    Orangetheory is addicting! You never have to worry about getting an effective workout. Getting yourself in the studio is the hardest part! Once you're there, the workout is fun, fast paced and intense! All the coaches are there to support and encourage you. I am always thankful and happy I went!

    I like that it is a good mix of cardio and strength training. Your trainers are motivating and great at helping to yell out times so that we aren’t left wondering how long we have left- that keeps me going with intensity! The cleanliness of the facility, locker availability, and class times are terrific. The front desk girls are just as friendly and passionate as the trainers. The heart rate and zone availability throughout class is extremely helpful, and I’m so happy with the email of results! I like everything about it!

    The workout was INTENSE, but REALLY fun. As someone who has been physically active in the gym for almost 7 years, this workout was still able to push me to my limit. What I really like is the ability to go at whatever pace YOU want to, and being motivated by the coach along the way (shoutout to Coach Gina, who was amazing!). If you're a beginner, or if you're as advanced as they come, Orangetheory Fitness will be a great addition to your lifestyle.

    The coaches have the best energy that I've ever experienced at a gym. The music is amazing and each workout challenges me no matter if I was new and not in the best of shape of I've been going continuously and can run ten miles. You will never walk out of a class disappointed. I love their focus on the community too and getting to know their members. I also love that you never feel silly or intimidated once you are in the class. The coaches make you feel welcomed and the people that attend are always cheering each other on.

    Great full body workout! The staff is amazing too! I highly recommend for people who want an amazing burn along with a different workout each time. The weight training and aerobic training are critical and always unique for each workout!!

    Orangetheory workouts are the best! They are always different and hit all different muscle groups. The coaches are fun and encouraging. I personally go 5 times a week because I very much enjoy it!

    Best work out for beginners or athletes! Amazing coaches, great atmosphere, good music and a different work out every single time. You never feel bored because you can constantly challenge yourself in so many ways and the coaches help you along the way. Super sweet front desk staff to make you feel welcomed!

    To whom it may may concern: I have been a member of OTF since its inception in Atlanta (maybe 7-8 years) The Buckhead studio is my home studio Today, I was traveling and signed up for the 11am class at Hodge Point JAX I hit traffic and was 8 minutes late for the class and was told that I could not take the class AND was charged $12 I tried to apologize for being late - and despite the fact I am from out of town, drove and hour out of my way and did not know the traffic patterns was told its “policy” Worst experience I have ever had with in terms of customer service with any business ever I will never come back to that studio

    Incredibly upbeat and fun! I enjoy the unique daily program to follow and the heartbeat monitor/app to track so many data points! Really excited I decided to try out Orange Theory!

    This place is AMAZING! Even though I’m only 14 years old, everything is challenging, but not so much it’s dangerous. Everyone there is so nice, coaches, managers, receptionists, other members, just an all around positive environment. They provide great support for my fitness goals, which are really important to me! All the workouts can be modified, which is good since my workout buddy (mom) has a hurt shoulder, and has fitness goals too, and can still work the same muscles and gain the same benefits! 10/10 must do! 😍🤩
