Very disappointed on this place, it took more than half an hour to get my cheeseburger and i received it in piece of cuban bread!!!! They do not know better: cuban bread includes a small amount of fat in the form of lard, it is not VEGAN!!! After this incident i never go back again, must likely they use animal products to save money! I really wonder what type of oil they use to fry their Fries!

Food was good, wish the cheeseburger had lettuce and tomatoes. Maybe even onions? Also had the Buffalo chicken wings and fries. Wings were juicy and tasty. Fries had seasoning salt and we're good. Ranch sauce for wings was very good too.

I wish that I can put zero stars. This place is one of the most unprofessional establishments I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve gone to this establishment on a total of 5 different occasions during their apparent business hours and they were closed . They never answer their phone so you can check prior to taking the drive. As an African American woman I love supporting black owned businesses but this place WILL NEVER SEE ME or my money again. Staff are incredibly rude. Ive reached out to management several times only to be told pretty much “oh well”. Oh and not to mention the last time I actually ate from here my burger was extremely dry and overcooked. I also asked for no onions on my friends burger as he’s allergic and they disregarded my request and put them anyway. And when I complained no refund or alternative was offered. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There are plenty of black owned vegan spots in SF with better staff and food. So disgusted with this place wow!

Hello, I thought I found the best vegan place in Broward but I ended up being wrong. Ordered twice and the food was amazing but customer service sucked. This is a Black Owned Business (Sticker on the door states this) but yet, they can't seem to get it right. I ordered online because the website stated business was open. Paid online and when I went to pick it up, no one was in the building and phone was disconnected. Went back the next day and no one was there during the business hours. It has been a week and the phone is still disconnected. I would still like my money back.

Being extremely nice with this review because I was somewhat disappointed with my overall experience with this business. Drove 25 almost 30 minutes out of my way yesterday to support this Black owned business since I follow them on Instagram. The area in which this business is located seems desolate no real traffic outside of the 7/11 across the lot. Walked in and there was NO seating and NO restroom can only imagine how people walking or just want to sit and grab a bite feels. Didn't have any vegan bacon for the vegan double cheeseburger fine. Ordered it without it. Order came up to $18 and change expensive considering I only ordered a veggie burger with some fries. They could have included a water or something. Left and when I got to my location didn't even have napkins in the bag. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Don't think I will be returning to this place.

My partners both got the Impossible burger and equally agreed that it tastes just like a regular burger. I’m not a burger eater so I decided to go with the Hummus Wrap. It was AMAZING!!! The service here WAS AMAZING!!! The smoothies here ARE AMAZING!!!!! And then I found out that they have a FOOD TRUCK Grand opening this Friday!! What topped it all off for me is the fact that they are ready to come out to West Palm Beach! With Vegan On The Go being located in Fort Lauderdale it’s hard for me to get there so once The owner let us know about the new addition to their business we were even more excited to taste their food. My wrap was very filling, and I had a side of sweet potato fries with a marshmallow dip on the side that is to die for! I honestly didn’t want it to end. I personally ordered the strawberry lemonade which was very tasty and hit my tastebuds right in the face with sweet and sour in a great way. Last but certainly not least I was able to sample my business partners drinks. The GlamBoss & The Oreo Cookie smoothies! Can’t wait to go back to try another dish....who knows it might even be a burger 🥰🤷🏽‍♀️🥰

My wife and I decided to try out Vegan On The Go and we must say, the entire experience was amazing. It appears to be a family owned business, they had a large amount of options, delicious sauces and quick service. The burgers were unbelievable. We'd definitely be taking another trip or order via Uber again. Highly recommend for anyone to enjoy.

EYY! This place is really good!! Parking place available and is, for real, a Buy and Go place! But is worth it!!!! They serve only one kind of taco and we weren't sure about trying it! But Quinten and the guys from the kitchen were really nice and made is try it! AND we didn't regret!!!! The spicy salsa really kicks in and enhance the flavors We also got The Non- Believer burger and it was amazing!! Really good size and delicious taste! The kosher bread is really soft and spongy 😻😻😻😻😻 They were out of a few items, so ask first before making your decision, call ahead!!! Is not a place to sit and eat so make sure you have time and space to eat at your car. Other than that, very cool place. We didn't try the smoothies but they looked awesome! ✅ 5 points on costumer service ✅5 points on food taste 💪 good job guys!!

This place sucks. I was really excited to try out a local vegan restaurant, and I'm sure the food is great, but the service is horrible. I ordered online, which promised the food to be ready in 15 minutes. I came 30 minutes after the pick up time and the lady said the food wasn't ready. I came back 45 mins after that and the girl at the counter refused to acknowledge me. Two other customers came in and picked up their food, and she greeted them without hesitation. After standing there for 10 minutes, I just walked out. I'm not the confrontational type so I didn't even ask for a refund, but they charged me right after ordering. I'm extremely hungry and mad. What a disappointment.

