    Air Pros, is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are not knowledgeable, they charged $350.00 for parts replaced that werenā€™t necessary on a 3 year old unit. They had to come back three times and then refused to fix it and put me on the ā€œdo not serviceā€ list, they donā€™t back their work. They refused to return my money back unless I signed a NDA (non disclosure agreement) to shut me up and cover their mistakes. This procedure is just a scam to keep your money. The managers nor owners ever called to see what happened. Filter their reviews and you will see how many people have had the same experience I went through, They speak about integrity, well they are the complete opposite. BUYER BEWARE! Stay away....I only have one star because I had too, but they are not worth any. Again...BUYER BEWARE..... Kris (disgusted former customer)

    I am revising my post from earlier. Since Air Pros came to my house this morning, I've had two additional companies out. What they told me this morning was lies. The technician, who was very polite, didn't do his job. The coil wasn't cleaned and he left water leaking, which I assumed he had fixed. Never using them again and will be calling to get a refund on what I paid today.

    The service is not the same as what it used to be. I had a call five different times to schedule an appointment and Iā€™ll five times and never showed All the calls are going to a calling center now when you canā€™t call anyone locally and get someone local, which is very poor customer service. Four years ago they had better quality health now itā€™s a hit or mess and a sloppy

    The Air Pros team was very professional and they did an excellent job on the installation. For the price I would have thought an UV air sanitizer and smart thermostat would have came with the install.

    When you call you get a call center but they came out same day but then to actually schedule the service repair was a fiasco. No assurances, no call backs and the quote given for repair wasn't great. I called a different company. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. 8/13/23 update: The company has yet to refund our credit card for work they did not do. I've emailed the below and still have not heard from her. I called the number she gave and it goes to a mailbox you cannot leave a messages on. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I will be disputing this charge. What a sham! Shame of them!

    Overall our experience was good. Everyone is nice and provides timely info and follow up. The work done to switch out our old HVAC to a new one was well done. Itā€™s great that they offer financing as this was an unexpected expense and other places do not offer this. Our only issue is how they talked up how much better a new system was going to be, how much more cost effective it was going to be and how we would save on electricity. Well, with a new system itā€™s just marginally better. We only feel a slight difference in cooling. They system still runs as much as the old. Cost have gone down a few cents each day only. We voiced this to them and they came out and made some adjustments but Iā€™m not seeing the big difference they spoke about to get us to spend thousands on a new system.

    Worst company I feel I have ever used and will never use again. Horrible. Don't show up. Charge for things not done. Scam selling. Stay away. They really don't care. They are out to sell you pre listed sales sheets that are laminated. And have no problem doing people wrong.

    Jameson is definitely an asset to your company... heā€™s extremely detailed, polite and caring! He mentioned that my old ac unit was still in my attic! Bruno Air installed my new unit in July 2018! I paid close to $10k to have a new AC and duct work which also included removal of the old unit! Jameson spoke with his manager and said it would cost $1250 to take the unit apart and remove it!! Itā€™s not his fault however I feel pro air should take responsibility of what Bruno didnā€™t complete! My experience with Bruno was horrible and Iā€™m glad they were bought out!

    I just have to say, that I have never been so impressed. Air pros is one of the best business I have ever seen!! The whole team found a way to allow me to have ac this summer. I just wanted to give a shout out to Allen Ross, krangcha, and Ralph Ross! They went way beyond just good service. They were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Michael Taylor

    Excellent service from beginning to end. Best warranty so far... see update. Very professional and great equipment. They act fast. Highly recommended. Update: Dropping to 4 stars because after the 2 year warranty expired, there is something on the AC that is now defective and needs to be fixed. This as well as other stuff was caused by the new AC unit having a higher power than the previous one. This could have been avoided by a more in depth review and analysis of the air ducts, new vs old AC unit comparison, and AC unit area of this 30+ year old house, instead of just quickly selling and installing a brand new AC unit. It gives a bad taste, still, they are professional and have provided some possible solutions.

    Iā€™m a former customer of the now nonexistent Solar Bear company whose clientele list was purchased by Air Pros. The customer service of Air Pros compared to Solar Bear is drastically different. An improvement for the better. The office staff was courteous. I received an appointment confirmation call from Alexa the day before the appointment; I was notified when the technician was on his way and received a follow up call after service was rendered. My technician Damian was professional helpful and answered all questions without being condescending or insulting. Since Iā€™m new to the company and just had a maintenance check, Iā€™ll reserve judgment on the quality of work but I can attest thus far to the quality of customer service.

Rick was very knowledgeable, skilled, honest, empathetic and worked professionally and diligently utilIzing his resources to provide A+ service. He is definitely proved himself to be of extreme value and a real asset to your company. We would easily recommend him and your company again because of this.
