I walked in yesterday afternoon to sell some gold pieces that I had, I had previously heard of Robinson’s through my brother in law, who spoke very highly of Andrew. I was greeted immediately by Andrew who was kind and let me into his office after telling him what I needed. Upon inspecting the pieces thoroughly, he let me know the worth of the pieces and the best price that he could offer for the purchase of them. I was truly satisfied with the value that he gave them. This was only after going to several other shops asking around their offers. I can’t reiterate enough just how nice the customer service was, I walked out a few minutes later completely satisfied with the exchange and I can definitely recommend Robinson’s to anyone. The location is amazing and the store is aesthetically magnificent.

Had to fly from Nashville to fort Lauderdale to settle an estate collection of jewelry. Several people had recommended Robinson's Jewelers as the only place to bring the entire state collection to. I was chosen to take care of this situation. Absolutely positively the single best transaction I've ever had to manage and this type of situation. The owners Andrew and Tracy went through every single piece of the estate carefully thoroughly and with perfection. The most honest sincere people I have ever met in a very difficult industry and profession. I flew down from Nashville and would do it over and over again just to do business with these people. They also had some of those amazing pieces of jewelry in the highest quality that I've seen in my journey to handle this situation and I will be back to purchase from them.

And they were so kind and helpful. A total breath of fresh air, this jewelry shop is direct, honest, and transparent about everything from quality to pricing. I had the best experience on July 26, 2023 when I sold 3 pieces of my late wife’s fine jewelry and my 18K wedding band all of which I purchased in 2007 at a very well known Jeweler located in the Miami Jewelry district. I shopped around from the first week in July and received 4 different quotes , the last of which was from the original Miami Jeweler who I thought would be the highest offer. Andrew Robinson bested the original Jeweler by over 25% and it was the first time I did business with Robinson’s Jewelers . Needless to say I would recommend Robinson’s to anyone who asked. The 4 offers ranged from 33% of my ultimate price from Robinson’s. I respect Robinson’s for their product and market knowledge and honesty together with the fact that I received immediate same day payment through direct wire to my bank account. I had a wonderful experience today at Robinson’s. I brought a necklace in that needed to be polished. I wasn’t sure if if they were able to do it and Lisa was so sweet and told me to hang tight and would go ask the cleaner. She came back down and said he was able to do for me and it took just a few minutes. Ya ‘all. After having moved to Davie from North Carolina, I’ve never had any problems. Until I started looking for expert, honest, generous, and caring jeweler to become mine. Just like our hair stylist, our financial consultant, our real estate broker, we need that one jeweler that we can count on for all things special. Yesterday I had an appointment at 11:30am with Andrew looking to sell an estate piece I own. I walked in the door about 11:10am and between the shock of being early for the first time in my life and the utter glory that Robinson’s showroom presents, I about lost my senses. I was greeted immediately by one of the women on the floor and Andrew came out to greet me with the biggest, most genuine smile I’ve seen in a long time. Once seated in his office I showed him my estate piece and blabbered the little detail I did know about it. Andrew looked on with what I can only describe as a child like delight in my every word simply gushing as I spoke a language I myself did not understand but he was fluent. After what seemed like forever of me using words like clarity, filigree, etc it was Andrew’s turn to speak. He expressed how beautiful of a piece it was and how unique but sadly it did not align with his clientele’s demands so he would not be able to purchase. I completely understood and thanked him profusely for taking the time to meet with me and examine the piece. His brow furrowed though his face still in a genuine smile as he said he doesn’t like that he has to give me that answer and he wants me to leave happy. I mean, I was happy but I’m also enjoying the conversation so I take the ring I had on my finger off and asked him if he could tell me about it. I didn’t know barely anything about the ring, my grandmother had gifted it to me before her passing and didn’t have the opportunity to relay the details. As I handed the ring over I said it could be a $35 ring purchased from a magazine as my grandfather was known for that. When I tell you Andrew’s face lit up I mean LIT. UP. He starts pulling out contraptions and lights and electronic things that beep as he looks over every stone, facet and metal in that ring. “The setting in platinum” he says with a hint of childlike excitement. The accent stones are diamond and of good quality and the center stone is topaz. Well, I thought I was happy before, walking in with an estate piece in a jewelry box and a cocktail ring on my finger, now I’m elated. “Does it fit well?” He asks as he looks at the sizer I have on it. “Not really, and it spins a lot which keeps me from wearing it often.” “We can resize it if you’d like, whenever you’re ready• I look at the ring and mull it over. It’s not much good to me when it’s 3 sizes too big and judging by Andrew’s knowledge and the pieces in their displays they definitely pay close attention to detail so I took the leap. I lucked out, the jeweler was in and he was able to do the alteration right away! After a short 30-40 minute walk around the strip I receive a text that my ring is ready for pick up. I walk back in and I’m immediately met by one of the women who take me to their desk to try on the ring and examine their work. IT. IS. SEAMLESS. So I write this (unnecessarily) long review to conclude to this: Robinson’s Jeweler’s has accomplished in one visit what my exes couldn’t obtain after years of trial; my unwavering trust and loyalty. Thank you Andrew and team, you have made a client for life, and just like with any good relationship, my family also approves and will be sending me pieces from back home for you to work on.

A piece in the window caught my friends eye. I just followed to get out of the heat. However…it turned out to be one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. The staff were so attentive, yet not pushy. I spotted a beautiful ring. They graciously let me try it on told me the details of the piece. It was stunning. I purchased it on the spot. Someone accidentally damaged my necklace. I didn’t think the repair was possible, but I decided to call Robinson’s Jewelers anyway. Lisa said to bring it by and their jeweler will see if they can help. Not only they were able to repair it, but they didn’t even charge me for it! The necklace had a sentimental value for me, so you can imagine how happy I was that they repaired it. Everyone was very nice and Lisa was a pleasure to speak to and to deal with! The store is in a great location on the Las Olas promenade, and my girlfriend saw some things she really loved, so we will be back soon to make a purchase. It was such a great experience!

I went in to have the prongs of my engagement ring adjusted because the stone was loose. Upon entering I was met with two welcoming women who assisted me right away. Alex the jeweler worked on my ring and was able to adjust the prongs and polish the ring in my presence. They were efficient and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely come back if I want to purchase jewelry or need an adjustment in my jewelry.

They worked with me to design a ring that looks exactly like the one I wanted, it was a fraction of the price. It came out even more beautiful than the name brand one that I originally fell for.
