Longggg waiting times here. They don't follow appointment process at alll. They are not turning on AC as welll in peak summer heat also.

Today evening we went to hospital,but reception staff are not responding even after 30 minutes.very worst staff.. not getting why management or doctor is not taking care regarding rude behaviour of their staff. immediately we went to ala hospital...we got good response in ala hospital.

Pros - 1. Dr. Raghuram is an Experienced Doctor may be i'm no one to certify that, but in my personal visit for more than 30 times for my two kids since 5 Years, medication which he gives works perfectly most of the time. 2. New and current hospital accommodation is Good, i'm saying about OP not In-patent. Cons - 1. Too Much wait time, prepare for 2 - 3 hours wait time for OP and then go to Hospital, and you should be warrior to enter into the Dr room. 2. Patients appointment system or management is too worst. 3. Don't expect anything other than the medicines, Dr. Raghuram will not explain brief about the decease. Just two words and 2 minutes. 4. If you are going for Vaccination, then you may get extra 2 min and wait time may get reduced. This is all about My experience with Dr. Raghuram Children's Hospital in more than 5 Years of Visit.

One of the best decisions I took for my baby is to meet Raghuram reddy sir. I met him for some weight constraints of my baby. I have met a few doctors before him and everyone had suggested to start formula. But Raghuram reddy sir always encouraged me to feed the baby and has never suggested to use formula. He just suggested a few diet changes for me and it helped like magic. Today my baby is 7 months old and is exclusively breastfed. In recent times, I have met him when my baby showed symptoms of covid. I told Raghuram Reddy Sir that few of my family members tested positive too.He still allowed me to visit him for my baby check up. Can't thank him enough.Had it been any other doctor, they wouldn't have asked me to show up. I have met many doctors before and they just spend a minute maximum but at this hospital, every single concern is heard and every single question is answered. Hats off to the patience of Raghuram Reddy Sir. Doctors like him are a blessing for every mother who wants to raise a healthy child!

Doctor treatment is Good. nursing staff behaviour is arrogant. Calling and sending to doctor consultancy is very worst and sending out from doctors room while doctor discussing. I will avoid this hospital.

Sir was very helpful at covid pandamic situations. He treated my baby without Op fee. When i called him he kept all the medicine in whatsapp and gave good suggestions. Very kind nature. Thank you sir

Attenders in that hospital are culprits. Visit the hospital only if you know attenders. Took my 20 days son yesterday. I have called hospital for appointment but they said we have to come and wait there directly. So we had gone there. Attenders over there did not send us instead they have allowed patients who came after us saying cock and bull stories. I had to wait for 2 hours in infection prone area with my little kid even after coming earlier. After which i have returned without meeting doctor and did not take consultation fees as well. I do not know about doctor bit attenders over there are too mich partial.

Dr. Raghuram Garu is very effecient doctor no doubt about it. But in recent days I heard doctor became commercial. Even for silly reasons he is referring to external hospitals(which he had tie up with). However I have faced same experience with the situation he referred us to visit RAMESH HOSPITALS for some examination which is very common issue in kids. When we return to him with report to doctor said the problem is quite common in infants need not to worry. I surprised with his answer. If knew the issue is quite common I am not sure why he referred us to do other scans and examination. My sincere request to doctor Raghu ram Garu is please do not panic parents for your commercial purpose.

I took my daughter from born baby.. The doctor is very good and best doctor in treating children...He listens to us so patiencely and explains us the problem.. I live in Bangalore.. Due to covid i cannot able to take my daughter outside so i call the doctor in Web and he gives the medicines to my daughter.. Even at late night also he responds to us and suggests the medicines to us... I asked him for consultation but he said let ur baby get well that is my consultation.. He stood like the my brother.... Worst experience waited for three hours literally..OP is not in order staff are irresponsible I strongly suggest not to go to this hospital very expensive and late ..there are much more better hospitals in Guntur

One of the best children's hospitals in Guntur and the doctor is a good human being he gives free service to the children suffering from chronic diseases like thalassemia ,mentally retarded and,children from orphanages form veda patasalas.Even at the outbreak of pandemic the doctor and staff are available and rendered service whereas many other hospitals closed their doors

the hospital and treatment is great. the personal care they give to each and every patient is incredible. so far the best pediatric hospital I've seen in guntur. and i personally know because I've been treated for any sort of illness i get for the past 17 years. the doctor is very experienced and very good to the patients. being the best hospital and having many patients, it is understandable for small delays and i don't think it is something to be shown as a fault. overall it's the best hospital. 👌👍

Came to hospital but the behaviour of nurse was too worst, they were not following the Numbering system.. we took appointment of our number 30 in the morning 7.00am, to reach it the takes time 3 pm.. The doctor is very good but the assistant nurse staff taking advantage and sending other/own patients inside without following the numbering system.. When we asks the same they are saying, you complaint to doctor directly, we don't have any fear... very bad behaviour and rude answers.. Finally we have appointment with doctor and his treatment is good...

The nursing staff and the receptionists behavior is too bad,i can highly recommend rich people to go to this hospital because they can consult doctor without an appointment and even waiting.Treatment is good, but the staff neglect the poor people to send into doctor's consultation,i advise to treat rich and poor equal as they both pay for the consultation same.Sending into doctor's room is not running according to the number we have given,they send quick who are they familiar with and whom they like

Doctor interaction n his advice was good. But, assistant staff (particularly nurses) pathetic service. Observed number of reviews wherein very bad comments on nurses n other staff. Do not know the reason of hospital why such staff not changed/ or replaced by professional staff.

