🫤 I have never had such an issue trying to contact a medical office. If you need to contact them for any reason, don't expect someone to actually pick up the phone- regardless of what menu selection you choose. You will sit on hold, and if you ask to be put on the call-back list, you will not be calle... People often mention office, called, call, practice, time,

I have never had such an issue trying to contact a medical office. If you need to contact them for any reason, don't expect someone to actually pick up the phone- regardless of what menu selection you choose. You will sit on hold, and if you ask to be put on the call-back list, you will not be called back. I saw Dr William Sessions, and while he was VERY nice (the only reason I gave two stars), he was also incredibly loud. I could hear him talking to patients in other rooms almost word for word. This is not a good practice if you value communication and confidentiality.

First, I put a positive review on this office a year ago when I first started. We had just moved here and this office was recommended. I have been a patient of Jennifer Anderson, PA since that time. I was completely happy with the office. I have never written a negative review on anyone, I am not that person. Within the last 2 weeks I have been through hell with this office. Jennifer Anderson PA is no longer with this office. That was never told to me or probably any of her other patients. I needed refills on my medications, which is a blood pressure med and cholesterol med. Did I mention a BP med? My pharmacy has faxed this office 4 or more times for a refill, I have called 3 or more times asking for my medications to be refilled. They set me up an appointment with a Dr. Sessions on October 5th. Whom I have never seen before but, I need my scripts filled and this was the way it had to be taken care of. Still I DO NOT have my scripts filled. My husband and I went to the office yesterday to try and push this situation forward. Today I still do not have my scripts filled. It is not my fault or problem that the PA has left this practice. ALL my medical records are still within this office with a list of my scripts. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Maybe someone within this office will read this review and get this issue handle promptly. I have never had a problem like this with a doctor. I will say that the girls up front have been very nice and whomever I spoke with on the phone was also very understanding. They have sent my request for script refills to Dr. Sessions team more then once. I don’t understand any of this. I know there usually is a 24 turn around time for refills to be called in but, 2 weeks is completely unacceptable.

This office is an absolute mess. They will be responsible for someone dying. Incorrect medication dosages called in on a friend- it was triple the amount it was suppose to be! Incorrect file pulled for my boss, they had his brothers account. No call backs about lab work and needed tests no ordered and missed, no referrals sent as promised and zero follow up. RUN. It needs to be shut down permanently. DISGRACEFUL. There malpractice insurance should be in a full panic. This buy out has made this practice a nightmare to deal with.

Since switching locations and now with Innovocare (sp?) taking over customer service side has diminished on the appointment setting and referral side. I stay on hold from anywhere between 6 minutes 37 seconds to 45 minutes to set an appointment with the call center who then tries to give me a number to another place that is not the correct number. When trying to get referrals sent I waited 45 minutes and they only sent over one of two referrals needed. Prompting a call back where no one ever answered. I am going to have to go in to the office on a day I happen to be home to get the referral sent and reschedule an appointment because the referrals weren’t done appropriately. Daughters and myself were not impressed with bedside manner of their doctor. It is a shame as I have been with Family Care for over 20+ years at the Arlington location for the majority of that time and the last years experiences have been less than stellar.

I have had NOTHING SHORT OF HORRIBLE interactions, and visits since Jennifer Anderson left. The other doctors here are absolutely a nightmare from hell and they don't care ANYTHING about you whatsoever. They're mean and rude! Jennifer was so sweet and loving and kind and actually seemed to care about your concerns ieven if she was pretending. The rest don't are at all. I've been yelled at time after time and today I was out right told my issues were psychological. Just wow! Meanwhile my blood work is all out of wack but I'm fine and jus have to deal with it. WILL NEVER EVER come back to them again. No wonder she left, she was too good for this failing practice. I'm telling you you might as well just wait to due before getting some caring service from them. I almost want to cry after my business today and that says alot coming from me because I barely ever cry about anything. He belittled me and basically told me get my head checked. Just wow!

Been a patient with Family Care Partners for 20 years as well as my kids (19 and 14). Used the Arlington office for pediatrics with Dr. G she is amazing. Me and my daughter come here for a year now since moved. We see Heather Gall who is amazing as well. She as well as other staff are why we come and going to check into a pedestrian as well.

My usual Pharmacy had a backorder on my diabetes medicine so I called to see if I could get my prescription sent to Walgreens. I finally got to talk to a real person, which was very helpful by the way, and she was going to contact Doctor Warren. I waited an hour and a half to call Walgreens to see if they got it they didn't, waited about an hour more, they still didn't get it. I called the office back, they returned my call about 45 minutes later and said they sent it to Doctor Warren and would send it again. I WENT to Walgreens about an hour later, still nothing. I called the office back and this time she said that the doctor has 72 hours to send the request. I feel that is unacceptable when I needed it the next day and had told them that. I tried Walgreens a couple times later that evening and still nothing . I'm going to call and see about it later today. We'll see......Well guess what ,Walgreens did not receive it. So disappointed but not surprised.....

This used to be a really good practice until 2023. They now have Dr.'s (not all) who change the nature of your visit even when you book specifically and specify during the visit what your visit is for, followed by billing errors they refuse to correct. If you call, they just put you on hold and forget about you (just hung up with billing after 1 hour 20 minutes on hold, after calling 8 times previously in the past 3 months). Three people I know who saw the same Dr. all had the same coding errors (annual physical being coded as diagnostic). Appalled with how downhill this practice has gone, I'm changing Dr.'s.
