Edit latest: The quality of food has gone down. First their app don't work and stopped free delivery as well. It is at the end of Ponnur so instead of travelling all the way there, we can have plenty options nearby in centre. Food is also not that good. And irony is when we took parcel of Paneer biryani last week, we saw chicken pieces in it. We have to throw it away. Felt really bad. Hope the quality and authencity comes back in Naina

Waste restaurant i have eaten 🥲 very disgusting behaviour of workers thier, no proper management and the taste just worse u can waste money there if you want 🥲 30 rupees extra charged from me i don't know why worst service ever, best you can take star biriyani point in SPP road it's far better restaurant than that naina 🙂

We, myself, my spouse and my two sons, had small get together on the occasion of my first son birthday anniversary on 11-09-2022 (Sunday). Ordered the following, 1. Butter naan (02 Nos.), 2. Naina's special biryani, 3. Paneer masala curry, 4. Veg. Shangril-La and 5. Chicken tandoori half. Also, we ordered sprite 01 no. and thums-up 03 nos. The total cost was ₹1030/-.

They stopped delivery to home. Do we have to travel kms and kms to go till end of Ponnur just to get Biryani, while we have many other options nearby? Also, I tried Chicken 65, Boneless Fry piece and Mutton Fry Biryani recently. Hated all of them - all having same base no change in taste. totally 8 pieces in both biryani and 3 pieces small in Mutton biry. Very bad! Hate it! Starters I tried - Chicken 65, Chicken Majestic, Cashew Paneer, Mushrooms curry and chilly prawns. Chicken 65, Chicken Majestic were okay but others are waste of money! bokka! Seems they stopped caring about food/customers once they became famous! this may hit them in long run!

Worst experience ever had for dinner ordered butter chicken but recipe was like salt chicken🥵🤮 not as much as expected

Worst experience ever. Staff were very rude. Worst behaviour by staff. After eating,they have asked us to pay extra price than the price in menu. They were saying that prices were increased. If so they would have mentioned it before eating. And the taste was very bad.

Visited This Restaurant while On Journey, Firstly they dont Offer Veg meals so we Ordered Biryani, taste and quality was awesome, I 'll suggest for Others as well👍🏻

The taste of chicken Biryani is damn good. I loved the interior of the restaurant and the seats are very comfortable. It's the best restaurant in Ponnuru Town.

One Star also Waste for this restaurant. I Strongly recommend to do not waste your money. And dont spoil your health with rupees. This is my 3rd experience, Sorry Management

Chicken 65 and dhum briyani is well and good. Chicken cooked finely and added spices up to the required quantity.
