From parking the car to parking my butt in the comfy seats, this was a 5 star 🌟 🤩 movie going experience. While I'm not new to the Coral Springs area (my 2nd time living in these parts), have not frequented Coconut Creek in years. This Promenade is making it easy to choose this as a must destination. The theater has everything you want in a modern upscale cinema... except reclining seats. Purchased tickets at the kiosk. Super simple, but the "tap" card feature isn't working there or at the concessions. You're just gonna have to break a sweat pushing your card in 🤭😳👉🏾 The menu makes up for it. 🥨🍔🍕🍟🥗🍫🍹🍻🥤🥃🥂 If I'm going to pay a premium for the experience then the menu has to match. Silverspot struck gold ✨️ with their cuisine & premium beverages at the bar. Regular fare is still available with the fountain drinks, icees, candy & popcorn 🍿 😋 but they didn't stop there. (See pics for the menu). I had a delicious impossible burger & fries that was delivered to my reserved seat and it was hot off the grill. First thing I noticed when in the actual theater was that the front row was NOT a neck-breaker. If anyone is worried about that I'd say jump in the front and bring your ottoman. The sound, screen & seats made this a truly enjoyable experience and I will be back. Came and enjoyed the brunch and was not disappointed. The French toast was amazing and the Bloody Mary was great too! Oddly enough there was no one else in the seating area so I had the place to myself. Zero complaints it was nice to get away from the crowds to eat and drink alone.

We came to watch “Simon”, a Venezuelan young freedom fighter who bravely opposed the Venezuelan regime. He escaped to Miami in pursuit of political asylum….. I had been revive my past… so hard… so sad… I could not stopped to cry. I should said the location of this movie theater is great and additionally you have a lot of free options to find out a spot for your car. The maintenance is great. Everything looks clean and neatly decorated. The popcorns and flat breads are delicious!!

We have been going to this movie theater for 5 years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and location. We always enjoy getting a bottle of wine at the bar along with some popcorn. I just wanted to say we received excellent customer service from your bartender, Stephanie over the weekend. She was super friendly and helpful, and told us about the rewards program which I didn't know about. It was refreshing to receive such great service! We will be back.

Love this place, came here to watch Spiderman no way home 2022 and it was amazing. Same with batman 2022 and will continue to keep on watching my movies here at this theater and enjoy the comfy seats and delicious foods. Hope to go back again soon to see upcoming movies like morbius, doctor strange, and sonic 2. Can't wait!

Nice theater, but I went here just for the food service, but there was none. If you go, eat first or get your food at the counter like any other theater. We were told twice that they would have a waiter come to our seat to take our order but never got service through the whole 2.5 hr movie. Since that is the main attraction of this brand of theater, I'd say it's a huge miss. I passed several theaters to go to this one just for the dinner experience. Otherwise it's a comfortable clean theater to watch a movie. Sears are nice but do not recline so as to make room for the non-existent wait staff.

Silverspot used to be a great, reliable movie/dining experience. Some time in the last year, many things have gone wrong, and it isn't merely technical difficulties. Ignoring inflation based price hikes, the staff are now unerringly obnoxious when you sit down. They cluster, six at a time, and chatter during the previews next to the highest row seats. The time before last, the theater had a problem with their computers. Without warning, the concession employees said no transactions would be conducted except with cash. No leadership, no organized response, and no empathy from the staff. They congregated, as I described above, and discussed how they were going to blatantly lie about why placed orders were going to be late. It was like, "Guys, I'm right here. You can see me, right?" I am not a fan of how much the staff has changed. It's not the value it once was, and I no longer feel warmth from the staff like last year. I go when it's convenient, but it's no longer the only game in town.

When this Movie theater first opened their doors the attention to customer service and detail was impeccable. Now it's like they just need a body there to clock hours. No one truly wants to work and tge ones that are there serve up a rude attitude as if to say "look you're lucky that I'm helping you". Needs new management in my opinion. Staff is a reflection of their manager.

Great place, a little pricier than a reg cinema but the luxury soft seats and food service would be why, i got a big burger and a beer with my movie and they brought it to me very cool

We had an amazing time at SilverSpot Cinema tonight. We did the private screening & saw "Back to the Future." They are super friendly. Food is delicious & the staff is great. We did the private screening which is totally epic. I highly recommend you check them out immediately. Pete, the GM, was super friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

A little over a 20 minute drive, but worth it!! Parking was a breeze and managed to get a spot in front of the theater. The seats are very comfy. Although, it would've been a bit easier to maneuver kids and what not if the little tables folded down. Great service and menu selection. We've never been to a dine in before. The kids liked it. You can order directly from your seat and have it delivered to you, which was amazing. The sound system was phenomenal. Felt like you were right there in the movie. The bathrooms were immaculate and I saw a staff person in there each time I took my kids to potty. All the staff from concessions to the ticket taker were all super nice and attentive. Did not feel rushed at all placing our food order. Overall, a fabulous atmosphere with open seating in the middle, the bar and tables (if you don't want to eat during the movie, I guess). Will definitely be going back! The kids are already begging to go again tomorrow 😂

Rented out a private theater this week for my employees to see a movie, safely... What a great job by everyone who helped us. They went above and beyond in making this a very comfy exp.... Very pretty aesthetically pleasing movie theater, staffed by teenagers and its obvious but aside from that very comfortable seats, and a good price for a ticket considering the offer the same thing as ipic- restaurant food brought to you in theater for a fraction of the cost.

