This used to be one of our favorite places to order from at work - lately the quality of the delivery food is terrible (dine in has never been a problem) We ordered over $85 worth of food for a special treat at work- EVERY single dish was substandard. The picture attached is Egg white veggie on Brioche. Half the ingredients were missing and taste of fish was a nice touch… steak & blue cheese sandwiches had no blue cheese or Fennel sauce. Offerdahl’s - please remember a delivery customers money is the same color as a dine in patron . Thanks you!

I have eaten here atleast a dozen times but wow the rudest most passive aggressive staff member went out of her way to make me the worse possible sandwich. I assume is the lead on staff when I came up and said my order was done incorrectly got a sassy attitude and then remade it. When all I asked for was an egg over easy and I got an egg over hard. I asked if my bagel could be toasted and buttered and she looked in astonishment. So when my remade bagel arrived she ruined it by throwing on top so much butter the dish was swimming in it. On top of that the bagel wasn’t even toasted. They lost a customer as I have been coming here for 3 years.

Everyone was so friendly. The fresh squeezed orange juice with orange slices and mint leaves was so fresh. I enjoyed the ham and brie with apple slices and fig spread was delicious. Con - baguette could be toasted and warmed.

Delicious delicious delicious! The food is always fresh, healthy and delicious with impeccable service from breakfast to dinner! They also offer beer and wine. You can dine inside or out. We choose outside today with a beautiful breeze.Plenty of parking east side or west side in Publix plaza.You might even get lucky like we did and have John Offerdahl bring you your food ! Apparently they are hands on owners and it shows!

Their baked goods (muffins, cookies, bagels) are great but don't waste your time on breakfast plates. The eggs and meats and microwaved and rubbery. I couldn't even finish it. Way too expensive for the quality.

On November20th. I went to your restaurant for breakfast. I ordered a large Cappuccino. After I paid the $5++ for the coffee, the lady cashier informed me that they did not have large cups. She could not refund me, and charge me only for a medium, so she gave me 2 cups. I heard her asking how to make a cappuccino. Its hard to describe what she gave me.. Some brown water with some milk. I went back and explain to her that that what she gave me, was not even a coffee latte. She asked what was missing. I explained to her what a cappuccino was,and she said she would take care of that . Her solution... she send someone else to my table with plain black coffee.

Placed a simple order in person to go...half a salad and a cookie (3.99 for a cookie?) for my elderly Mom. Got home she asked for her ( missing ) bread stick. Called them out of principle and Isabell the Gen Mgr ( she said ) was actually quite condescending about it. Than I remembered and told her I never got my change either even though I put something in the tip bucket. Not mad, but disappointed and just won't return.

After a long morning of traveling, we visited this place for a meal. It was too expensive for the quality of food — but it was still good! Probably won’t come back, but it was a decent meal.

Never had a fresh bagel In years! Really delicious! And affordable, they haven’t ridiculously liked prices like some other places. Definitely a great place to go!

I come here typically 1x/week. Food is consistently good. GIGI, one of the managers, is amazing! SHE runs a top-notch operation. She knows each "regular" by name and what they typically order. John, if you read this review, she deserves a raise! 🤗

A bright, tidy gem of a place to start the day with the right vibe especially if you appreciate an excellent cup of coffee and a bagel. Dexter, the manager, and the other morning staff are always so pleasant, they keep the good food moving and place immaculate even when it gets busy, which it does often.

if you don’t mind servers with long nails, scratching the bugs out of their head and wiping their nose with the back of their hands, this is the place for you! Third world staff, has no ability to communicate. we’re just not talking about a single staff member. We’re talking about the entire staff. how about a new store reading cleanliness?

My usual go-to is the Nova Nosh… best in town - everything bagel, scooped and double toasted. Today wanted to try something new. Since it was not busy I asked them to make a custom sandwich: multigrain bread, 4 fried eggs over easy, ham, lettuce tomato mayo! 🔥🔥 Jasmine was so nice while placing my order and actually made the sandwich for me! Knocked it out of the park! Thank you Jasmine and team Offerdahl’s for a great start to the day!

This place has went downhill. Very sad, I used to come here about 4 times a week. Lady who took my order was rude to me and not helpful. 2 toasted bagels with butter took over 25 minutes to Get done and I was given a nasty look asking for my food. Bad overall service especially for a place that was a bit every time back in the day. Hopefully the owners will re staff and make it what it once was!

I don't know a single person that likes a wet hamburger bun. Soggy. Falling apart. I don't even want it anymore lost my appetite.

Not busy and waited an hour to get ice cold rice, beans and a 2oz piece of steak that was well done and not medium. Didn't apologize for it being cold and put it all in the microwave and still wasn't hot. Paid $60. Entire experience was disappointing. Went by online reviews unfortunately. Don't waste your money.

I stop in to Offerdahl’s multiple times a week for a quick breakfast and it never disappoints. The food is consistently good, and after years of eating bagels everywhere I go, Offerdahl’s still has the best. Perhaps even better though is the awesome service I get every time I walk through the door. Jasmine and Dexter are always super friendly and even go as far as to remember my name and order, not to mention, make it perfect every time. It’s the fantastic service and friendly people who work there that keep me coming back.

Ordered two nosh Bagels online. I ordered a pumpernickel bagel and was given the wrong bagel. Still tasty!

Had the salmon sandwich and chicken sandwich. They could add half a piece of salmon extra to actually fill in the buns. The chicken was extremely chewy and not tasty at all. The side was a small bag of kettle chips. It's not worth the price. I only gave three stars because the place was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food I received was under portion and poorly prepared. I would try the place again, but nothing on the menu really jumped out and looked interesting.

Came in the morning to get some chilli, got disrespected, they put the chilli in the microwave which is gross, then it came out cold. Then offered to put it back in the microwave. no standards. poor practices. Put it in the warmer where it belongs not in the microwave. I asked for a refund, glad she gave it, I had a pathetic experience.

I placed an Uber eats order and left a note asking for the meat not to be dry which it was not. However I do wish that it wouldn’t have been as chewy, but it was still amazing. The plating was fantastic the eggs and potatoes were great thank you so much Isabella! It was great overall, amazing service and attentive staff to order notes on Uber eats, highly recommended, so glad they are on Uber now!

Go for two: Hail to the Kale salad and Roasted Red Pepper w/Gouda soup are absolutely delicious!! Love the food here, clean and the staff are friendly too! Food comes out quickly which is a big + especially at lunch time.

First time at this restaurant. Just had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and coffee. Bagel was tasty and coffee was fine. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Will visit this place again

This was my first time here. Bought a dozen bagels for work- the are good and fresh- try the pumpkin chocolate chip! Place was clean- staff very friendly and helpful!

They gave my partner the wrong order (same meal but lots of things missing) and told me I hadn't ordered anything. Finally said I had. Didn't replace his meal when they realized it was actually someone else's, not to mention it being cold and unappetizing. My eggs were pretty gross, the bagel with creme cheese was salted to the bone. The cheesy potatoes were good, the rest was terrible. The worst part is they never apologized for it. Not a word was uttered about it. Will definitely not be going back there. Ever.
