This
review

for
the
chipotle
in
Deerfield
of
Federal.
If
you
were
the
manager
of
the
store
and
you
respect
your
customers
and
care
about
the
reputation
of
your
franchise
please
reach
out
to
corporate
and
tell
them
to
contact
me.
I’ve
emailed
them!
The
manager
at
the
store
needs
to
be
reprimanded
immediately.
I
placed
a
Google
review
and
I
will
continue
reviewing
every
chipotle
until
I
get
a
response
from
your
company.
I
ordered
food
for
my
family
through
the
app
that
was
supposed
to
be
ready
at
7:30.
Arrived
at
the
store
shortly
after
730
the
food
was
not
ready
waited
over
20
minutes.
Went
through
the
app
and
the
app
offered
free
quac
and
chips.
When
I
asked
the
cashier
for
it
she
told
me
she
didn’t
see
it.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager.
Who
turned
out
to
be
the
woman
that
was
on
the
phone
making
chicken
on
the
grill
while
there
was
a
line
out
the
door.
Told
her
my
concerns
asked
for
my
chips.
She
told
me
the
food
not
being
ready
was
not
her
fault
or
her
problem.
It
was
on
the
app.
I
told
her
as
a
manager
if
the
app
is
not
giving
you
enough
time
to
make
the
food
you
should
contact
corporate
and
tell
them
this.
I
didn’t
ask
for
her
name
and
she
proceeded
to
tell
me
Nun-ya!!!
Are
you
serious
you
have
a
manager
representing
your
store
that
answers
a
customer
and
refuses
to
give
her
name!!
Unacceptable
there
was
five
other
people
that
was
having
the
same
problem
I
was!!
I
get
home
to
find
I
am
missing
my
drink.
There
is
no
sour
cream
on
any
of
my
orders
and
I
missing
the
chips
that
goes
with
my
kids
meal..
I
want
my
complete
order
refunded.
And
I
want
someone
to
email
me
and
tell
me
that
this
manager
has
been
reprimanded
for
her
poor