Hubby and I came here on a date night and had a great time. The DJ was playing great music, the place is designed beautifully and has a great vibe and the food we had was excellent.

This place was awesome and I wish we had one of these back in Las Vegas! The bartenders and management staff were great too! So many awesome wines to pick from. It was loud snd vibrant and just the perfect place to socialize.

I have to say it’s a nice movie theater with seats that are very comfortable, mini bar , comfortable sofa seating near the bar. It’s surely a movie theater that would be cool for a evening/night hangout to grab a drink & chill , but I went for a 12pm showing ☺️😊that’s all I wanted today !

Family oriented place. For the adults, the drinks are very good. If only the seats could recline a bit instead of sitting straight. They all have a little tray and drink holder for all chairs. Very cushiony seats.

Very nice clean and peaceful theater. Only reason didn't give five stars is because the seats don't recline. They're comfortable but I'm used to reclining seats. Honestly I'd give it 4.75 if I could as I think four stars is too little but just can't bring myself to five stars.

It was my first time, and Return of the Jedi turned 40. It was May 4th as well. Seeing this on the BIG screen was really great. As far as the staff, they were all WONDERFUL. From the nice young lady who explained the seating to me to the friendly faces that brought me a coffee. It was a truly comfortable experience. My only complaint is that I didn't have one. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

Honestly, this is becoming one of my favorite spots to watch a movie. The prices run the same for tickets, on the closer side to $20 unless you are a student or have some similar benefit to enjoy. Military, senior, child's discount. And of course the concessions are gonna cost you a bit. Somewhere near $8 for a large popcorn, and something like $6.50 for a large drink. But we all know the prices at theaters are gonna be hiked up. But let me express the cool parts. The theater itself is aesthetic and you first enter and get to view a rather lavish full bar and lounge before you even reach the concessions. They have an app where you can order food, concessions, and alcoholic beverages, making use of that full bar right near the front doors. Using said App, you can order food right to your chair in the theater. Their menus of food have the standard range of pizzas, fries, and some pretty decent burgers. Mind you these are quite a bit nicer than some the normal sliders or quick to serve fast food versions. They keep a clean crisp presentation for much of all their operations, from the theaters to the food. Everything has a very quality feel and is overall a fun enjoyable place to catch a movie for an evening. The seating is reserved, so buy your tickets early to get the best possible seating and perhaps a jacket too. It is a bit cool in those theaters. Enjoy your movie!

Horrible first experience. Won’t be coming back. First, we get to our seats & they don’t recline whatsoever? They were farther back then it looked online. My bf & I found this all shocking for the price we paid for tickets (with a $5 fee of booking online). Next up, the movie previews audio was EXTREMELY LOW. I can barely make out what was being said due to the audience talking, which didn’t help with the low volume. Never mind the fact we had this wall in front of us so if you don’t sit straight up on your chair, you’d have an obstructed view which I found very annoying/uncomfortable for when I wanted to slouch in my seat…the slightest. Staff kept walking in front of us so we kept seeing their silhouettes in the way. When I asked an in-theatre staff about the volume, she seemed annoyed to be spoken to and said “I don’t do that. You can try to speak with the manager but I don’t think they will change it.” I ordered two chocolate candies to my seat and a good amount of time later they only brought one of them. I had to get up AGAIN to talk to the staff to have it sent over to us and it still took a minute. Simply would not come again, sucks because I wanted to like it. We were excited until we were heavily disappointed. Go to ipic if you want a luxury top-notch movie experience, can’t recommend that place enough. Worth the price at that movie theatre!

Very good Staff in this location! Super organized and clean, the only detail was that chairs weren’t retractable, but they were comfortable enough! Food was delicious and Great audio in the room. Parking was super easy so it is a good spot for sundays!

If you love honesty, this is worth the read. This was my first time going to Silverspot Cinema, as I walked in I see they are a bit hectic. Which is well for business! I understand that myself working in the food industry. To see popcorn all over the floor, napkins and straws everywhere and staff stressed out did not sit well with a first time customer. The concession line was a bit long so we decided to do the in app ordering which I assumed was great! I didn’t really know how the app worked so I decided to ask one of your employees. I didn’t even get a word out before he abruptly stated “ All in app orders will be an hour wait” and then just walked away. Which again I understood because the cinema was busy, but in all honesty that is not how you handle any paying customer.We waited almost an hour and a half before my ONE large popcorn order came out and guess what? It’s cold. Don’t push so much for your in app ordering IF you are not staffed for it especially because it cost more. Other than your cinema having no culture and you’re unmannered staff this cinema could have more potential.

