I had the best experience today that I have ever had in over 20 years of shopping at this Publix location. I regularly feed 15 or 20 people on Saturday in our business to keep them all from running off in the middle of the day when customers of bound everywhere Today the deli God’s put “Kandi” and myself together at the counter and for the next 30 minutes I got the best customer service and conversation that any deli customer could ever imagine If I thought I could steal this young lady away from Publix I would hire her in a New York minute Okay w wwwdseedeeed de frrrrrrd She was kind, but I think I wwwwfwaattentive, accommodating,and was willing to help me feed our free food any way they aw me to e Wa the hood and “The Jaguar “ which is not on the regular menu is fried chicken tenders rolled in what ever sauce you like. Buffalo or hot honey mustard is awesome although BBQ is the standard. Then comes any cheese you want along with coleslaw and bacon I know it may not be for everyone, but it drives my employees crazy and the customers love it. Anyhooooo “ Kandi” was wonderful….the whole crew was delightful Good job on hiring great people Publix 👍 Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A fantastic Publix location. The store is super clean and well organized, and the staff was super friendly. I stopped in to grab a Publix sub and the lady working there made such a solid sandwich. Give them a visit for sure!

Came here for grabbing a few groceries a couple times. They have good selection and the hot chicken was delicious

The produce section is always laden with fresh fruits and vegetables. The store is spacious with neatly stacked shelves. Love the pastries served. The food deli is awesome and clean.

Just an FYI to all that go in here!!!!! This Publix is backwards from most Publix!!!! Junk the opposite when you come in here and you’ll find what ya need!!! Staff is still nice and store is still clean

I was having a health issue that I thought I could handle solo. Mr.Gant went above and beyond the call of duty on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. (The Holy Grail of Shopping.) My family is on the West coast so I was on my own. I don't care how "commercial " it sounds; he treated me like he was just grabbing stuff for an aunt. Who says chivalry is dead? I was a mess. I need to tell him that all shall be well. He was a Godsend.

Where is that? I really enjoy the staff at Publix most of the time. It is a sad day that their management cannot properly train their employees on how long to steam shrimp. Me and my girlfriend purchased 2 pounds of shrimp from the seafood department and asked them to be steamed after a long day and after returning home and getting comfortable and trying to enjoy a little shrimp we’ve spent 25 minutes trying to get the steamed shells off the shrimp to enjoy. We paid 20+ dollars for another job to do after a long day. Don’t buy seafood from this Publix go to fresh market!

What a great little Publix. We were in Jacksonville for almost 2 weeks and visited this location multiple times. Great antipasto bar!!!!

Publix has stopped carrying most organic stuff they used to. I told Jamie and the counter we were struggling to meet our needs and she didn't seem to care. Pretty bummed out, I'm pretty loyal to Publix but shopping elsewhere seems likely at this point.

We were reaching for item and employee grabbed the rolling shelf and almost ran us over. Gave us dirty looks. A stockboy was rearranging items on end cap and kept wiping his runny nose on his shirt sleeve. We got ready to check out cashiers and people bagging groceries were goofing off. Older man was talking to another bagger and was talking about regency movie and said the f word twice. Families shop there think this store needs to tighten up with the employees

Kayla in the deli was truly helpful!! She was able to assist with an order that I messed up ordering online. She figured it out and made the way I actually wanted it.

The man making sandwiches in the deli today was amazing! So nice, professional, fun and made a great sandwich! It's the little things that make a good day sometimes.

Always a pleasure! lol. I couldn’t find something, called the front desk and met by a staff member to help. And I love how big this location was as well!

Needs updating, I prefer the one on Kernan. Much cleaner & spread out have a variety of options compared to intracoastal location.

Bakery manager at this location was very rude. I asked for some assistance with the cookie cakes for my son's birthday. She was very short with her reply to my first question and moved on to another customer before I could ask anything else. When I still was was standing there needing help she got irritated with me. I asked for her name since her name tag was covered and she yelled I am the bakery manager and then gave me her name. I told her that her behavior was ridiculous and I just left. I didn't even stop to complain at customer service I was so upset I couldn't speak. Terrible manager. Definitely not Publix standards. I work for Publix as well. The rest of the store seemed clean and stocked.

I had a wonderful experience today in the Deli section.. Thanks to Meisha...she prepared a perfect Greek wrap for me..... You may not think that's a big deal but I've been to several Publix in the area, and these wraps don't always come out "perfect".. I like things a certain way, she obliged me.. and with a smile.🙂 Delicioso!

one of the girls at the deli was giving me terrible attitude and told me they were almost out of chicken tenders so one sub had a lesser amount of chicken all while she told a male coworker behind her not to bother making anymore; then her other coworkers started assisting her with orders and all of a sudden they were making all these other subs for the patrons behind me with ready to use tenders. It’s 7pm store doesn’t close until 10, she was giving attitude to the other two girls who came to help her make more subs. Usually Publix staff are always nice, helpful and pleasant, this was super upsetting.

Like most public busy a certain time. I went during rush hours. Crowded, but as usual Publix staff is amazing, friendly and always smiling. I always ask the associate, can I have some of what you are drinking 😉. Great place to shop, bit pricey. But the customer service is always great!!

Love this store! It was very clean, and the girl behind the counter in the bakery was extremely helpful and courteous! Had to get a cake & have it inscribed in a hurry, and she was very accommodating, & very professional!

Good grocery store & convenient for where we were staying for a few days. The gentleman behind the sefood counter graciously streamed our fresh shrimp just as asked him to. Neat & organized store in general.

I usually love Publix, but this time around, I went in shopping and my husband stayed outside with our dog. I had him on my phone asking about his food preferences, when I overheard a woman absolutely yelling at him about being their with our dog. I asked who was that, he said an EMPLOYEE!! Well I left everything in the cart right where I stood and walked out! I will not be back to this Publix ever.

I love Publix they have an amazing selection of hot soup! The Wild Chicken and Rice is my favorite. Their fried chicken is also so very good. The store is always clean and it's easy to find everything. They have lots of sales, so if you use Ibotta you can get your money back, or get stuff free ingeneral!

Came here specifically for their ready made sandwiches but must've come at the wrong time of the day to get them. Anyway, bought the luncheon meats separately along with other necessities to get us through a week without the cook, the butcher and the baker. Place is always clean and well kept.

Bakery staff did an outstanding job on my daughter's gender reveal cake. They were very helpful while taking the order over the phone, and every detail was just as we requested. Thank you!
