    I placed an online order for pick up. When I got to this Boston Market to pick up my lunch the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed, even though I was able to place an online order. I tried to speak with a employee instead of kindly explaining to me the current situation and I got yelled at through the locked door that they were closed and to leave. Why allow a customer to place an online order? I had to drive 15 minutes there to pick up my lunch. They could have simply called and notified me that they were not allowing orders in and processed a refund. I will be contacting the corporate offices about this incident. It’s unacceptable.

    Hatian guy very rude will never come back !! Worst experience so far. Guy has to be definitely getting fired also other customers left for his lack of respect toward people. Didn’t want to give me his name

    Very disappointed about Mac and cheese it is not the traditional spiral Mac and cheese and taste very dry and bland. When looking at the hot bar it looked like everything has been sitting there for hours.

    I haven't been to a Boston Market in approximately 5 years & decided to treat myself after a movie. Sweet Garlic Chicken was like sawdust with a cheap sweet sauce. My favorite Cream Spinach is no longer my favorite. My friends Turkey was so salty, he attempted to scrape it off with no luck. The only thing I'm taking home is the corn bread, & use it as a door stop! What a waste of $32.

    This place is so shady they not only closed over thirty minutes early but they are still marketing on UBER eats as OPEN. I just went to pick up an order here and as you can see it’s on the counter but what you don’t see is the man that is hiding out of sight. I saw him and locked eyes with him as I was parking and when first attempting to go through the drive-through but as he saw me parking he went into the back and hid and refused to come out with me knocking on the door. I called the restaurant about five times and they would not answer the phone and they were still marked as open until 10 PM. I drove all the way over here to do a delivery and I don’t get paid for this useless driving they are scamming people on Uber eats they probably want to take home the order after they see it’s canceled. person The Man working here needs to be fired immediately. He knows what he’s doing by hiding in the back and stealing the UBEr eats order after it is canceled He obviously saw that I was coming and attempting to come inside and that there is an active Uber eats order on the counter I have no idea why he pretended like he was not there even though we saw each other.

    Boston Market should CLOSE this franchise. It leaves a very sour taste. it isn't clean, the staff if they wait on you is rude. But they never have what you order. I've been there twice on a Friday between 6 and 7, the first time no dark chicken, spinach looked like it was left over from day before. My last time going there No meatloaf, no dark meat, no sweet potatoes and staff acted like I was bothering them and very rude when I said forget order.

    We ordered lunch for the office last November (11/2021) to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. When we picked up the order they didn't have a record that we had placed an order so we had to wait an hour for them to prepare our meal for about 6 people. It was extremely hectic so when one of our team members arrived back at the office with our food, we discovered they forgot the turkey. We had a sides Thanksgiving meal. We contacted the store immediately to let them know so we could get a refund for the missing turkey as we decided not to make the event any worse than it was. To keep this post as short as possible ... we got the run around after being directed to corporate for a refund. After a few attempts, we by chance reached Idinia who is the area manager for this store when we called the store to let them know corporate was not supporting them. She assured us we would get a full refund for the missing items. However, it is now February and we only received a partial refund and Idinia is ignoring our calls at this point. This is poor customer service to say the least and we are extremely disappointed by the lack of response to something that should have been a simple refund.

    This place is about to close down. Food tasted bland, A/C was shut OFF. NO ac! Don't waste your money like I did... No turkey dinners and it was 3 days before Thanksgiving. People from out of state were eating there and asked me, what was going on. I don't know was my reply.! Going out of business. They used to be very good.

    If i could give 0 stars, I would! I don't know what in the heck happened to this place but never again! Mac and cheese ain't cheesoin, corn bread cold and hard. The place honestly looks closed down...

    Friday night at dinner time and we were the only customers. The dining room was empty except for a dozen or so tables. The floor was dirty. Rap music blaring from the speaker above the door. We asked for a few items on the menu … no Turkey until around thanksgiving, no stuffing, No iced tea. “The machine is broken”. Why are they all still on the menu. We should have left but ordered chicken, mashed potatoes. I also got creamed spinach and my wife had Mac & cheese. The potatoes were cold except for the warm greasy gravy on top. The Mac & cheese very salty. The music too loud. We didn’t finish, tossed away our plates and will never return again. No wonder Boston Markets are closing!

    I don't know how this place is still in business. The drive-thru was closed, although an inconvenience to me at first, actually turned out to be a blessing because the food was old, the employees, including the manager, were lazy and rude and the bathroom was disgusting and had a broken door in the stall against the toilet. I walked out and will never go back there, no matter how hungry I am!

    Chicken was undercooked, sweet potatoes were cold as if they just came out of the refrigerator and the vegetables looked as if they were from the day before. I haven't been to this location for awhile now because I've had previous bad experiences. I thought I'd give it another try and this is definitely the last time I'll be coming here. It's such a shame. They used to be pretty good but they have just been declining.

    The people at this location are so rude. I went in there to pick up an online order but they kept saying they couldn't see my order. The girl serving the food there kept asking what was my name and running around ignoring me everytime I spoke. Once she decided to actually hear me out I tried telling her my name a few times but all she did was mock me. The cooker (I believe he was because he was the one cutting the chicken) simply told me cancel my order and advice the server to move to the next customer. They didn't even ask me if I wanted my order to be taken again. I wasted gas and time for a very poor service. I'm pretty sure they didn't want to do my order because it was a meal for 6 and they couldn't handle the work load. The cashier also touched some food containers with gloves on after touching the register. I should have known to leave right away when an elderly couple were also complaining about them not getting their sauces and saw the way they were treated. Very bad customer service. This was my local Boston Market but I'll make sure to not step foot in there again. What a shame.

    I typically like Boston market and was excited to see that they reopened. However tonight experience was not pleasant. I had a take out order through the drive thru. When I got home the food was still piping hot which was a push however the chicken was overcooked, burnt, and super dry. Not moist at all. Maybe it was just an off day s ill give them another chance.
