I've been going here for quite some time and it has helped tremendously! Not only have I made great improvements with my health, but I have also built friendships with the staff as well! Definately would recommend to anyone looking for physical therapy!

I have had a great experience as a patient at FloRehab. Victoria, my therapist, has been the best one I've had so far after trying therapists at three different PT centers. I am so pleased with the results I am getting with her. I would have loved to give a 5 star review based on my experience & success of my treatment, however, I took off a few stars because I have had a couple of issues with appointment scheduling. Although the staff has been accommodating when I had an issue on my end, it is still disappointing when they cannot honor the appointment we agreed on & they provided on paper... I work full-time & have 4 kids so unfortunately life is rarely flexible to have the appointment change with such little or no notice. I hope a resolution can be found & they are able to identify the cause of this issue to prevent this from occuring in the future.

I went there couple of times. And i was very surprised by the atmoshphere, and how caring the staff was. The whole process was fast and easy. The doctors are really good at what they do. I reccomend this place to anyone i know for sure!

I have had bad sciatica pain for years and consulted a specialist that said only surgery will fix it. I've tried chiropractor, acupuncture, and after taking three pain management injections in my back, I found FloRehab and I feel better than I have in years. Hailey, Christie, Chris and the entire team were amazing and highly recommended.

They actually understand the human body very well and have tons of experience that goes far beyond a few years in a classroom. The patient to provider care and attentiveness is fantastic. Kristi, Is my therapist who is treating me for lower back pain. From many years of playing Championship Handball for over 60 years, a number of my parts have worn out and have had replaced, including my dominant shoulder. With all the work I have had done, which included extensive therapy, I recognize a great physical therapist and Kristi is one of the best! I was very pleased with the care I received these past 5 months at FloRehab at Port Orange. Haley was a terrific therapist and helped me regain my mobility and strength after a nasty fall and hip surgery I had in November of 2020. The front desk was always very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this facility.

I was referred to Flo Rehab July 2018. I spent a month, three times a week with Kristi as my therapist. She is not only an excellent therapist, but the nicest person you'd every want to have in your life helping you get better. I went from dreading rehab three times a week, to looking forward to spending time learning what to do to get better, but so enjoyed talking with Kristi. I watched Catlin with her patients, and she had such a great easy way with everyone. Kyle, I didn't forget you! Your greetings every day were so welcome. You made making appointments so easy. I absolutely would go back anytime for therapy. If you are looking for a great place to get the best therapy with the BEST STAFF, it's Flo Rehab on Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange. This review is long overdue. FloRehab is by far the better of any place you'd want to go for pain management and physical therapy. The staff here is the nicest you could possibly find anywhere. They work with you to make the experience as comfortable as possible and treat you like family. It was a bummer to have finished my sessions but they do offer a continued wellness program after you finish. If you're being referred by a doctor and have the option to choose FloRehab, I highly recommend it!! To the staff, thank you for making every visit positive. Most of us are hesitant to go anywhere to condition the pain but you all made every visit a great one. Continue to be awesome, you're all blessings to those around you and I greatly appreciate the good laughs!

We had the absolute best experience with Flo Rehab - especially Kristi!! She was fantastic with my infant son. He started PT when he was six months old due to torticollis in his neck. He was struggling to be able to lift his head up while laying down, and had pain when doing so. Kristi was the most amazing, patient, fun, and caring person we could've wished for to help our son! She not only helped him overcome his torticollis, but went above and beyond to give us instructions on how to help him succeed with crawling and beginning to stand up! Kristi - I can't thank you enough!! We not only didn't dread driving an hour to get to this location three times a week, but we seriously looked forward to working with her, when I could've definitely gone somewhere closer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also, Kyle who works at the front office area was super friendly, and very helpful with our appointments and made that aspect super easy and convenient for us! PS - Our son is now able to crawl (within days of finishing our PT actually) and also he is standing up on furniture! Thank you again, we really can't thank you enough!!

I have been to 2 other physical therapy rehab centers, I can honest say that FloRehab Center is the best in town! Highly recommended!

