I don't know what's inside. We went there, only one beautician. They told us to wait for one and half hour. We came back. Still the beautician was busy. So we returned. It is situated in Emirates mall. I gave 3 star because of the waiting time. And we went to another in edapal

Horrible Experience....I went for a hair cut at 5pm and the lady at the reception told me that service would be avalaible by 7 pm as clients were waiting.... so i waited patiently and went back at 7 :15 pm...At that time no one was there , so i went inside asked and a man came and told me today it would be impossible and asked if i could come tomorrow.I was little bit disappointed as i was carrying and after waiting for more than 2 hours they didnt inform me too ..Again i booked for the very next day at that time...On the next day i also booked through online and it was confirmed..after some time i contacted them and the lady responded by saying that there was no one for hair cutting.Only after 2 days the staff would be available..They could have told me as i have booked twice and submitted my mobile number...I respected their time but they didn't value my time Anyways never planning to go there and beg for their service....RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME..

I highly recommend this place; my daughters got their best hair makeover till date from here. Hair stylist and receptionist did an amazing job making my 2.5 year old daughter feel comfortable and same time enjoyable. Will be going back again for some spa day with wife. Thanks for your service.

I recently had a chance to try the head massage and hydra facial services at the spa and was really pleased with the experience. The massage was very relaxing . The hydra facial was also very effective and left my skin feeling clean, hydrated and refreshed. The staff was also helpful and friendly, providing me with guidance and answering any questions I had. Overall, I was very happy with the services and would recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation and refreshing facial experience.

I did haircut, to be honest the place gave me an average experience when you pay much greater amount than other salons in town we expect this place to be giving premium experience to customers for the amount they are paying .But it turned out as a below average experience !

Disappointed with the service. Requested a de-tan treatment, but only received a basic face pack. No blackhead removal, no face scrub. The cost was high for the service provided. Hoping for improvements in the future....