I’ll give 5 stars if my food hadn’t taken 45 minutes after the movie started, I made an online order to get it faster but it wasn’t like that. French fries were cold. The seats are very comfy and the place is nice though

Really nice theater. Food available and brought to your seat. Clean. Courteous staff. Very elegant. We had a problem with the seats, however. For me, my feet didn't reach the ground and the seats have no foot rest. I was not terribly uncomfortable, though I was concerned about leg circulation. For my friend, the softness of the seat gave her back pain.

My dad and I always enjoy coming here every week. Would be nice for some little updates or specials on the food menu after 6 months or so but there is a decent variety on it. Staff is pleasant and theatre is well maintained. Our go to weekly movie theatre

It was okay to be honest I feel like the only bad thing was ordering food during movies you have to scan to order they should have a button you click and you can order with the menu and also I feel like they should add a little more food when ordering but overall I liked it alot

Hey folks, please support the movie theater industry. They are really trying above and beyond to be covered compliant. they separate people within the movie theater so far apart that I wonder if they're even making a profit. Use it or lose it

The food and drink is overpriced, even by theater standards, the seats don't recline and have a constant food tray by them making it hard to get comfortable, and every time I've been there the actual theater has been dirty.

Gave me cold food

So we rented the whole theatre for a family Christmas gift. Spent almost $300 for just theatre, i didn't read fine print that to watch current movie you had to pay for tickets too..... Another $90. The other issue is that we couldn't order food on line for some reason their was a glitch they were unaware of, this ended up eating up a bunch of time because everyone had to place food order with server when we got there. Also our server who was nice but lacked fundamental knowledge of basic menu items. Our alcohol drinks came right away but the sodas didn't come until the food came? So in summary the staff was nice but feel there was no value to this family event, spent $700 for 10 people. Could at least given a few complimentary popcorns, a birthday drink, management 101, take care of your big spenders.... Disappointed, wouldn't do it again.

Watched WW 84 on HBO Max and glad that I didn't waste $12-$20 to watch that trash of a movie.

One star because 2 weeks ago when I was there, they gave the wrong seat my food. Movie was 25 minutes in and still my food was not ready(flatbread). I went to concession to check what’s going on, kitchen was closed but manager saw me looking around. She did apologize and have them make it again. Went back to my seat and still they went to wrong seat, I waived my hand but they ignored. My husband went to go get the guy and he said he came on our side 3 times, which was a lie because we were on the edge do we would have seen him. 10 minutes left to movie and that’s when we got out flatbread. Bad experience

Silverspot brings a whole experience to movie watching activity. It has great ambience with a variety selection of food (including healthy options options) that gets delivered to your seat. The theater offers comfortable, roomy and well cushioned seats. The cinema also has a restaurant who prefer a dine in option after the movies.

Nice but I wish they had reclineable seats!

They made me wait 30 minutes for food that they said would be delivered to my seat. The food never came , I never received a receipt which led to longer time wasted because I had to walk all the way back from my movie just for them to say they already delivered it. I never received it, so is there no type of verification to make sure that it’s the correct customer. Very unprofessional here I wouldn’t recommend it to any one coming here. They didn’t even care to fix the situation. The man ask me if I want a drink for the hassle. I don’t want no drink I want my food delivered when it’s suppose to be delivered. I’m already over priced for a movie I want my service when and how it’s promised. I will never return here again . Highly disappointed and dissatisfied, wasted 30 minutes of my movie to not even be able to eat while watching my movie. I’ll will personally go out my way to leave bad reviews on this movies theater everyday!

During this time of Covid, Silverspot figured out a way to keep going. Tonight, we just came from a private showing. We streamed Mulan from Disney+ on the big screen with 20 of my most favorite people, all while social distancing. It was a blast. Best birthday ever!!! Happy Birthday Rosie.

Very nice Cinema but no one was there to tell my friend and I which theater our movie was playing on and there rooms aren't labeled well enough to use.

I’ve been to this theater plenty of times and for the most part, the experience has been good…up until this past weekend. It was a nightmare! I, along with 2 other people ordered food, drinks, and popcorn from the app, way before the movie started. 35 minutes into the movie and we only received 1 food order. No drinks, no popcorn, nothing more! I had to flag down 3 movie attendants, all of which said “It’s coming” or “I’ll take care of it.” The order never came. After the movie was over, the manager did make things right, but the overall experience was still ruined. I’ve read reviews of this happening to many others, in-fact, many people in my theater also did not receive their orders. On another note, the person in front of me eating, was blocking my view of the screen, as they were leaning forward for at least 35 minutes. This is an issue wherever you are seated. This theater needs recliners. While the seats are still comfortable, it’s 2022, what are we doing guys?! Every theater needs to come equipped with recliners!
