The compassion and care expressed by all involved with my husband's deployment to the reef was amazing! Pedro, you are an angel from heaven the way you walked my family through this difficult time. Everything about this experience provided us comfort, knowing that John was in the care of Neptune every step of the way. All those on the boat that day (and following our live stream from as far away as Ireland) could feel the the respect and honor from everyone - the Captain, first mate, photographer, and our dear Pedro. Thank you all - I am forever grateful!

The Neptune Memorial Reef is a spectacular option for honoring a loved one or for pre-arranging your own life celebration. Located east of Key Biscayne in Miami, FL, the reef is an artistic representation of the Lost City of Atlantis and sits 40 feet beneath the ocean surface. It is a truly special place for reflection and remembrance that will last for generations.

A heartfelt thank you to Michael, Pedro, Nikita and the staff at Neptune Memorial Reef for providing my family and I with an incredible day that we will never forget. My husband, James Wojciechowski, had actually done a scuba dive down to the reef with Pedro in April of 2021. He was very impressed and expressed a desire to have some of his remains deployed to the reef when he died. Sadly, he passed away unexpectedly five months later. My daughters Chriss and Courtney and son-in-law Dave received instruction and were actually able to do the dive with Pedro and witness Jimโ€™s deployment. I also received an incredible video of the underwater event. Back on the boat, we held a memorial service, toasted Jim and tossed roses out to sea above the reef. The staff beautifully took care of every detail and provided us with an incredible final farewell to a wonderful man. Jane Mastrangelo

I've been scuba diving at Neptune Memorial Reef since 2011. It is a wonderful place to see amazing sea creatures in 40 feet of warm water. When my brother passed on November of 2020, I immediately knew that a memorial at the Neptune Memorial Reef was in order. The folks behind the scenes are both professional and responsive. I'm looking forward to seeing my brother's memorial and the awesome artificial reef they have created. If you or a loved one loves the ocean, snorkeling, and coral reefs, then this is the place to be.

As a family, we chose the Neptune Memorial Reef because we are all ocean lovers. The idea of being part of a living reef and giving back to the earth was irresistible. Michael was incredibly patient and helpful as we worked through our familyโ€™s various needs. We ended up with a family estate plan that included three generations of people and four dogs! The paperwork was handled by three different family members and Michael was able to keep everything organized.

I learned of the Neptune Memorial Reef through my husband who recently passed away and who had a great love for the sea. My dealings with the staff at Neptune were amazing, Nikita and Pedro made this process so very smooth for us, they express empathy and compassion, patience and guided us every step of the way. It was a beautiful day and a Memorial like no other. I believe that some day my soul mate and I will be reunited in Heaven and under the sea at Neptune.

Neptune Memorial Reef is the most Beautiful and Peaceful resting place. My family and I recently put my parents to rest here and had an amazing experience. Pedro is the most compassionate and kindhearted gentleman. Everything was done with such incredible care from the mixing of the ashes to the deployment of my parents. The pictures and video will be forever cherished. I cannot thank everyone involved enough for making this so special!

Neptune Memorial Reef exceeds all expectations as a final lasting tribute to my father, a WWII Navy veteran. The reef is so beautiful, serene, and full of amazing sea life. The staff will assure a dignified process and provide so many underwater photos that can easily be into a memorial video. Thank you. Dr. Larry

The level of professionalism, communication, empathy and execution is some of the very best I have seen in a very emotional environment where customer service is critical. The experience was filled with peace, comfort and the crew were patient and kind. The video created for the placement of my husband, and the beautiful, tranquil pictures took our breath away. If I could give 10 stars to the staff and crew of Neptune Memorial Reef I would. I highly recommend this as the eternal resting place for your family member, and/or yourself, if you are a boater, diver, swimmer, aquarium lover, or just looking to add to the ecosystem of a coral reef. Top notch, high quality and tender care provided to us. A++++++

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff of the Neptune Memorial Reef. My husband Todd passed too quickly; he loved to scuba dive and often worried about the state of the oceans reefs. From the moment the boat left the marina, we knew the crew was truly special. They made a very difficult time in my life have special meaning, 'Creating Life, After Life'. Pedro, who was my support from the beginning, will always be remembered for his empathy and kindness. The moment I left the boat and started diving, seeing the beautiful structures and marine life, gave me a feeling of peace I can't describe. I also want to thank Divers Paradise, Jeff my wonderful guide, who was an expert at seeing some of my nervousness at the start and calming me. Loved the bubble rings!

