Unique decor, with a grungy nostalgic feel. This place has a pretty cool selection of vintage arcade games and pinball machines. With a killer selection of gourmet level grilled cheese sandwiches and craft beers, it's a win win! Food was great, and the service was awesome. Leo made us feel very welcome. If you're looking for an off the beaten path place to grab lunch or a snack in St Agustine, this is the place. It is kid friendly but only before 8pm.

The food is really tasty and the atmosphere is great. I had the Philly grilled cheese and it was very tasty. Their was just the right about of meet to cheese. The game areas remind me of my childhood. They have an indoor area with arcade games and an outdoor area where you can play different games with friends.

My niece said that Sarbez! was a cool place and the reviews and photos looked great -so decided to try it. Glad I did!! The sandwiches were over the top delicious. Staff was friendly, lots of room to explore—outside seating, and an arcade with a good mix of games! Wide selection of beer and help from the bartender getting a tasty lager to kick the night off. I’ll go back for the food, fun and bartenders.

Worth checking out. We had a build your own + Green ranger. Food was great. Really cool atmosphere with all the arcades and throw back decor on the walls except the place was filled with kids running around like Lord of the Flies meets Chuck e Cheese. Real downside was it took 40+ mins for 2 sandwiches and was told it would be that long.

Awesome way to kill a few hours, at least! Dozens of updated pinball games, plus giant Pac-Man, and Galaga , etc. Takes me back many years. And… Fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches of all varieties. Big fun here highly recommended!

Such a fun cool place to eat, drink and play. They have a great tap list of craft beers, a good selection of arcade games, and a unique/delicious selection of grilled cheese style sandwiches. You can choose from their set menu or simply build your own. This is a must try while in St. Augustine!

Wanted something easy but not ordinary. Think of a special gourmet grilled cheese. A grilled cheese with any of the extras you can imagine to go on it. Also gluten free bread is a option at no extra charge. Great service, delicious food and incredible drinks.

Sabrez is close to both the historic area of St. Augustine as well as beachside. Good food that you can order one of their many named sandwiches (I had Mango Maniac) or create your own ... select your bread choose your cheese add multiple toppings. Very nostalgia of the 80's with pinball machines and other arcade games ... so much fun to hang out.

Visiting from Sarasota! I was looking for a place that was open late and had good food and stumbled upon this cute little place, and now I’m in love with it. Great atmosphere, great music, food was delicious. Friendly staff. It gave me that 80’s vibe. Now I have a favorite spot to visit whenever I’m here again.

Sarbez! Is a cute, unique, and tasty place to eat and hang out. We ordered the philly grilled cheese.The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. We loved the unique decor and positive vibes. Sadly it was raining so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor seating area. There are board games and a mini arcade to keep you busy. There's also a small stage for live performances. If you're looking for a chill, local place that serves new takes on comfort food, this is the place for you!

Once every eon the stars and planets align to create an energy vortex that brings through ideas from the cosmic ether that are bestowed upon gifted individuals. Luckily one of those gifted individuals has graced St Augustine with an establishment of the gods. When I'm as hungry as Zeus himself the selection of grilled cheese is as vast as the ocean governed by Poseidon, and once I've made the selection, with the speed of Hermes my hunger is smitten to the underworld where it's roasted by Hades. The only thing that rivals the selection of grilled cheese and craft beers is their selection of games and pinball machines. 5 stars... Highly recommend.

Went here today on a recommendation. They had one person working the front and one person working the back. Food was done correctly and fresh. Service was fast. Hipster vibe with retro games and a large beer selection. Would definitely go back.

This place is ALWAYS such a vibe! They have a really awesome crew, always friendly. Try the Fried Cheese Pickle Dog or the Mango Maniac. It’s beyond delicious!!

Unique place with amazing grilled cheese, drinks, arcade games, and eclectic funky decor. 80s/90s kids will love the floppy disk and cassette tape bar features! Definitely worth it if you love cool vibes and yummy food. The bartender/server chiquita with dreds was great! Loved our experience!

Sarbez is one of those dive bars you just can't miss and St. Augustine. They have a great stage area to watch local acts. I'll admit this is the first time I've ever gone into a bathroom just to take pictures. The grilled cheese sandwiches are out of sight!! They also have a large selection of craft draft beers. Be sure to tip your bartender, otherwise bells will be ringing!!

I'm always skeptical when someone says something is world famous but in this case I think they're right. Grill cheese sandwiches are made to order and are outstanding. Cool throwback games and decor are terrific and fun. This is one of several bars on the other side of the bridge and definitely worth your time.

You will NOT win against my Green Ranger grilled cheese and that's fact. Hands down THE BEST place for heady grilled cheeses and killer games. Bring the kids...or don't...they probably don't deserve the awesomeness.

It is a small diner/bar with an arcade. The grilled cheese sandwiches are not your traditional flavors. They are great flavor combinations though. They have a large selection of adult beverages and Mead which is scarce in most places. IMPORTANT: this place is kid friendly until after 8pm. Then it is an 18+ place. I can't speak about what that is exactly but I've been told you wouldn't want your kids there. But during the day, it's a great spot that my kids love to go and eat and play games.

We arrived at Sarbez after an evening of exploring downtown St. Augustine. It was getting a bit late, but they were open! It was nearing 11:30pm and we wondered if there was a chance for food. The nice girl behind the counter told us the kitchen was closing in "two minutes," and urged us to place an order quickly of we were hungry. We were surprised and delighted at the chance to place an order so late! I ordered a Green Ranger grilled cheese with Blood Orange Kombucha. Oh, that mozzarella, oh... the green apple.. Oh!! The caramel and oh, oh, oh... the bacon!! All so delectable. Prepared for us quickly and just so perfect washed down with kombucha. It was nice to stop in to show our guest a little more of St. Augustine by stepping into your cool dove and also check out your ever-expanding arcade set up. I really love what you've done with the place! I spy a new and even deeper addition to your original arcade where there are so very many pinball machines! Thanks so much Sarbez! We'll be back soon!

I’d love to keep it a secret ‘cause we struggle to find great local places in this tourist frenzied town but these guys are great!! They have bands too! Eric the sound guy was phenomenal!! Great grilled cheese! So many choices. You could easily split a sandwich and still be full. Lots of craft beers to choose from. The arcade games range from new to nostalgia and all work impeccably. I will definitely return.
