Beautiful local park with walking/running trail and lots of birdlife!

Like everywhere else in Florida, no dogs allowed. What does Florida have against dogs?

Beautiful, well kept park off NW 38th st. In Oakland Park (no dogs allowed). I go here often for some quiet think time. My favorite times of day here are sunrise, sunset, after 2am. It's right up the street from my house so I often walk there, sometimes at odd hours to regroup mentally.

Always clean park, GREAT for 🏀 basketball, walking, jogging, picnics, slow RC boats, handball/racquet ball, and sorry for what I've missed. North side has a small parking area, the OTHER side, south Main entrace (by Easterline) there is sufficient parking. Kind of a hidden gem, so much to do. Neighboring parks give what this park doesn't, all within walking distance. Great job Oakland Park, parks and recreation department!
