Bad attitude. Terrible customer service. Cashier treated me like she was doing me a favor. Not pleasant at all. Tried to charge me twice until i got manager involved. Also order wasn’t complete. Must be tough to work here. Nobody seemed happy. So many other places to eat at nearby, last time i eat here.

I got the beef and broccoli with brown rice, but a lot of the beef pieces, maybe a 1/4 to a 1/3 I couldn’t finish chewing, the meat was just too tough. I kept having to put the unchewable beef pieces in napkins to throw it away. Ridiculous! Besides that the cashier was nice. The place was clean inside, but right outside around the front door and further it was a mess. There were fortune cookie papers and I think, napkins, and things like that all around. Really needs to be cleaned up daily. We were there just after 11 AM today.

Sitting here now at 7:00. Ordered online and email reply said ready at 6:40. Have been waiting since 6:45. Now a big argument just broke out with a lady who has been waiting 40 minutes and staff. She got her $ back, but staff say they only have 1 cook. There are 4 staff in store now. My 1st time here as you all mailed the BOGO coupons today. Really no one on staff knows what going on.... it's weird.

We order from PEI WEI very frequently and we use Door dash, This past Saturday 10/1 we ordered $132 worth of food and it was Horrible. I called to make sure they received my order and explained to them I would like rice with the meals and when you order through the door dash online menu for them Rice isn't an option? You also have to request certain changes or it doesn't let you order? The guy I spoke with told me no problem he will make sure they get changed. Nobody really seems like they want to talk to you either when you call everything seems to be a problem with them. The food came and it was truly lacking in all the quality you would usually get from PEI WEI and especially for the money you spend. This is truly disappointing as they are usually spot on but the last few times things have not been good. The food lacked taste and the orders were even wrong. You order extra chicken or steak and you get hardly anything at all. We have ordered consistently from this PEI WEI at least 1 or 2 times a month but may have to reconsider. My wife has Celiac disease and they are usually very good about allergies but not so much this time around.

BEWARE OF THIS PEI WEI! Food wasn’t fully cooked. No sauce on the Pad Thai at all. The chicken lettuce wraps weren’t fully cooked either. I was missing my dumpling and when I called the restaurant the employee said that the driver must’ve taken and eaten the food that’s why it was missing. I can’t get anyone from corporate to answer my emails. No extra sauce that I asked for was in the bag. The shrimp appetizer had a piece of plastic in the container. A complete waste of 45 dollars. I’ll never order from pei Wei again and I will be calling the bank to get it disputed since no one can answer my emails.

$11 later. Food quality is severely lacking. Overly battered.and very small amounts of chicken, if any. Mostly batter. 630pm on a Friday night. Only 2 people in the restaurant. Lots of poor reviews. Service was decent but I won't be returning. Don't know who the manager is but obviously doesn't care from reading the numerous reviews

Came to enjoy lunch before going to the movies across the street. Got chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, steamed chicken, and it all was amazing and well done. Everything was delicious and appetizing. And the young lady, Maya, at the front took very good care of us.

Great location so we popped in for lunch. There was no one there so we were able to be helped immediately. This was my first visit so it took me a while to peruse through the menu. The lady at the counter was very patient and very helpful and she made it super easy to place my order. We opted to eat outside since the inside was very cold. The patio furniture could've been in better shape. The chairs were rusted and peeling and the table were dusty. The food was good and fresh though. I ordered the beef and broccoli with fried rice and i really enjoyed it.

Our first time in the girl that took our order was so nice and understanding and helped us figure out our difficult order. The food tasted great and the customer service was terrific! Thank you guys! Can’t wait to come back :)

Ordered online and woman acted like I was a nuisance. I got 3 pieces of chicken! With my king Pao chicken. Firecracker chicken was SMOTHERED in oil I couldn’t even eat the rice. I asked for white rice and did not receive that. The vegetables were raw. The last time we got food there the chicken was RAW and we never heard back from corporate. Decided to give it another try and extremely regret. Will never go back.

Madeline is usually the server that helps me here. She makes the experience worth it. I do feel that the food itself could use some progress. I like the chicken lo mein but I'd like if there were more texture to the chicken. It's almost like it was boiled.

My husband and I went for dinner tonight we ordered our food and sat down..it seemed to be short staffed,due to it being one cashier,cook and helper on the line with the cook! from the time we ordered,til the time we sat down it's was such a wonderful experience! It was people waiting and us dining in ,the way those three workers got that food out fresh and in a timely manner,we was impressed!!! Madeline was Awesome!! She had Excellent customer service!!! I couldn't leave without tipping all three staff for a job well done! Not to mention the food was Excellent!!

The staff (Madeline, TJ and Daniel) were great! They made sure I was please with my order and that everything tasted good! They went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated ♥️ Great job! Thank you!

Made-to-order Pei Wei Original Shrimp - fresh and well seasoned. This location is always clean as well. Grilled Bourbon Chicken is another fave - try it with fried rice. Enjoy!

Unfortunately Pei Wei is not the same, I loved their food, big fan of their Pad Thai noodles , the wonton soup and the Orange Chicken I ordered first the soup and the PadThai , then they offered me other dish .. I asked for orange chicken it used to be very good I couldn’t eat any of it Maybe new owners changing original recipes? Restaurants can be creative and innovative but it has to be done the right way The 2 stars I gave them was because of the manager effort, she was so kind and attentive , the waitress was kind too , they really tried hard to do their best but it wasn’t their fault

Fried rice seriously lacking flavor. The fire cracker chicken pieces are more than half batter. Not busy this Sunday around noon. I had to wait for over three minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. No one has a good attitude, no music playing either. I had to ask for fork and then napkins after my order was brought to my seat. I'd give this place a try - terrible mistake. Don't even want to take it home.

This location is AWESOME ... also the staff there worked together the lady in charge Alexandria was astonishing... I personally NEVER seen someone control the front of house and back of house striving to make sure the guests were happy great job guys I will definitely be back here...

I had two bad meals. One delivery, the other a take-out. I normally don't call. But after 2 bad meals in a row I called the manager and let her know I was disappointed. She said a higher up manager would send me an email compensating me for the meals. I have yet to get that email. I really use to enjoy this location.

1. The Cashier was handling bills AND coins, then putting covers on the food without changing her gloves. I called her out on it, asking her to please change her gloves. She had a very nasty attitude when she handed me the food. 2. I received the wrong order, and only realized this when I got home. I had to return to the Store for a remake. 3. The Manager of the Store is in the kitchen, cooking with no covering on her head, while the other two employees wore hats.

The food there has changed ! Not as good! I think that the syrup or sauce that they are using on the food is very strong like a sweet and sour thick sauce. The lady manager there was very nice. Maybe she can change a few things.

So disappointed. The girl who took the order was uninterested taking our order. Also when I asked about if the food I was about to order is sweet or spicy she said she doesn't know she never tried it. So , my husband got his food 10 min after we ordered and I got mine 25 min after. Even thou the food is good , service was horrible.

I got Dan Dan noodle two ways. One had shrimp and the other had chicken. The food was delish and steaming hot. I ate at Pei Wei twice in one week.

Orange chicken prepared with previously chewed like looking orange slices with one rottening, it's disgusting. This should be reported to Florida food administration for auditing. After years of being regular customer, I will never dine or order from there again.
