    How is this okay? How does management allow these type of employees? Coming in here to have dinner and I get this view? I don’t get the point of him showing customers his goodies I guess? Besides him blowing on the tortilla warmer. How do you hire someone like this? Please check your employees. I don’t even want to imagine how they prepare the food and have the audacity to serve it to customers 🤢 do better chipotle please!

    As a vegetarian, I like chipotle because it has the sofrita (non meat option) and is a healthy alternative to many other fast food franchises in the area. BUT to find myself chewing on steak that was hidden in the sofrita…when my order was rice, sofrita, corn, and cheese…..was absolutely unacceptable. I am a vegetarian by choice growing up in a household where my family couldn’t eat meat for serious health issues….I can’t imagine ordering this for them thinking there was no meat for them to get severely ill. This is negligence from employees and the corporation that does not have stricter guidelines in place to avoid this from happening.

    Very small/stingy portions, food was dry and didn't taste fresh, my burrito looked like kids burrito (about a size of a grapefruit, took a picture next to my wife's sunglasses to use as a point of reference). I almost called the restaurant to speak to a manager, but decided to go straight to their corporate office. 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Went to this establishment last night about 9:30. I don't know how to order from there but it was two guys there that really helped me out. A very patient. Very friendly. Very great staff. Then when it came time to pay their debit card machine was broke. Two of the managers came and they tried to fix it and they seen it was taken too long and my bill came $44. They was so nice. They told me this is on us. I did not have no cash on me to leave them a tip. I left them what I had. My pocket was $10 and I feel so bad because I only left them $10 but today I'm going to make it up to them. I highly recommend this place. God bless you guys 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍

    Walked right up and ordered....no waiting at all. Food was fresh and yummy like normal, and people were really nice. Could have been cleaner on tables in seating area and soda fountain area....but not too bad. I'll be back....still need more cushioned seating for those of us with bad backs/necks! Be safe all.

    Yesterday I went to a chipotle on commercial and university. The customer service was horrible. The portion was horrible. She was serving everyone else better than me so I went to the one that was in pompano, something just told me to go there, because I wanted chipotle all week so I got frustrate. I said I’m a go to another restaurant, but God told me to go there. The customer service was excellent the crew last night they need a raise. I was so happy I was so happy to the point I sat in there and ate my food. I usually go home, I am so happy they did it a good job last night and was very fast. Thank you so much for making my night last night. ❤️

    I'm a regular customer to this location. Normally I'm very satisfied and pleased with their service until a recent online order that I placed on may 23rd. I ordered a bowl and a side of avocado. As you can see in the pictures, the avocado is beyond bad. Who can possibly eat that? I wouldn't even serve that to an animal. Please train your employees to use common sense. If it's bad, dispose of it. Don't serve it to customers.

    Stopped here for dinner an hour before it closes. Most of the hot items went cold. They were out of couple of items as well. What I really didn’t like was that, there were few pieces of meat in the rice(I ordered vegetarian, I don’t eat meat). I wouldn’t recommend this chipotle. Good amount of parking available in the complex.

    The worst by far Chipotle I've been. The grill and counter were nasty.the grill had crud on it about 4 inches deep. It seems like no one likes working there..not one smile..food was cold..very nasty

    Food was old and looked like slop. Honestly food poisoning waiting to happen. Kids working too busy talking to take orders and when finally did couldn't get anything right. Walked out without food.

    I'm traumatized!! The 2nd bite, I crunched down on a very fowl tasting "bean"...I immediately spit it out!! It had freaking legs!!!! A beetle in my food!!! And what's worse.... no one will answer the freaking phone!!! I took pictures!!! Never ever ever again!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Chipotle, I demand a refund and apology!

    I'm doing a Chipotle taco diet and losing 1-2 lbs a day! I'm down 4lbs in two days eating a chicken taco with pinto beans, salsa, corn, and cheese at 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm

    A large hispanic woman that was short, with poofy hair. Greeted me with the nastiest “hello.” ive ever heard. I think she forgot to NOT roll her eyes! She interrupted everything we said and she YELLED back for an answer. Her service was so quick and sloppy I almost left midway through the line. Great food tho! …

    I usually love Chipotle. But this particular one was not clean. I could not find one table that had been wiped down. The service was unbelievably slow. And the chicken seemed to be sitting for a long time and not fresh. I would not recommend this particular Chipotle.

    Walked in with an employee checking the customer in front of me out. 3 employees seemed to pretend that nobody else was waiting to get their order taken. Once it became awkward enough they all looked at eachother like “who is going to help this customer”.. 20 seconds goes by and still nothing. Literally walked out because the employees on shift 12/1/2023 at 4pm didn’t seem to want to work. Even if I waited until they got the inspiration to start working I wouldn’t want them to slop together a burrito for me.

