If I could give NEGATIVE stars I certainly would. The hospital emergency room does the bare minimum for patients and their bedside manner is literally non-existent. My wife has Lupus and so gets sick very very easily. She has been there numerous times and nearly EVERY time the staff has brought her to literal tears with their inconsideration and rudeness. I even calmly voiced my displeasure to the nurse in charge one night and was firmly escorted by security from the building. Tonight it was due to complications from Corona Virus and she was treated very poorly because of her personal decision to not be vaccinated. Vaccination is a choice and patients should NOT be treated like less than normal because of a personal choice!!! Shame on you!!!

This facility deserve NEGATIVE FIVE STAR. Worst service ever. Got charge excessively going to the ER. I did a lot of waiting around and it took 3 plus hrs for a 5min service. The Dr did not call me back for the results that I have been waiting on. I booked an appointment ahead of time. When I showed up, they said they called me prior to cancel my appointment which I did not receive. I checked my inbound history calls and there was not a single call from them what so ever. This happened 3 times already. I’m FED UP with their services. DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY and keep your money

I would give a lower rating if it were possible. My daughter was in a serious car accident. When I arrived, she was alone in an ER room, she had a thin blanket, was still wearing her shoes. She was dirty and literally covered in leaves from crawling out of her vehicle. No one had the decency to help get leaves from her hair!! Staff was incredibly rude and wanted to be combative over my frustration instead of giving me her medical condition. I’m just amazed anyone, especially some one in health care, found it appropriate to leave a young woman in a bed covered in dirt and leaves!! I just have no words

Worst experience we've had so far, and far from the first. My elderly father went to E.R. for severe pain, was given a SLEEPING pill, and sent on his way. Pathetic.

I was treated very badly in the er was called a liar made fun of had the cops called on me because I was insisting to talk to my Dr I told them I had no feeling in my legs they made me get up and when I fell they refused to help me up and they said I fell on purpose then the nurses made fun of me falling

Horrible not timely efficient at all and dont care about your well being! They just want the check.

Cami at the desk is always so nice and helpful. I am always glad to see her when I come in.

I went in to have a cyst drained. Was very impressed with the fast pace which everything happened. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I thouht my emergency care was very good. And they were very informative.

Do not go to this hospital if you do not want to be charged for something, even if you have the best insurance in the world! They will find a loop-hole in your insurance to charge you with something, anything. Even if it's a $100 q-tip!

Very pleasant experience!! No wait time and the hospital was very very clean. All staff were so efficient and friendly made me feel very comfortable and safe while there I couldn’t have asked for more! The nurse and Dr. Landon Vinson were incredible one of the best doctors I’ve been to or experienced ever. Very knowledgeable and makes sure you are completely taken care of I very much appreciated it! Thank you to all staff for making the experience much better than it could’ve been. Will definitely not hesitate to come back if in need of anything they are the absolute best!!! :)

Awesome PC clinic. Staff friendly and helpful. Short wait before appointment was in and out. Dr Gangula was awesome husband loves him. Says listens and takes time to explain things. Just awesome 👍

Took my mother for a swallowed ring. She was treated fine. Xrayed n all it took less than one hour. In a big state we would of been there for a couple hours