When I got there I was in a lot of pain and had a lot of trouble walking. Even though i still walk with a cane 2 months later. I have no pain and walk so, so, much better. The staff is great and it was a pleasure going my 3 times a week. I have to say Haley, my PT was patient and gave me the confidence I needed to do what needed to be done. I have the lessons to continue on my own. If I need to I can always go back. I thank them so much. ❤❤❤🌷👍😊

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Flo Rehab near my home in Port Orange. I just finished my sessions and interacted with many staff and therapists there. Hats off to providing professional services from the front desk, scheduling staff on the phones, the PTA's and PT's. I am getting stronger every day thanks to their therapy and guidance.

From the first time I visited it to my last visit today it has been so friendly and professional. Kristi was my therapist she is the sweetest person. I really enjoyed my time with her. She did a great job helping with my threapy. All the therapists and wonderful and helpful people. If you need a really good place to go they are my choice...

Very professional and Melissa was able to get me some pain relief i had suffered for over a year, multiple drs and meds. I really appreciated all the work she did and company provided.

Update: I found out I was being over charged for my copay, and after I meet my maximum out of pocket they were still charging me. I tried for a year to get reimbursed, and was always told they had to verify it, and never got back to me. I finally just gave up. The therapist was very good, and the staff was friendly. The scheduling was horrible. I was never allowed to book more than 2 appointments ahead, and found that there were never many available appointment when allowed. I wasn't able to complete my recommended 2nd set of session due to no appointment being available for over a week.

The staff and doctors and therapists at the Ormond Beach location are very personable, and very professional! They have cured me twice for dizziness, vestibular vertigo and I can't say enough good things about the care I received especially from Cy and Mary at the front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any physical issues. You can't ask for better care!

These folks were amazing! A very enjoyable experience....from check in to Dr Regina to gifted therapist Kristi who did my sessions, it was a safe, educational & very healing process. For 8 weeks the doctors of physical therapy worked with me to manage my pain. I found each doctor to be professional and very interested in helping me improve my condition. Doctor Rob was very thorough and laser focused on my care and improvement. I would definitely recommend these doctors and if I should need PT again I would not hesitate to come to this facility

I wish they had 6 stars because of the help they have given me for my mobility problems. I have a very bad back problem that needs to be worked around and my therapist made sure the exercises I did would not make back injury worse then it is. I was there for weak legs and could not walk far at all. After the treatment received, I can now walk close to half a mile. I also have severe lung problems along with C.O.P.D. that was really a bad problem, but after doing my exercises I now do every single day, I can walk the 1/2 mile without stopping most of the time. I go to the Port Orange office and still go after my treatment to do the bike for 2 & 1/2 miles after walking. These people are the best and I am soooooo happy I went there.

Make sure you verify that you are being charged the correct amount for your therapy sessions. I was overcharged for every visit I made, and when I made this clear to the office, Andrea the office manager assured me that once they received their EOB from my insurance company they would refund me what I was owed. Well this happened from October to December 6th 2022, and despite my multiple calls and complaints, here I sit, without my money refunded, nor my calls returned. Meanwhile, my insurance sent me all my claims showing the exact date they paid every claim and exactly how much I was supposed to be charged for each visit. Andrea again claimed my insurance did not pay them, when they showed me they did. Needless to say now that the holidays are over, it looks like it's time to get a lawyer, because this place has no intention of giving me my money back. Always verify your insurance claims match what you are charged, thanks to FloRehab I learned that lesson the hard way!! For that reason, I can't under any circumstances recommend FloRehab to anyone. I can however recommend a wonderful Physical therapy place called Brooks Rehab in Daytona Beach, which I have completed 13, out of my 16 visits so far and I have not been overcharged for my services at that location.

I am a new patient. I am being treated for lymphadema. The therapist s that worked on me Jess and Alyssa were absolutely 💯 fantastic. They put me at ease and not only messaged my legs,but really brightened up my day. I have been to other rehabs in other states,Jess and Alyssa are the best. Because of this I will recommend to all my friends FloRehab centers.

Only been here twice so far, but I highly recommend. Danielle is super helpful and went out of her way today. She gave me good advice on my insurance and I appreciated that!