Our experience with Neptune Memorial Reef on the day of placement for our combined parents Sea Shell, was so beautiful. One of our family members did the dive with Pedro and the diving crew. The video and photos are breath taking. This reef is so tranquil, and to know an end of life is creating more life is such a beautiful feeling. We know our parents were not only present this day but were thrilled to be a part of this peaceful reef. There are not enough words for its beauty. Pedro and our diving crew, Ben, Ali, and Mark were beyond caring, kind, and such wonderful souls themselves. We thank you all so very much for making this such a special day for all of us. We hope to be back to visit in our future sometime. Sincerely, Carmen and Mike Butera (brother Richard D. McGough)

This team of 4 members did an awesome job with the boat trip and placement of our family members (my brother) plaque at the memorial. Being a long time boater and certify scuba dive master, I appreciated this team's professionalism. The boat captain handled the boat with precision making tiny adjustments to smooth our ride. Pedro and his co dive masters were cordial, talented, and smoothly preformed their tasks. Being a dive master myself, I noticed their small actions that made our trip safe and a pleasure. Members of our family plan to visit the memorial in the near future and we will definitely want this team to lead that trip.

On January 21st , 2022, we spread the ashes of a dear friend over the site of the Neptune Memorial Reef, located off of Key Biscayne in Miami. As a former Navy veteran, an avid diver and someone who felt at home in the sea, there wasnโ€™t a better way to remember his passing and to honor his life. The service was arranged for and organized though the incredibly caring and attentive staff at the Neptune Memorial Reef, who not only provide and arrange for actual cremations and plans by which to commemorate your loved ones, they also manage and maintain the memorial reef itself which best resembles the lost city of Atlantis; complete with stone columns, temple structures and lion sculptures. Our service included a wonderful boat ride out on Deco Diversโ€™ spacious 48โ€™ Newton dive boat from Miami Beach Marina; followed by a truly special on-board service and spreading of ashes and finally a dive on the memorial reef itself to place a plaque to commemorate our friend. A very special thanks goes out to Nikita Stuart and Pedro Cintra from Neptune along with Captain Ani Gonzalez of Deco Divers, who went over and above to make our memorial service as special and as unforgettable as It was.

Normally we do not like to think about dying, so we put off preparing. Michael Tabers with the Neptune Memorial Reef made my experience a pleasure. Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend planning your cremation with the Neptune Memorial Reef.

I knew where I wanted to be. I just didn't know how to go about doing it. Michael was incredibly helpful, and the process wasn't as hard as I had imagined. With only a few simple steps and great communication with Michael, I will be exactly where I want to be and with no burden on my surviving family. Yes, it was just that easy and Michael made it that way.

From the moment I spoke with Michael initially, to working on details with Nikita and Pedro, I was taken care of. My family wasnโ€™t able to be present as we had planned on the day my sonโ€™s ashes were scattered, but Pedro made me feel very at ease. I knew he cared. The pictures and video we received were timely and so beautiful. My son dreamed of being a scuba diver and having him memorialized at such a meaningful place has given my family a sense of peace. Iโ€™m grateful to everyone I worked with.

I highly recommend Neptune memorial reef and cremation services. There are a number of packages available in a range of prices, so we were able to custom fit the ones we chose and keep the overall cost affordable. The agent that we worked with was very professional and friendly and made the entire process very easy to navigate and complete. It's never easy planning or preplanning someone's final wishes, but working with Neptune made the process easy and has given us complete peace of mind.