I'm not from this town. I was caring for my uncle and had been in the hospital. There a so much that was going on that week But, I needed some good vegan food to eat and that will hold me over for the day. On the first and second go, the food was great. The first time I went I was too hungry to take pictures. Little did I know that I would love it. The second day I got some shrimp with the burger. Little did I know, this was the best combination alongside my strawberry smoothie. I was able to get at least one pic. I was just as hungry as the first time I went. Mannnn, I'm so glad that I went there to treat myself. Even though the drive is 30 min from my uncle's house, it's worth the trip. After my uncle had passed on this weekend. I was having trouble eating and the first thing that came to mind was this place. Little did I know that this location was a few minutes from were my uncle's funeral arrangements was going to be held. The Monday that I arrived they were closed and I was sad about for a bit. But, I have comfort in knowing that I have a location to eat on the day of Uncle's funeral. 🙂 The employee that was serving was extremely professional and very nice to have a conversation with. I'm really hoping this owner does decide to have a location in Tampa and get more investors interested in them. Thank you for your kindness and I do hope to come back everytime I'm in town. Hope to get more pics in soon. 😂😂

BEWARE! This place is a scam and won’t be open! We ordered online and went to pick it up, only to find out they were closed. I called and spoke to the owner (allegedly) who then assured me he would make sure to cancel our credit card charge. He told me he had 3 other locations and to email him our order receipt. We were charged almost $60 for our order that has now been processed, and the owner has straight up ghosted us, even when I have called, texted, and emailed. When you try to call the restaurant directly it just rings continuously and you can’t speak to anyone. Not only does this seem to happen to almost everyone from the reviews I’ve read, the owner also lied and said he had multiple locations making it seem like he has so much to deal with but if you google it he only has one! We’ve reached out to the better business bureau and hope this place gets shut down. This place is ridiculous and hope this doesn’t happen to anymore people!

They don't seem to exist anymore, yet their website is still up and running. And taking people's orders and their money- and then nothing happens and your money is gone forever. I placed an order online around December 16th. The site was fully functioning and accepted my order and my payment. I saw the $30 leave my PayPal balance. Then I immediately received a text saying my order had been cancelled because the restaurant was closed, and I should expect a refund in five days. That never happened. So first, I called PayPal customer services and told them what happened. But from both their end and mine, it appeared as if the transaction never even took place. So I then emailed the restaurant and waited. Never got a response. Yesterday, I called the restaurant and their number was disconnected. So I still have $30 worth of non-existent vegan cheeseburgers and fries just floating around in the ether. My issue is still unresolved. And who knows how many other people have just unwittingly lost their money like this? Something needs to be done about the situation. In fact, I now see several "customers" have had the exact same problem. I say "customers" because actual customers are, well, accustomed. And that's certainly not us. Where are all of our refunds, please?? If you want an all vegan, all Black owned comfort food restaurant (who's actually there and gives you what you paid for), I highly suggest supporting The Rabbit Hole in Pompano.

Customer service was amazing placed in a convenient area I love to see black companies flourish. The food first off I want to say was a 10! The burger is different I never had a vegan burger like that before . Customer service was amazing I was even sitting waiting in my car and she walked my food to me . Thank you will be back again today !

The food is great and I absolutely hate to give this bad review but business and professionalism needs to be improved. They NEVER answer the phone. In addition, I decided to place an order online yet when I arrived to pick up, the order was not ready and the woman at the register said the order had not even been received. I waited for a half hour after placing the order expecting it would be ready. I ended up getting a refund because the wait was crazy. Don’t trust the online ordering, unless they were just having a bad day. Either way I would love to support the business more but you have to inconvenience yourself to do so, unfortunately.

Finally got to check out Vegan on the Go and we were not disappointed. I honestly wanted to try several burgers on the menu, as it is hard to find vegan comfort food places but I behaved myself and ordered the loaded sweet potato fries and The Bucket List. Bless them for using the Impossible burger!! The burger was delicious, two impossible patties on top of each other, with Just Egg on top (yassss), vegan bacon, two slices of vegan smoked cheese, vegan Chipotle mayo and a yummy potato bun. The flavors all complimented each other and we can't wait to return to order other enticing options like the Green Eggs and BBQ and the Sebi Plant burger. They even have salads with burgers in them!! This place does it right!! The only thing that would top it off and make it out of this world is to offer Vegan Milk Shakes to go with the burgers and fries...possible a vegan Happy meal if you will I'd like to also mention that the owner Tevarus is very nice and personable! My only one complaint would be to make it 100% vegan, as they use honey in their smoothies and on their fries, and although you can request no honey, taking honey off the menu completely and substituting with agave would give people like myself peace of mind knowing no questions asked we won't get contaminated. I cannot wait to return to Vegan on the Go!!

Came into town from NC and was recommended this restaurant. Their Green Eggs and BBQ burger and strawberry lemonade are phenomenal. The taste is right on point and gives you that guilty pleasure flavor while being health conscious. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and making another visit.

Does not look like a chicken sandwich to me and I post mated it. Don’t get me wrong the burger was good but…… I didn’t dispute it because it’s not the drivers fault but I would suggest auditing ordered before sending them out. Won’t be doing that again.

