Back in December I went here looking for an exchange for a shirt I had bought for a wedding. Laura back by the fitting rooms was so kind and helpful in offering advice for what size I should purchase, as it was a dress shirt and I'm a small guy who's family is 6 hours away, making it hard when I need a second pair of eyes on if a shirt is too tight or too baggy. She was so sweet! And then the guy at the cash register, Max, was super friendly and helpful. The selection of this Marshalls ebbs and flows, as do all stores of this kind, but overall it's pretty good as well!

Always a good selection at this location, plus I'm getting a new tire at Goodyear while I shop. Tempted to grab a burger at Cruisers or some Chipotle but a juice from Whole foods will do. Sometimes running errands by yourself is actually a good time to squeeze in some alone time & some treats💯💫🌟✨

I am handicapped and I must say they were so helpful Jennifer and Melissa at the store. I can’t say enough for their superb customer service and I’m very thankful. I’m also new to Jacksonville, so I definitely will be returning there. Great job ladies!

This is a great Marshalls. My wife and I come here once a month at least. They always have great clothes and shelves are stocked. We love the seasonality of the store as it is a must stop inbetween seasons. We were just here for Christmas shopping and they had alot of new stuff. This store is new and is well staffed. It is never overcrowded as we often take our dog with us!

I like Marshalls. I always find things I don't need but love. That's good and bad yet I keep going back.

Overall this Marshalls is a nice destination if you're visiting here from out of town. They keep a nice supply of inventory and the prices are great. I would say that some limitations are for men but overall the women have a lot of to choose from. I would recommend coming here if you're in town and visiting a neighborhood Marshalls

Great location for many branded merchandise at steeply discounted prices. Really nice / pleasant customer service. I bought a good sized London Fog luggage, 3 T shirts, 3 shorts all branded during a visit, since I had brought only one cargo shorts and two T shirts from the Midwest (rest all formal outfits). Couldn’t be happier with the service and the great price (from 30-75% discount). Wish i had something similar closer to my home in South Dakota. I highly recommend this location for the merchandise selection and price. Peace ☮️

Pleasantly surprised by the inventory in this store. Lots of clothes to choose from compared to the covid years. Store was neat and organized. Long checkout line but it moved fairly quickly.

This Marshalls has more variety of items than the other from the chain.

Not many selections for last minute gifts. Everything was crowded and messy you had to pick through so many things just to find what you were looking for. Decent prices

Tonight I was checking out two toys with my daughter and grandbaby. Two registers were open 1 and 4. We waited for 15 minutes in line and when it was our turn the tall lady working on register one ignored us, stopped working and came to our side to put bags on the hooks for sale. Very Rude. We backed up to register 4 and a nice woman rang us up. Tonight is Nov. 15 and we were in the beach Marshall’s at 6 p.m. I will never go back because of the rude tall lady on register 1 tonight.

Brett is the best cashier.very polite. There was a long wait, and he still took the time to tell us 30 days to return items and mention their store card

Lovely, lovely experience. The store was spotless, the atmosphere was calm, and the overhead music was good. If by chance you’re not familiar with Marshall’s and the TJX business model, you’ll be fascinated. Marshall’s is a part of a family of discount retailers. They carry brand name items for a fraction of what traditional retailers charge. For example, I buy Calvin Kline dresses from here. The most I’ll normally pay for a CK is $40. The same dress could be in the mail at that same moment for over $100. I’ve never in my life paid full price for a CK dress, thanks to Marshall’s. They also sell housewares, gourmet food, a limited stock of pet supplies, and so much more. If you haven’t gone to Marshall’s, you’re def missing out.

Marshall's is an awesome store and always a new experience! I actually enjoy shopping at Marshall's because they have interesting items and good prices. I never feel "ripped off" after having spent my husband's pay check, LoL Typically if I need a gift I head here first, especially if it is the Holidays. They always have neat things for adults; games, toys, clothes, gag gifts etc. Love this place!

We had one of the best employees ever. Her name was Sidney and she was so sweet and so helpful. Just when you thought customer service was awful Sidney gave us hope. I will say the manager that was on duty was very rude and unfriendly. She should take a lesson from Sidney. Well done Sid keep up the good work and maybe teach management how its done.
