Over crowded, limited seating area, poor OP management. When I was in Nellore I visited Agarwal clinic and could complete my OP in 45 minutes, It was crowded too but there was proper handling and management. This facility is par below the standards of Agarwal’s eye clinic. There was no process, no one guides OP patients rather than asking them to wait without even telling how long it takes to get a call in limited seating area. Also if you know someone no matter when you come you would get first chance to visit the doctor. Even after of couple of negative reviews and their responses to improve the system, I can say that there is no improvement and their response was for the sake of response. I hope they meet their objectives and take proper care of the patients. I look forward for improvements in my next visit. And the silver lining is work flow is great and everything is paperless and yes staff was very courteous.

Checkup and process is Good. But the process from Reception to Room:no-4 Initial common checkup room is very slow. No patients there in Room-4, only Staff waiting for patients details to come from Reception. It took 15-20 min time for getting details from Reception(Typing details in System). All this time we were waiting outside and Staff waiting for details. Which can be taken care.

Although visiting any clinic is the last thing anyone wants, it was a nice experience considering the care and guidance that we received. The only downside is the waiting time, it's double than what we were informed at the time of booking the appointment. If that is taken care, then it's a 5 star experience. Dr. Kalpana Reddy was to the point with her diagnosis, explanation and guidance. Will update the review after a follow-up in a week.

Our brother has undergone cataract surgery here. No complications found after surgery. Now he recovered completely. Cost of surgery was little bit high.

My premature baby girl is having ROP condition and we have consulted Dr Meghana madam at Agarwal's Guntur branch, the treatment and explanation of the condition is very good. Hospital staff and reception staff are also very polite and helpful.

The thing I like most in this hospital is paper less work. That is really awesome and appreciable...... I can give 5star rating but staff are not following the order(according to the OP) for the treatment. They are treating the peopl firste who goes n ask them. This is the worse thing. They are not giving value to the patients time. And also there is very limited seating area.

The hospital has a systematic way of dealing with OP's such as Step-wise issue detection and consultation. All records are online including the medications we would be taking from Pharmacy. Finally you will get your complete report and billing at Reception.

The Hospital is having good doctors and we came for Glaucoma Consultation. Dr Sulochana garu is very experienced and treats patients very well. All the staff are very polite and friendly.

Please don't go, If you are planning to go to a hospital, please don't goto this. I paid the money for eye checkup. You don't know when they will ask for checking, no tracker,no display, no numbering nothing just have to wait wait and wait I saw favoitsm though, if you know the people it is a straight path. When I went and asked when is my turn , they just next is yours.. but that never came even after 1hour of waiting. Don't frustrate yourself by going to this hospital, some times person who is not qualified is also doing check ups. Yes frustrated!!

The dissatisfaction I faced while booking for an appointment online got vanished when I was greatly received by the staff at reception and supporting eye testing personnel. Well behaved and listened patiently my eye problems, ultimately called for a final verdict by the doctor. The lady doctor checked and rechecked after dilating three times within 40 minutes time. Very much satisfied and the entire process went on very quickly.

LE cataract: Implanted D: +19.5 (required D: +20) and now suggested to wear power glass D: +0.50 I'm not sure as to how this mistake taken place. Might be a negligence or otherwise. A line of reply indicating any remedy other than wearing power glass for DV, would be appreciated.

My father got operated for cataract by dr Meghana - he had perfect vision post surgery . We are so very hapyp with the way she recieved us , and we got to see the full surgery and she showed us the lens while placing in eye - everything we saw through gallery ...such transparent practise ... really she is great surgeon ....with compassion . We visited this hospital recently for second eye surgery and found out she is not working there ... Can ur team tell us where she is practising at present ?

But the hospital staff explained about surgery and said of imported lens you will be charged 30000/- extra. And they will rembrisment 20000/- from Ap Govt ... Total surgery cost is 50000/- i didnt understand . I called EHS customer care number they are telling that sir please dont pay single rupee to them... Same imported lens catarct surgery at RK Eye Hospital is 25000/- ....

This hospital is a big scam. My family used to visit Sudarsani eye hospital. But this time I went to Agarwal hospital thinking that it's better than Sudarsani eye hospital. Starting from OP to buying medicines, they manage everything. We don't know what medicines they wrote until we go to medicines section. They say OP is free, but they charge double the amount of OP fee in medicine. There are lot of medical shops in Guntur which offer more than 20% off on medicines. I honestly suggest everyone to reconsider before going to this hospital. I just wanted to ask one question to management of this hospital, why the hell you don't allow us to buy medicines outside?

After the check up in AGARWAL'S eye drops with ANTIBIOTICS and STEROIDS used for one week no use and we doubted on BLOOD TEST nearly cost of 10000/- so We consult another senior doctor just he gave a REFRESH LIQUIGEL eye drops....with in a week my right eye get clearly visible no blurness and no reddish colour..Finally the problem is happened with my eye is weakness...so EXPERIENCED DOCTOR is ever BEST to CONSULT... Irresponsible. They never respect the time of patients. They don't value your considerations. Totally disappointed. Paperwork which was supposed to take not more than an hour, they took 4 hours and made wait patients for long time. Sad part is they don't even realize how many patients among them are sugar patients and how many of them actually suffering. Try to stay away and don't trust the 5 star ratings. Reality is far from what's written in the reviews

Everyone are good except the doctor. She is not interested in giving nice info for my baby. She seems expecting that patient visits her at regular intervals. Never go here.

My father got cataract surgery. Everything will be handled in a systemic manner and paperless. No need to carry any files. All reports will be passed and preserved in their systems. It will be good if you hold any health insurance. Else cost of treatment will be high.

As my opinion it is diamond of nation.service is best.But patient services is main imp. Staff cooperation is good. But it's continue the last minit. Good hygen. Even if there are some problems while working, if such problems are not visible on the face of the patient and answer with a smile, if the disease related to the patient is diagnosed immediately and the patient is sent away, the hospital will develop a lot and get a good reputation.

No CHGS codes.... No proper billing mechanism.... Operation done for right eye,but in bill it has mentioned as left eye... Patient name was also given as wrong. Collected editional chargers in the name of lab tests... Completely disappointed.