I took my vacation so I could enjoy the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale area. I decided to make Neptune Memorial Reef my final Resting place. I have always loved dolphins and now I will actually get to be one!!!! My cremains will be mixed into a dolphin sculpture and become a beautiful crown placement at the top of the breathtaking underwater Neptune Memorial Reef. The Staff, Michael, Nikita, and Jim are so amazing! I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me! Knowing that those loved ones I leave behind will be able to have a beautiful service at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Middleburg to Celebrate my Life, followed by an incredible adventure at the reef, being involved in mixing my cremains into that incredible dolphin, and having a chartered boat with food and drink to have a final celebration, makes me so happy! Thank you!!!!!

Itโ€™s difficult to put into words the gratitude and appreciation I have for the Neptune staff and the support provided by Divers Paradise. My sister, her husband, and I were treated like family during our whole experience. It had been awhile since I dove and all I can say is that Divers Paradise (Ben and the staff) were wonderful with my refresher and the dive itself. And the attention to detail that Pedro made for my parents remains and the shell placement were all done with care and compassion. I have absolutely no regrets with our time with Neptune and the Divers Paradise folks. I WILL return and definitely come back and visit that lovely resting place for my parents as well as others who made that same decision. I actually look forward to the day that I can not recognize the shell placement because that means more life is thriving, what a wonderful memory for posterity. THANK YOU ALL

Neptune Memorial Reef took the most difficult time our family has ever faced and turned it into the most caring, personal and comforting experience possible. The entire team, Michael, Nikita and Pedro were always there to make a very difficult situation as easy and organized as we ever could have hoped for. Their helpfulness, kindness and compassion was truly a blessing to our entire family. The reef itself is beautiful, peaceful and teeming with amazing ocean life. If you're a diver, the ability to go down and see for yourself the beauty and tranquility of your loved ones new 'home' is comforting beyond measure. In addition, the boat crew from Divers Paradise, the company that Neptune Memorial Reef charters for the reef memorials, were as helpful and kind as the NMR staff were. If you're a snorkeler or a diver, you will be in safe and excellent hands. Our heartfelt gratitude to all at Neptune Memorial Reef for providing our family with the care and support that we so desperately needed at a very painful time. More importantly, they gave us the gift of knowing that our beloved mom is in a place full of peace, wonder and life . We are forever grateful for that.

The Neptune society is a beautiful way to honor someoneโ€™s memory. Pedro and staff were very professional and very personal throughout the entire process. They made this a wonderful experience for our family. We highly recommend this service to family and friends and give Pedro and staff a 5 star review. Thank you again for making this a beautiful and memorable send off for our Diane.

Very smooth process to preplan for myself. Michael T was very helpful. I can 'rest' easier knowing its been taken care of. As a former diver, I love the fact that the reef provides a great habitat for my beloved fish and critter friends.

Before he passed, my close friend in Florida said he wanted to be laid to rest at sea by Neptune Memorial Reef. We carried out his wishes and I couldn't have been more impressed. The Neptune staff was professional and courteous, they carried out every step of the process without any problems and met all of our needs. It is a beautiful concept that was beautifully done.

I came from the Midwest, and I always hated seeing loved ones, buried in cold, dark ground. I was never around very much death and found the whole thing pretty horrifying. Scuba diving friends took me to the Neptune Memorial Reef to Dive. I wasnโ€™t sure how I felt about it but after I did it I realized it is comforting and lovely and the place I wanted to be .This week I have now paid for my cremation and final swim., I want to be remembered in warm waters enjoying the sea. If you watch the videos of the Memorial Reef online, you will see what a beautiful, peaceful green and natural place it is for my final rest. On a more business level, this was reasonable, and I have now not left any of this to be chosen by my family. Michael Taber was fabulous in helping me make my decision with time conversation, support and no pressure .. This has brought me so much peace!

My brother passed away suddenly in 2021. He had expressed to me the wish for a reef burial. I am highly pleased with the assistance given me by Neptune Memorial Reef in fulfilling his wishes. Michael Tabor clearly explained the options and the process to me without trying to upsell or influence my choices in anyway. The process was uncomplicated and simple for me to deal with. After the placement of my brother's ashes, Neptune sent a number of beautiful photos showing the preparation of the concrete pillar with his ashes and two small fish fossils as well as photos after the placement. I was so happy to see how many beautiful fish were there to welcome him.
