Went to the location in Lighthouse point. Very tasty burgers and fries. We ordered 1 double cheese burger, 1 Beyond beef cheese burger, 1 truffles fries and a couple of beers. Everything was delish, the service was prompt and the dining room was clean. The tab was $41.00 not bad for all that freshly made yummy food.

Everytime I come here this lady is extremely rude. Constantly Rolling her eyes, Huffing & puffing, & irritated by anyone who walks in there to order food. She serves more attitude than burgers! Jeezuz

Never again. Ate inside, place was filthy and sticky you could tell it has not been properly cleaned in a while. We were the only customers, yet somehow the cashier managed to mess up 2 out of the 4 items on our order. Food was overcooked and not how I remember Burger Fi to be. Multiple sodas out in the machine. Employees carrying on, cashier playing with her hair. Not a manager in sight. I guess this is what you get nowadays. Manager should visit this location and open their eyes. Id be ashamed if this was my business with my name on it!

Besides having the best burger they have the best chicken sandwiches ever. And it's not enough to talk about food only. They will welcome you with big smiling faces (yes, even under mask). While I'm thinking what to eat as a first time buyer they tried to help about what to choose. Even from kitchen I was having some recommendations 😃 This place is soo friendly, special thanks to Dellony, Isabella and good bless those hands in kitchen; Weckly, Alfredo, Christopher. I am a customer of the restaurant that is on Pompano Blvd. I go at least every 15 days. Today I wanted to try another one at Lightthouse Point. My experience was not good, the food was not good and the Shake (Oreo) tasted like only vanilla and from half the glass. When I asked the worker, she told me that they didn't have any more and that the cookies were enough. Terrible attention and quality!

I went today for the first time; I really like the food. About the flan, I have to say that eventhough looks great, I didn't like it ' cos is not made from scratch like I was expecting; no way that the taste is the same when you use powder formula to made flan. But I have to say that the tamal is one of the best in Miami area.

We came close to closing and we were worried about the food not being fresh or good AND, the staff not being happy to see us. BUT, they were pleasant and Very helpful. The food was so fresh and tasty! LOVED the CEO BURGER, cooked perfectly and very juicy! My sister got the CEO with the beyond burger (staff recommendation) AND she loved it. We killed the onion rings! Wished we got more! Ate too quickly for pictures 😅😅

5guys is better. I gave yall a chance and you blew it. Burger was soggy. Onion rings fell apart and greasy. Not worth the price. 5guys is better. Maybe you should retrain your cooks. Bet I can cook a better burger and fried onion rings better than your owners

If I could give 0 stars I would. Employees were more concerned with their cell phones then anything. When I picked up my food it was a cold burger with a piece of cheese slapped on top. Had to grill it properly when I got home. The milkshake was okay. Only thing edible was the French fries. Don't waste your money here.

This was the first time I ever tried this place. I got one hamburger two small burgers for my dogs and a coke it came to $27. I tried to eat the burger in the car but it was so greasy it fell apart I ended up throwing it out the window. The people were really great though and the atmosphere was nice

I usually expect undercooked fries but staff was seemingly distracted by my fiance and cooked the potato literally out of the fries. Never had hollow potatoes skins before

Delicious especially the banana churro milkshake and the bbq rodeo burger green style the lettuce was so fresh and flavors on point!

I went here to get my usual the swag burger on a gluten free bun. It's the mot gluten free option BurgerFi has. I also purchased the waygu hotdog. I get the New York style with mustard and sauerkraut. They also have chicken tenders which I have ordered from time to time. Overall good. Th burger I wel made.

Honest review.. The meat was so dry and bland im not sure if it was the cook but I make a better burger at home from a frozen patty.. the lady that took my order was very sweet tho. Did not care for the burger at all

Very consistent, great food and service. Their onion rings are ny absolute favorite.

Soda is small, but that's ok, I have to reduce sugar anyways. French fries portion is huge. Hamburger is great. Great meat. Their hoopy meal is about the same price of any other fast food meal. Place is clean.

Food was excellent...but $20 for a burger and literally 5 onion rings.. Granted, onion rings were def on my list of favorite ever, but for a large order to contain 5 rings for $6..didn't sit well mentally. Double burger included zero toppings or dressings..was I suppose to ask for them? Idk..it wasn't clear. Bacon was exceptional and delicious..thick and crisp. Bun was on point also. I'll educate myself on options and prices before going back..but I def will go back.

Phenomenal food at great prices. Management and crew are very healthful , and nice. I come here twice a week and the rest at other locations. I usually use this place to meet clients and I always make an impression. I love the way everyone is nice and I believe is a reflection of management and ownership. Place is the cleanest I have seen ans it remains that way all day. If you have to use the bathroom guess what !!! They are clean !!! Great place will recommend to anyone.

Good place for a clean burger and fries without the guilt of eating McDonald's. Staff is friendly and quick and they have a freestyle machine to fulfill all of your soda fantasies.

The food here is so good it almost makes up for the two women who were working the cashiers. All they did was talk to each other about ridiculous subjects and give customers not one single inch of attention. And are rude to a fault.

Dana and Emma are amazing! Great customer service. If I could have 2 wives, it would be the two of them. They’re respectful, they didn’t rush me, and were very patient. I took a long time figuring out what I wanted and kept making changes and they never got upset with me. I’m actually just going to divorce my wife and sell my house then live behind this Burger Fi location. Two wives, free food and free cost of living. What more could you ask for? I love this place. I. LOVE. BURGER FI!!
