Treatment wise it's somewhat good but coming to their behavior towards patients they are very arrogant. From receptionist to doctor may be they don't know how to talk with patients.Manners are also important for the success for any organisation.

Worst hospital.. They will wrote only medicines. Not for complete cure.That enquiry section staff perticularly male person very rude behaviour.one day evening half an hour late means..he asking extra money and told as emengency case service.so my personal adivice, don't go to this hospital. And they sent to guntur hospital for scanning.all are syndicate.so pls directly go to guntur.

Doctor is good...but the staff is very rude. They will ask for lot of money after the delivary, if you skip giving them money then there is no limit for their brutal comments. Its better for the doctor to change her staff immediately. Ill never step into this hospital in future

Worst doctors and staff. They work for next consultation fees. They keep delaying the scans, blood reports for patients. We asked for US scan, they delayed to take it , after third time ,10th week , they scanned, by that time The uterine fibroid has grown to 9*7 cm, if it was done on day1 , we should have taken the decision to abort. They don't value patients thoughts and pre existing conditions.

Dr U Syamala is very much trust worthy! Sugession : Staff need some more polite/assertive attention towards kids, patients and visitors.
