular upscale suburban shopping mall there is usually a crowd of people around, especially at night. We were able to grab nearby parking and were seated quickly. It was a late dinner so we wanted something light. We ordered a sampler of various dips, some fried zucchini, octopus, and a Greek salad with branzino. By far the standout was the salad. The house made dressing was amazing, the fish perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients across the board and it immediately became my wife’s new favorite local salad. The feta is barrel aged and from Bulgaria - we just wish we were bigger fans of cheese in general. Octopus was excellent but a bit on the salty side, dips were fresh and served with amazing pita, but have to give the fried zucchini balls a thumbs down. Just ok at best. Otherwise service and atmosphere were great and we will definitely be returning when we’re in the area.

My son ordered food for me (He lives in Chicago) while I was in the hospital. My friend, from work recommended it (from LCMS in Coconut Creek). The food is EXCELLENT. The presentation is EXCELLENT. And, the manager is OUTSTANDING. There was a problem receiving my order because the driver had to leave it at the Security Desk at Northwest Medical Center...Three nurses could not find the order. I called and spoke to the manager, after speaking to Door Dash and not only did she show genuine concern, but offered to to replace my order. Luckily, my order was eventually found and "All's well, that ends well"! I highly recommend this restaurant. My son, in Chicago said the manager was "...very kind, and sweet." Can't wait to dine in!

We came tonight for my mom's birthday and it was a lovely experience! We got to sit outside in the cool breeze. The fans were running a bit loud but our server was wonderful and turned one of them off. We got some branzini, moussaka and artichoke chicken. All three meals were delicious! The salads came with this huge chunk of feta that was creamy and authentic! The tzatsiki sauce has shredded cucumber in it! Our server must have overheard us talking about my mom's bday because they brought out the most amazing Mastiha Chocolate Cake! The mixed berry compote was the perfect topping! Just a wonderful all around meal. I think the owners came around to check on us once but they didn't introduce themselves. I wish they would have! I guess that's more of a NY thing. Make friends with the owners and we become regulars! Just something to think about.

ethos Greek Bistro is what a restaurant experience should be. Let's start with the wait time. 1230pm - we where told we would have to wait 25 minutes to be seated outside on an absolutely beautiful Sunday afternoon. At 1255 or table was ready. Unfortunately after a few minutes the sun creeped right in between our shaded area and I asked the waiter if we could move to a shaded table. He immediately accommodated us and we where seated in a well shaded area. I want to state at this point that I do know Mediterranean/Greek food quite well. Growing up in a Greek neighborhood full of Mediterranean restaurants in NY and I have over 30 years of fine dining experience so I am here to give you a truly honest review. Generally I tend to review the quite poor and outstanding experiences I have, so that you (the reader) will make an informed decision, as I also look at these reviews for guidance when selecting a restaurant. The Experience Appetizers: Hummus with Pita Spot on. Not overwhelming with garlic as most places tend to be. Well balanced and left little trace on the palate after eaten. Pitas where HOT and moist. Just the way it should be served. This allows the hummus to become creamier when paired. Ordered the Grilled Octopus: By far the most impressive octopus I have ever ordered. I eat sashimi quite a lot and know that in order to prepare the octopus it requires attention. Well not only was the meat tender (Not like gum whatsoever) but the grilling and condiments of the octopus was so well done that even at the core of the meat you can taste the perfect flavor of the condiments. At this point the Manager (Christopher) stopped by to check on us and thus began quite an enlightening conversation of the prep and dishes they offer. We had ordered already but the way he described the other dishes made want to order more. A very pleasant, caring gentleman and you can tell he is very proud to be there. Entrée Sampler for 2 If I where to write about every single part of this dish it would consume a better part of a day. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. What was also impressive is the way they make their rice and potatoes. Very flavorful and inventive ingredients on a otherwise simple part of the meal that they could have left alone but went all the way to make it round out the entire dish. Dessert: Ordered Homemade Baklava You will definitely need to exercise some strength to cut through it but it is well worth it. I really cant wait to go back as I am now intrigued as to how the other dishes will amaze me. Kudos to the entire staff you made me a fan.

Ethos has been my go to for years, always delicious and amazing service. Well, tonight they truly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. It was my brother's birthday so we decided to grab a bite somewhere in the Promenade. We first went to another establishment and waited well beyond an hour for a table before we gave up and decided to leave. We thought to try one last stop..and sooooo happy we did. Chris and his wonderful staff completely turned our evening around and made our night amazing. From the prompt and friendly service beginning to end (our server Fabiola was absolutely lovely and took great care of us) the delicious food and the nice touch of a slice of yummy cheesecake along with a birthday song, everything was perfect. We only wish we had come here first! Always a pleasure, thank you Ethos.

Went at tail-end of Brunch on a Sunday about ten (10) days ago on or about early January 2021 and asked for Lunch outside, definitely wanted to eat outside. I was quoted about a 15 minute wait that, in the final analysis, became about a 35-minute wait. Sundays, despite (or maybe because of Coronavirus) are STILL very busy. So busy our server, Lorena, could not adequately take care of us. Had to ask three (3) times- 3 different people- for the same item, a non-alcoholic drink REFILL ... as I recall. Refills are a basic point in good table service. Understaffed perhaps? Taste of the food was good but, for instance, their delicious soup came out (from the Kitchen) lukewarm. I was not impressed with Lorena's service. Some issue or miscommunication (oh, yes, had to ask for a ToGo box more than once ... then at end got 2 and had an extra plastic bag due to the soup issue). I have decided to try not to go back on a Sunday. Lady Manager was professional and kind enough to give us a Hot (its hotness was wasted, though, as could not eat 'till the following day). Soup- their delicious Avgolemeno, to take with. Taste of the Shrimp Saganaki APPETIZER PORTION was also very TASTY. Glad I tried their Shrimp SAGANAKI this time after all the years I, a Greek, have been dining here. The only item I personally ordered that did not have some issue surrounding it was the Hummus with pita bread Appetizer. Due to the inept service received on a Sunday, as I mentioned I do not plan to return on a Sunday.

Not what it used to be. Everything was fair except the grilled octopus appetizer which was lousy, hard and rubbery which went to a deaf ear when I told them. Too bad, they have a great outdoor venue but their food declined.

This place is a great find. Service was awesome. Very clean outdoor and indoor seating. Food was very fresh. Sunday brunch bottomless mimosas were delicious. Prices are so reasonable. Definitely a place I will come back to eat at again because it is a pleasure to go there.

Such a nice environment and the food is always great. The fire stands they put out on the patio when its cold are beautiful. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for about a year now after discovering it on my birthday! Robert is awesome as usual, he always makes sure everything is great and takes care of you. This used to be one of my favorite spots and I use the catering service often. The food is amazing and I love the ambiance, but I was really put off when I went for a relaxing lunch on a Saturday afternoon and the manager (possibly owner, not sure) was having a staff meeting outside in the middle of the restaurant, practically next to my table. I thought it was rude and inconsiderate to paying customers trying to sit and relax and enjoy the ambiance. Maybe it wouldn’t have been so disturbing if he wasn’t so loud. Hopefully this will not happen again. I went again for dinner the next weekend and in my experience that same (manager or owner)was very welcoming to only a select few. In my opinion if you’re a restaurant owner or manager you should make EVERYONE feel welcomed. Disappointed.

Food was less than spectacular, especially for the price.. ate a nearly duplicate meal on University Drive in Coral Springs.. Was much better AND less expensive..!!