Wrost children's doctor, most commercial, in this dangerous pandemic situation doctor and staff playing games with children's life. They ask children to go for covid test, just for viral fever and cough, only for commission from private labs. I suggest to the parents to just avoid such hospitals and be aware of private lab centers.

Too worst hospital staff behaviour and to much negligence. Even discharge of 15 days also patient discharge summary and bills are not given. I am asking they said cacabul stories and extend days. I suggest replace medical store people. In ICU, nurses are sitting and just watching. they doesn't give medicins also to patients. If I ask only they give medicins. We have addimitted in monday and dischage in saturday. these between days, bed sheets are replace only one day. Note: what is happy movement in hospital is only doctor treatment (Dr. Raghurm & Dr. Vikram). Dr Vikram was very patience for give aswers.

Visited for allergy..no proper diagnosis..he is like rmp. Op 350/-, after waiting 3 hours , visited doctor, and he prescribed levocitrigen...he never listen us or ignore our queries. Anyhow, this. Prescription can give anyone basics

I don't know what is the present scenario in the hospital , but till the last time I visited the hospital it is one of the best hospitals for children in guntur . Dr.Raghuram Reddy garu is really an efficient in treating kids . A special request from me is it would be better if anyone from the hospital maintains a website and keep on updating it there are some people like me who had lots of respect towards the hospital and Dr. Raghuram reddy garu as well . We want to know how the hospital is running as we are far away from guntur . All the ebst to the hospital team and doctors over there .

The worst behaviour of staff Mr. Kiran as per doctor said after discharge we will provide bills within 2 days, after 1week also they have not called and personally went and asked for bills Kiran said that this hospital is not like normal hospital it will take time to provide for bills is another 2 to 3 days. The behaviour of Mr. Kiran seems not good. Advantage of Hospital: NILL Disadvantages: 1. Pakka Commercial. 2. They will admit till child recover with expensive beds and costliest medicines. 3. Doctor also not have proper knowledge that how many days child will recover. 4. Mainly some staff are not giving proper response.

Dr. Anitha mam treatment is very good..and my problem is adenomiosis .iam suffering so much.... iam consult so many doctors but not control my problem..iam suffering minimum 1year ..after iam consult Dr. Anitha mam. Mam using dinogest tablet.this tablet so much use to me. I stopped this tablet after pain is come on..because mam put in marina treatment .. this treatment is very good &iam very happy..thank u so much anitha mam .. ...

PARAVATHI SISTER: She is good and caring nurse in this hospital she will take care a lot about patients. And remaining some sisters are there they are not so much caring like here so that's why only I decreased 1 star out of 5 so, remaining sisters want to learn from her.

Treatment not up to the mark ,previously it was good but now a days I think medicine was not proper.we came 3 times for the same problem. Better try to go some other hospital if time is there..

Doctor maybe one of the best from city but the staff are really arrogant and I bet you never visit again once you see the attitude of staff. Especially staff who allow to meet you Dr and Receptionists. Worst behaviour. No proper time management.

Dr. Raghuram sir is good doctor but he need to remove the duty doctor who has less knowledge. The night duty doctor Vikram might spoil the hospital reputation he even tried to prescribed two antibiotics where only one needed so I asked him sir you wrote two here instead of one and he said ok use only one antibiotic.The night duty doctor is a big confused guy we need to be very careful with him while treating kids

Good doctor but waiting period is more and only liquid cash, credits cards are avilable here upi transactions are not allowed . So to hospital with cash or cards

I can just give a 5 star rating only to the doctor's treatment can't be given rating to the staff especially the lab assistant lady's rude behaviour.

Worrest hospital....we visited this hospital for my 7weeks baby....there behaviour is too bad.....and for simple process they told like its a long process lot of money need to deposit......and need to sign before admit.....not at all telling correct process.... even staff behaviour is very very bad.....they played with our emotions for half day....our entire family is cryed like anything....later we visited AIIMS hospital they solved my baby problem in 2hrs. Better don't visit this hospital..... 1star is also west..... below that not possible...so giving one star.

Doctor is good.. but the wait is not worth.. I suggest you go to near by childrens hospital... One has to wait minimum 2 hrs even if we have appointment. They dont know the meaning of appointment bookings.. waste of our time

he is very good doctor ,till before shift to a new,(i visited for my yelder kid 2-3 times when he is in old building), after shifted into a new building , he became too commercial .. I'm literally shocked . I went for my younger kid he is suffering from motions and vomitings ,, the condition is not that critical.he is suffering, it is enough for medicine,. but he compling to admit to the hospital . They did the sugar test , b p check up, I seen Tagur movie at that moment . they are ready for doing COVID test also. 4-5 people gathered in to him and make lots of noncence with in 10 min , .. we are not ready to admit in the hospital ,then the doctor even black mail me ,if you are not admit in the hospital, may you loose your chance to get him back ,,... OMG finally he is write the medicine because of my answer , very poorthing he didn't write motions medicine,, he wrote only eloctrol and fever syrup dolo 250 and vomitings syrup .. without motions medicine how it will comedown,. the god saved me from that situation..
