I suggest you do not waste your time reading the reviews. This place is definitely a gem. I am a Turkish person and its so hard to find a Turkish restaurant that knows what they are doing. I can easily say their food is one of the best I got to try in the US. Especially The pide ( Turkish Pizza) and the katmer dessert were mind blowing . We will definitely be back!!!

We tried kofta kebab, pide and shish kebab. All of them tasted was good. I think the pide is the best choice to get full. The price is a bit expensive compared to the portion($137 for two adults and one child) The only problem is if it's a Turkish restaurant, tea should be free.

This is one of the most fresh and best meals I ever had. I had the mixed grill platter, two teas, baklava and a Turkish coffee. Amazing. I will bring my coworkers next week

First visit here today and ordered to go. Ordered shish kabob and kofte kabab - delicious and fresh! Also bought olive oil and jam. Polite and courteous staff, they really take pride, thank you for a wonderful lunch. See you soon!

Authentic Turkish kebabs and pides (pitas) in a quaint storefront location. Ingredients are fresh and the service is welcoming. Limited menu with a couple “American-style” options. Leave room for the fresh baklava. Restaurant also features a small imported foods market.

I’m so glad I came across this place, I loved the attentiveness in the staff, the decor is pretty nice, and the food was extremely flavorful. The portions are great as well you’ll definitely get your money’s worth!

Interesting Turkish restaurant that serves mostly Pides (Flatbreads). We had the Flatbread Pizza/very dry, then the Turkish Special Pide/very good, the Sausage Pide/very good and the Mixed Grill Platter/very good. Good service and a very clean place.

A little gem of a restaurant! The food is so delicious and tasty. A little piece of Turkey right in our own backyard. We had the succulent mix grill plater with rice and salad(Chicken and Kafte) . It was perfect. We tried the meet and mozzarella pies (pizza pie open face) and that was made fresh to order and we ate that hot out of the oven. Yummy yummy! It was truly an exceptional experience. We started with house blend salad and the flatbread pizza, also known as lahmacun in Turkish, and it was simply delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were full of flavor. My husband opted for the roasted beef pide, and he couldn't stop raving about how tender and flavorful the beef was. Also turkish tea was freshly made. Highly recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of spending an evening at Galata, and it was an absolute treat. I daresay we enjoyed the best 'pide' (Turkish pizza) we've ever had. While their mixed kebab and lahmacun were fantastic, it was the 'pide' topped with spicy sausage and cured beef that stole the show. It's a must-try for anyone visiting. Apart from the delightful food, what struck us was the impeccable service and the cleanliness and orderliness of the establishment. It's clear they take great pride in providing an exceptional dining experience. In all, Galata offers a blend of delicious cuisine, warm hospitality, and a charming atmosphere. If you're in the area, do make it a point to visit - you won't be disappointed!

This place was an awesome, quaint little place giving some cozy vibes with great Turkish food. We had the Turkish special pide, and mixed Turkish platter - and all of it was cooked perfectly. The food was very flavorful from the rice to the meat - even the tea had a lot of flavor. We finished the dish with a piece of homemade baklava which reminded me of how my college friend who was from Turkey made it. The owner and staff greet you with a smile, are attentive, and you can tell they put pride into their food.

My favorite Turkish restaurant in Ft Lauderdale / Pompano Beach area. Amazing Turkish Pide (Pizza) and Adana Kebab. I strongly recommend. Family oriented and very clean.

If you know turkish food and like the real Mediterranean CLEAN and healthy taste, this place DOMINATES any other similar restaurant big time, its super fresh with lots of flavors, we tried the FLATBREAD PIZZA and the MIXED PLATTER and i bring friends all the time and they thank me for it, come try it and THANK ME LATER :) dont miss the TURKISH TEA and amazing PISTACHIO BAKLAVA

Nice little place located in Pompano Beach, good Turkish bakery offering a variety of Pides vegetarian, beef, chicken and cheese. When you done eating grap yourself a cup of turkish tea or coffee then head over to the grocery section.

Great authentic turkish food. Their Pides are the best. Equal or even better than what we had in Turkey. "Cevdet" the owner was very hospitable & friendly. He helped us make the right decision when we ordered the food. The baklava was delicious! Will be back again for sure!

We use to go to other Turkish restaurants in NJ because we love their cuisine, so when we moved to Florida and recently invited friends over, we found this place online and decided to order from here. I called and placed an order and the person who took my order assured me that there should be enough meet for 5 adults. Considering the charge of $122 I thought we would have so much meat leftover that we will have to give some away to our friends. When I opened the boxes my husband delivered, we were shocked! There were a few tiny little chicken pieces and a dollar sizes over burned patties that taste like rubber. The dinner at our house turned into such a fiasco that we had to quickly make reservations to a near by steak house. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Lana

Out of this world fantastic. I had the lamb meatball kebab platter. Just so darn fresh and tasty. We spent 3 hours in there feasting. Ohh also had the Turkisk spinach pide this was AMAZING!!! I cannot wait to visit again.