First off, women up front told me my order would be ready in 15minutes, ended up literally taking 1 HOUR, terrible customer service. My order was NOT PREPARED CORRECTLY & Ended up getting a WRONG order after waiting an hour. Strawberry lemonade tasted like nasty medicine, COLD fries & PLAIN (No Sauce, Cheese, etc) steak sub when i clearly asked for egg rolls. I’ve had better vegan food, their food taste okay but not good enough for me to order again. You might as well drive pass that place, plenty other good vegan spots you can find in Ft Lauderdale.

Read mixed reviews decided to try regardless. Customer service was exceptional. I ordered shrimp and fries/ impossible cheese steak they had run out of shrimp for the day which was fine. My impossible cheese steak had no cheese and was kind of over cooked. Could've just been a off day for them.

I’m so disappointed with this place. The first time I ordered from them the sweet potato fries were burned but the chicken sandwich was so good I didn’t mind. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve ordered delivery my orders have been completely wrong. The second time I went with regular fries and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich I reviewed was actually an impossible burger and the regular fries were sweet potato fries. The food was good but not what I ordered. Now the last time which is sadly the final straw. I did not receive the fries at all and the chicken sandwich that I received the first time is now a not crispy piece of what I believe is seitan drenched in barbecue sauce.

Wow is all I can say. They were super slammed ahead of Hurricane Dorian but it was well worth the wait. I was Very happy to find out that this place is vegan and kosher. Blessed by a rabbi! And tasted like it too :) The mango carrot banana smoothie is to die for. I want to try the gorilla milk one next. We ordered the sebi plant impossible burger and the avocado and grilled onions were delectable. We also ordered the bucket list and that was so good. It definitely tasted like a real bacon cheeseburger. If you close your eyes you can't even recognize it's #plantbased. They have a pretty cool reward system and we got $2 off for signing up. Will be back!! #buylocal

The hours of operation is clearly incorrect. This is my 4th time going there and the door is locked even though the sign says open. No one is answering either of the numbers displayed. You guys really need to do better or get new management. Ridiculous.

This is a vegan black owned business!!! my first time so i had their shrimp taco & vegan burger & y’all …. 10/10!!! I also ordered me the Mango peach smoothie & you can really taste the fruits!! My new vegan spot 😁😁

They convinced me impossible taste better with the right seasoning. But I do think Beyond meat for the win. Best vegan burger I had in Florida. The seasoning and sauce were on point. The Sweet potato waffle fries was the boom. Definitely will be back when I need vegan patty. Great customer service and fun guys.

I saw this restaurant while pumping gas at the 7-Eleven. The name intrigued me since I’m plant based and decided to give it a try. The man at the counter who appeared to be the owner was more than gracious and patient with me as I asked questions. He’s a very friendly person! I ordered the impossible taco’s I believe and they were yummy! I’ll definitely be ordering again. Nice, “hole in the wall” kind of place with good food!

I tried this place for the first time today and it was soooo good! It is right down the street from my new office so I’m pumped to have found this spot. I got the Non-Believer Burger with fries and a vanilla milkshake. It was fantastic. Might have been the best vegan burger I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to try everything on their menu! The lady behind the counter was super friendly as well. The only drawback is no seating inside. Luckily the order was ready quickly so it didn’t bother me to stand. Will definitely be back! Soon!

I ordered the oreo smoothie and the kids nuggets and fries! Both were amazing! I'm used to not having any options at restaurants but it was amazing to have the entire menu to choose from! The staff was sweet as can be and deff made my experience very pleasurable. Would more than likely come back!

Well it was my first time trying them! I ordered through Grub hub unfortunately received the wrong order so I called and someone from the store personally fixed my correct order and brought it to me so needless to stay ! I’m very satisfied it is absolutely delicious! I’m locked in to this place now. This is the Vegan Chicken sandwich I added Buffalo sauce crunchy and taste just like chicken I had to stare at it for a second 😂

Would love to review the food and let you guys know if it's good or not, but after waiting 35 min we still didnt get our food even though they said 10 minutes to prep the order. I understand food prep takes time, but if you tell me 10 min theres no way you can take over 30 min to finish making it. Be realistic with the time and we would have left on our own because we were in a rush. Be cautious if you are in a hurry or want food quick, this may not be the spot for you. Vegan on the go is the name of the place, but you honestly dont go anywhere and just wait here. Hopefully I will be able to have a full free day where I can try the food out. Also if you pay, they have absolutely no idea how to cancel an order or give a refund. So that's always fun.

Just tried Vegan on the Go in Riviera Beach, for the first time. All I can say is “YUM!” I can always tell the quality of a burger place by their fries and these fries were on point! So was the rest of our meal. The Non-believer meal was delicious. I ordered it as is and loved every bite. We, also, ordered bbq wings and the sauce was perfect! Even the lemonade was delicious. But, above all, the customer service was A++. Will, definitely, be coming back!

Prices are high BUT. Very sweet friendly lady in the front with red dreads. The way she made my green machine was tooo good! Burger was gooood! Fries were fire!!! Just open up late again 🙂 and put some chairs in the place for your customers to sit , that’s rude.
