Place is good and peaceful but rents are decided by the owner. Hence, you may not know exact rent price in this location. When I reached this place for rent basis stay, one house was for 9000 + 1500 (maintenance) but other said 10000 + 1500 (2019 year) which is too much for Guntur especially to that location. Water problem is there in summer.

Good safety place. Construction is bad. Seapage of walls took place. Good greenery. Good for walking and a place for children's playing. Swimming pool is there but no maintenance. R.O. water is available. Ground water level is low and it will be a problem in Summer.

Over all Good Gated community apartments and individual houses. Genuinely writing as per experience in apts. Decent place to stay with pleasant air as surrounded by full open places and fields. Service is so poor. No maintenance at all. It was handovered to society by builder recently. But even after handover still it takes much time to be on track. It's almost 5 y now apartments were constructed and till now there is no gym or yoga house.. Or what ever facilitates mentioned before coming. Still 40 flats available for sale out of 200 flats. Water source is good but full salted water. There is bricks manufacturing unit besides apts which cement gets mixed underground and the same to be used for bathing. There will be no sleep in nights because of sound from bricks unit. Mineral water for drinking is provided which is so good but we should only get from tap. Sewage maintenance is bad. Full of smell. So much of mosquitoes.. Be well prepared with door nets.. Finally good but not that much..can get adjusted. Don't expect much which really disappoints.

Very bad maintenance, ground water is untreated and super hard water, they have a small gym which is never open and more like a show piece for new buyers. The club house is very small and not opened yet for which they say they would in a few days. The swimming pool is like a pond with maintenance the water turned green. The quality of construction is below average. I would not stay in a place like this.

Ok..but the approach road is not good position from main road to apartment.. The water is underground water whish is salt. Muncipal Drinking water yet to be provided

Average. Maintenance not upto the mark. Apartments look old. Silent and ample space for kids. Security available.

Good gated community with over 250 residences. Most of residents are senior citizens. Good maintenance. Plenty of play area for children and walk area for elders. Minimal shopping available.

Valley was awesome quit good

Classy apartments, spacious and near to road transport. Has all amenities. Affordable too!

Just Good but not best.. only for those who can adjust . Mineral water plant available. You should only get water for drinking use from club house. Salted water for using. Maintenance is bad. No proper info. Approach road is too bad. And no proper street lights too in nights in approach road. In rainy season it's too bad . So much of sound in nights due to bricks manufacturing unit which is beside apts. Management shows all amenities available but nothing is in use. So much of smell between Block B and Block C. So much of mosquitoes. No proper cleaning of inside roads of community. Plastering work of flats is too worst as there are so much leakages and wet walls . No municipal water till date . Promised Tar Road for approach road but not yet done. Just a normal gated community to stay in peaceful atmosphere. Even after these many years apartments cost is too high for that locality and comparatively one can get new flats with that budget in surrounding places.