    Well I will never go to this Chipotle again this plus a apple juice cost $38 damn dollars, never again will I eat here and the manager yelled at the kid serving me saying it had to be charged double meat and they seriously put one scoop of meat ea meat on the dish, now I did get 1/2 &1/2 on each dish, never again I hope you go out of business cause you are robbing people.

    I have not been since before covid. I was intimidating seeing food poisoning on national news. I gave it a last chance. Here are my thoughts after 4 decades as a Chef. No sizzle on the grill. They sand bagged all meats. I understand leftover food at 4pm is money. But I paid over 20$ for old proteins. Fast food price point is more than prepared food at my local grocery store spanish buffet @ 11$ to conclude Chipotle was affordable in 2020. Now it's to expensive. Good not great food! My local mom and pop restaurants I support crush your product. My guess Chipotle is the next chapter 11

    The hispanic lady, short and dark hair, that attended to me was very, very rude. doesn’t greet me, just says “what do you want?” with a snappy attitude… she wouldn’t give me a second to think before yelling “HELLO???” in my face. Terrible service. Should be FIRED.

    Last week I was here asking if quesadillas had to be ordered online. The lady on the line said absolutely not. We could make it here in store for you. No problem. Just went in today the week after asking for a quesadilla and whoever was working on the line said no, we only take quesadillas on an online order so now I’m confused as to should I order the quesadilla online or can I order it in store because they let me do it last week and then the week after they say no this is terrible customer service, and I see no reason why they could not make my quesadilla in store. Please answer me this chipotle.

    My main issue with the place is where they prepare our food(the counter/bar)It's always dirty with food residue from previous orders. They need to keep clean it after every order. Imagine ordering a burrito and it's getting dragged through a dirty counter 😢

    I picked up orders to go, I was told they had a wrap with foil because they had no tops, At the register, I saw tops, and the manager said: "those are for to go". I said mine is to go and I'm a good customer. She became rude, then sarcastically nice. I spent $35.00 for bad service and was made to feel not worthy of a hard foil top. Badly done...

    they tried to trick me with my order asking for chicken bowl and water wanted to charge me $13.43 when i questioned asking for receipt girl who served me got angry tore up receipt to leave evidence and asked another to reverse my nasty order be careful with your orders they try to charge you the more and you don't realize here's a tip

    Why offer “quick pick up options” when they aren’t quick. I have 30 minutes to get there, get my order and get back to work. Having 3 employees working the line and no one to assist to-go order. YOU HAVE AN ENTIRE RACK DEDICATED TO PLACE AN ORDER SO PEOPLE CAN GRAB IT?!?!? Why keep it behind the counter? And then to assist 3 other gust while I wait for something that should’ve been available as ADVERTISED ON YOUR APPLICATION??? it’s bizarre - there is NO WAY people are stealing that many orders… and if you have someone dedicated to only to go orders, how is it such an inconvenience to re-make it there? Poor behavior - bad customer service. I’ll go to PDQ or Pei Wei from now on…

    I go to this place a lot for some reason. Probably because I like chipotle generally. This location always burns all the meats. The steak is cooked more than well done… do better please. Also burrito wrapping has become a lost skill.

    Just to make sure I’m getting corporate‘s attention. This review is for the chipotle in Deerfield of Federal. If you were the manager of the store and you respect your customers and care about the reputation of your franchise please reach out to corporate and tell them to contact me. I’ve emailed them! The manager at the store needs to be reprimanded immediately. I placed a Google review and I will continue reviewing every chipotle until I get a response from your company. I ordered food for my family through the app that was supposed to be ready at 7:30. Arrived at the store shortly after 730 the food was not ready waited over 20 minutes. Went through the app and the app offered free quac and chips. When I asked the cashier for it she told me she didn’t see it. I asked to speak to the manager. Who turned out to be the woman that was on the phone making chicken on the grill while there was a line out the door. Told her my concerns asked for my chips. She told me the food not being ready was not her fault or her problem. It was on the app. I told her as a manager if the app is not giving you enough time to make the food you should contact corporate and tell them this. I didn’t ask for her name and she proceeded to tell me Nun-ya!!! Are you serious you have a manager representing your store that answers a customer and refuses to give her name!! Unacceptable there was five other people that was having the same problem I was!! I get home to find I am missing my drink. There is no sour cream on any of my orders and I missing the chips that goes with my kids meal.. I want my complete order refunded. And I want someone to email me and tell me that this manager has been reprimanded for her poor