AWESOME. 3 1/2 months in PT and I also joined their Care Program, last week on graduation day!! 19.00 a month, go anytime or days I want. Use all their matts. equipment,, etc. They even printed me a program to follow. Very detailed for my needs with pictures. I am doing 75 percent better with my back and muscles. I can now control the pain for the most part, by exercising at home as well. My range of movement is fantastic now compared to when I started. Everyone gets a full hour and a one on one therapist, with regular testing on your progress by Doctors. Very skilled kind and caring people work there. Love them all, including the front desk. My home away from home. A special appreciation and thank you to Dr. Rob, Dr. Liv and especially Rebecca, who I had as my therapist the most often. I always asked for her as much as I could. But, having others, and Dr. Liv, was also good for me. A range of different exercises was good! I worked hard but was also pushed hard, to my fullest abilities. Thank you FloRehab. See you soon, I am sick so was unable to start today my membership. But. I still exercised and will at home until I am better and even then, I will always exercise at home as well as 3 days aweek at their facility. Highly recommend. Love, Miss Ellen ❤️

FloRehab is very professional and very experienced in all aspects of rehab. I have come here more than a few times over the past 6 yrs or so for various injuries. This time I was there for a shoulder injury and was blessed to have Kristi as my therapist. She is very sweet and knowledgeable. Together we were able to meet goals and get me to feeling better quickly. The rest of the staff is very kind also especially Kyle at reception who always has a smile on his face. I will definitely come back here in the future if in need of any further rehab services. Highly recommend.

I've been suffering with pain under my left shoulder blade and shoulder for some time and was scared to go to the Dr. cause I thought it had something to do with my lungs since I have a nodule on my left lung. I was afraid of bad news, so I endured the pain till finally going to get checked. First PT was ordered and Flo Rehab was suggested. I started with Kristi. Right away I felt so at ease and comfortable with her, she is the most friendly, gentle, understanding, funny and sweet person in general. Most of all she's very thorough, informative and professional in her job. She lifted me up with her prayers every time, I was looking forward to each session. My best present for Christmas was beeing painfree and nomore lung worries, thanks to Kristi's healing gift. I also had Jennifer for one session and was very pleased with her, also very professional and pleasant. Kyle super friendly too. Overall I give FloRehab in Port Orange an A+, I'm still painfree and it's an overwhelming fantastic feeling, can't express enough thanks!😍

A month ago I went through bell’s palsy , my visit to the FloRehab Center made me better in just three weeks and I recovered completely. They did a very excellent job. The first day was diagnosed and then undergone educational sessions regarding home exercises and then began treatment sessions with specialist Hailey.she is Very nice and mentally present and answer questions and details. Thanks FloRehab,Thank you Hailey . The stuff really know what they should to do.

I have been to FloRehab Center Port Orange for the therapy for couple of weeks. Ms Kristy Martin's hands are really amazing , she took the pains away from my up neck and my right arm. She did great job and pray for me each time. Now I can work and hold heavy case. She is very professional and sweet.

I had both knees replaced in 2020, the right in February and the left in November. Chis did such a fantastic job rehabbing my right knee that I requested him for the left knee. Not only is he thorough and considerate he also has a sense of humor.

FloRehab is a wonderful facility. My physical therapists were Peter and Victor. Both were excellent and took special care that my needs were met. I would definitely use this facility again. Everyone was friendly and caring.

This was my first time ever having to have physical therapy, I was a little nervous at first but the entire staff was wonderful! I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and respect with each employee I spoke or interacted with: Receptionists Hannah and Kyle; and the Therapists Jennifer, Jarret and most importantly, my primary therapist, Kristi. Her 'bedside' manner was full of compassion and patience; her knowledge, expertise and clarity in PT impressive; and the overall thorough sessions with her and the other therapists all contributed to my quick recovery. So, if you want excellent service, and get better, Flo Rehab is the place, and ask for Chris to be your Therapist. Kristi was my therapist. I had Pain in my lower back and would even hurt when I walked. After Kristi worked on my back. No more pain. Kristi is the best and I thank God for having her as therapist. Kristi done more for me then she will even know. I already miss my morning sessions. Thank you Buddy

Absolutely phenomenal from owners to reception. chris has been my therapist the whole time and he is absolutely amazing. meticulous in his care. if you need lymphedema therapy, this is the place to be and chris is the therapist you need.
