👍👍 Nice little park that my 2 year old can play on. Steps are small enough for him to get up and down without help. Swing set for bigger kids and little ones for toddlers and babies. There is also a small paved path that is nice to walk with the double stroller! People often mention park, small, kids,

Convenient, seldom used, and really nice. Well maintained, you can always use the fitness equipment because there is never a crowd and the circular track is I would estimate about 3/10 of a mile. You have a lot of tree cover so you don't have to worry about walking out in the middle of the Sun. Very convenient to the Intracoastal area off of Beach and San Pablo.

Tennis Court, Play Grand and dining area. The good thing about this park is small and you can keep an eye on your little ones easily. Restroom are not available tho.

The equipment needs a bit of updating, definitely needs bettRollerblade. No water fountains or restroom, so bring a portable potty for little kids. Still fun with plenty of space to run. Has a small walkway around so kids can ride bikes, scooters, or rollerskate.

Take my granddaughter Hazel here often. Nice park not far from home. See alot of other families here often, mom's and dad's with their children. My granddaughter loves it here. Never wants to leave the park when it's time to go because we are having so much fun. Also today we found someone's key with a happy face, so if anyone is looking for it just respond to this review and we will be glad to return it to whom it belongs. Picture of key with review.

Park is well maintained and really beautiful. It’s in a weird location but I would rather have a park here than pavement or a condominium complex. Nice to see that the city cares about the parks and recreation. Parking is easy. You can park right on third street.

Surprised that there were no bathrooms. Strictly a neighborhood park where people would just go home if they needed a bathroom.

The park is actually really cute and has things not many playgrounds have these days. It's small but functional. The downside, no bathrooms. So we had to leave when nature called

We need bathroom facilities at this park. Why did we pay for lights in this park when it officially closes at DUSK!!! Beautiful area!!!

My daughter is 2 and she really enjoyed herself ! The heighth level works very well for kids between 2 or 3 and up really. They genuinely have a little area for everybody ! Off rip, having both kids of swings is really awesome when you have small kids. For me at least is worth a whole star all on its own. Simply because the swing is the most effortless thing a kid can do at a Park to enjoy themselves truly. It's like Flying !From a small, medium, and large Slide section of the Jungle Gym for Toddlers. To an older kid section that resembles the Ninja Warrior course with Monkey Bars and challenging platforms. But wait ! There's more ! They have a Tennis Court, a Field and a track all the way around. There is also a large amount of wildlife. There's a family of Ducks by the fence , (who have been there at least eight different times that I know of) Squirrels , birds and cats. Well maintained . Wish there was Rubber instead of the Mulch. Personal opinion. And could really use a Water Fountain. Altogether , No Complaints !

I would love to give this park five stars as it is convenient to where my family lives, but unfortunately, it still has issues even after being renovated. One of the new pieces of equipment is already broken; I believe it’s a seesaw. I guess that is to be expected, but one of the things that continues to alarm me about this park is the older children/teenagers who come to the playground area, cursing and loitering about. The apartment complex adjacent to the park has its issues, too. When the park was renovated, the city also repaired the fence that separated the park from the apartment complex. However, the residents and/or their guests have damaged the fence (photo attached) so they can slip through and not enter the park from Eunice Road as they should. I think the tennis courts are used regularly, and I am glad that people appear to enjoy those. But until the fence is reinforced and the loitering discontinues, I am going to skip this park and take my children elsewhere.

The park is very nice and well kept. Very Occasionally an unsavory individual or two may show up, but we have never had a problem with anyone.

Nice park to visit with the kids, the cats and ducks are friendly. There are no restrooms.
